Eanes Heating & AC continues to give superior service. On this occasion Service Technician Skyler Whan arrived promptly and took time to answer my questions following his inspection. I decided to add a CO detector to the house due to the age of the furnace. Skyler was able to install one immediately which I greatly appreciated.. He was courteous, informed, and prepared.

In my 1 experience with Eanes, I was very disappointed. Although they are a major name in the industry, I called them in reference to my heat pump. It quit working late January of 2016. They looked at it (took 3 trips) to find that there was a leak. They said they would like to to tie off the entire system to check for leaks since they could not find it, although one technician said that 95% of the time the leak is in the air handler unit. I opted for the full test. Tied off of Friday with no heat going in to the coldest weather of the season. Technician recommended I spend a couple hundred dollars on a space heater. I survived until Tuesday but found out it was in my air handler unit after I spent almost 500 at that point. Technician told me it would be another 1500 to repair... bringing the bill to around 2000. Told me I might want to consider a whole new unit. Never using them again ever!!!!! I got it repaired for another 800. What a huge rip off this company is.

Right on time it was a reschedule because the original time it was raining and he could not get to the air conditioner. Very professional in everything he did and at the same time very personable. He does his job quickly and well.

I wanted to say "Thank You" for sending Mr. Gene M[redacted] to my home to replace a piece on my furnace, his Customer Service skills were exceptional, he was very friendly and answer all of my questions and even went as far as to explain how the system works. Because of him we will be getting our Service Contract through Eanes and not renewing with a another company we have been with for over 20 years.

Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning originally installed my residential Carrier HVAC system. Installation was professional and I have been pleased with the service contracts since installation. Their technicians have been helpful in answering any questions I may have regarding the HVAC system. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company that will follow up after the sale in a professional manner.

I knew the first time Eric S. came to service my system why Eanes has an A+ rating and that I had definitely made the right choice. I am convinced that their spring and fall maintenance is more thorough than I had received in the past and as a plus, their pricing is more competitive. Great service and prompt response.

He diagnosed two problems including way too much refrigerant and switch "heat" was not turned on. Both errors were from PRIOR HVAC company I used.

Scott was very professional, noticed I was using a denser filter that needed which could have stressed out my system and eventually caused problems.
