I give Skyler your highest rating, not only for diagnosing the problem with my gas logs, but following through with his supervisors in locating a thermostat for gas logs, calling with pricing details, and, finally, installing the new thermostat, as well as suggesting an annual total service agreement to possibly reduce maintenance charges I give Eanes the highest rating for promptly locating and ordering the thermostat, and for hiring service agents of Skyler's caliber

GREAT service! I always ask for Gene when it's time for my yearly maintenance on my system Gene is always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and most times goes beyond in service He has helped me so much I highly recommend Eanes also

We are dissastisfied with the the recent install of a gas fireplace insert at our home as performed by Eanes Inc. We originally met with the VP of Sales at Eanes in January 2016 and selected a gas fireplace unit at their High Point office at that time. Upon signing an agreement, we were told that we would have to provide 50% payment for the job up front, which we did.

Our gas fireplace insert was originally scheduled to be installed in early February, however, we understand the technician scheduled to do the install was injured and had to postpone the installation. We agreed that would be fine, and the installer came out on Feb. 26th to perform the installation. However, at the time of the installation, he accidentally broke part of the marble surround around our fireplace. He assured us that Eanes would be able to immediately order a new marble surround for us that matched our existing marble.

Weeks passed and we did not hear from anyone at Eanes. On April 15th, we finally were able to reach the VP of Sales, who assured us again that a marble kit would be ordered right away. He indicated that there had been some "miscommunication" between him and the installer about who was going to order the replacement kit, thus the delay in hearing from anyone.

Weeks passed again and we did not hear from Eanes. We called on May 11th and left a voicemail for the VP of Sales; he did not return this call. On May 17th we called again and spoke to a receptionist, explaining everything, and she assured us she would look into this and get back to us later that day. No one contacted us. We called again on May 23rd and again left a message with the receptionist. No one contacted us. We called one more time, on May 26th, and asked to leave a detailed message on the owner's voicemail. Finally, we heard back from the VP of Sales, who came out on June 10th to take a measurement of the marble surround. We do not understand why this wasn't done by the installer at the time the marble was broken, or by the VP of Sales soon thereafter; it was clear these measurements were going to be necessary to place the order for the replacement marble.

Finally, on July 15th, someone from Eanes came out and installed the new marble surround. It does not exactly match our original marble, but after having waited months for this issue to be resolved we just accepted what we were given, grateful to have this issue put to rest.

At the time the marble surround was installed, we asked the installer if we should provide payment for the final 50% of the project, and he said we would be invoiced for the remainder. Weeks passed and we received no invoices or statements. Finally, in late September, eight months after the start of this project and two months after it was completed, we received an invoice from Eanes Inc. indicating that we were over 90 days past due on the payment.

We were infuriated by the words PAST DUE stamped on our invoice. We made every effort to be accommodating, understanding, and accepting despite the fact that Eanes mishandled this situation in several different ways, only to be told we are seven months late on a payment we offered to make weeks ago, at the time the job was finally finished.

We had been longtime Eanes customers, having purchased our air conditioner/heating unit from Eanes, and we had always dealt with Eanes for our service. However, the way this fireplace installation was handled has left us with the belief that customer service is no longer a priority at Eanes, and it has us doubting some of its business practices as well. We cannot in good conscience recommend Eanes to any of our friends, family, or neighbors. We sent our final payment for the fireplace insert to Eanes right away once we received the invoice, along with a letter to the owner outlining our dissatisfaction with the way our project was handled. We have not heard from them.

I have used Eanes since the last century. They are quick, dependable and very professional. I have no problems with their service or staff who are highly motivated.

The service was great and the person that came by was very friendly and got the job done fast and efficiently.

Had a great experience with S[redacted] who gave me a thorough explanation of the issues with my A/C. Eanes was recommended by my previous service person and I look forward to working with them for many years in the future.

Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning is a very professional organization that we have worked with for years. They most recently replaced our AC system during the hottest days of summer. They were prompt, efficient and did excellent work. We would highly recommend this company.

S[redacted] N. did the service. As with all other professionals from Eanes that come to install and service my unit, S[redacted] was friendly and very professional in his methodic process of doing the service. I have recommended Eanes to friends and they have taken my recommendation and have had their new unit installed by them. They reported the same satisfaction with Eanes. In fact S[redacted] knew my friend and reported that he also did that installation.

We had our heat pump serviced by Tyler R. and could not ask for a better person to do the job. He was thorough and explained all work that was performed. I would recommend him to anyone.

David T. was on time. Very nice and efficient. It was a pleasant experience and I enjoy my association with this company. Always professional and friendly.
