Eric S[redacted] our service tech is the best. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his servicing of our unit. He explains everything in a way that makes us confident in his ability. We always want him to service our unit

Very professional and pleasant. They have been servicing my old oil furnace for 10 years. Any problems with it, they explain and describe the repair work that would need to be done. Service calls are always on time.

Eric C did a great job. He let me know about a part that will likely need replacing in the Fall. He left a detailed note about the service he had provided that day.

Service technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Checked out my heating system as per my service agreement and replaced filters.

John L** did an excellent job replacing the expansion valve in our HVAC unit. The job is labor intensive and requires several hours to complete. John stayed on task while politely explaining the process involved when I had questions. His competence and professionalism is much appreciated.

I appreciate Eanes' Customer Service. They are never too
busy to return a call or fulfill a request. I also appreciate the 10% discount I received because I have a Service Agreement with them. Eanes does top notch work at competitive rates.

On time, knowledgeable and willing to explain the workings of the components.

Always get great service. David T. and Thomas have done work on my system within the last week and both were on time and very professional. They were knowledgeable and helped me to understand clearly what my service involved- no surprise charges! I'm a 10 + year loyal Eanes customer because of their reliable service technicians and great customer service.

although never a customer ,they were able to come the same day. Eric did a great job and very courteous. I will definitely use agin in the future.

AC was not cooling and it was on a Saturday after 5 pm and I called Eanes and I actually got a person to talk to and they said someone would call me soon. Dustin called me and said that he had 2 more people ahead of me and would be able to get to me between 8 - 9 pm. He arrived around 8:30 pm and put refrigerant in my system to get it working properly. I appreciate Dustin working late and getting my system working again on the weekend after 5.

Kris arrived right on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. When he finished he needed to get the serial number of the heat source and noticed a gas smell. Come to find out we had a gas leak and have no idea of how long it was happening. Kris checked the truck and had the part and installed it. Very thankful he found the gas leak. No idea of what could have happened. Eanes to the rescue again. Thanks so much for all of the help you provide and have provided over the years for me and my family.

I have been with Eanes for over 10 years now. They check and keep my unit working. They are honest and a reliable company.

Today Eric C. came to our home to service both A/C units and evaluate an issue we had with our A/C unit on the 3rd floor. He was professional and knowledgeable about the situation and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Eric C. and Eanes to provide your A/C and Heating needs.

Eric did a "knock out of the park" service. He spent more time on my a/c unit than anyone else has in the past.. He was very thorough in everything he checked on the unit. Did a great job on washing out the coils on condenser unit.

Eanes rep, Seth B[redacted] was prompt in arrival, helpfully serviced the furnace, noticed the AC fan was not working and checked the breaker. Breaker was out a little; he pushed it back in and fan is working. He was very polite and efficient. I appreciate the good service that Eanes provides.

Cory C. who was my Service Technician yesterday while inspecting my Heating and Air Conditioning unit was SUPERB. He was more thorough than anyone I have seen before, I will request him for the next inspection!

Sam did a great job on our fireplace and was very professional.

Had an issue with my heating system. Called Eanes and they sent Jeff over right away. Jeff was extremely friendly, quick working, and knew exactly what was wrong with the system. He fixed it right away and answered all of my questions. Was my first time working with Eanes, and based on Jeff's good work, I will definitely be a return customer if and when something else go wrong.
