Our technician, David T, was professional and courteous. He arrived when promised and explained his work, even helping to track down the units involved. We are a large complex and I was unfamiliar with which units cooled which areas. He made the necessary calls to identify the proper units.

I began my association with Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning in November of 2012. My husband had just died that year and my first major appliance repair, and ultimate replacement, left me wondering who to call. I felt like a fish out of water. A friend recommended Eanes. The representative spent time to diagnosis the problem and then offered me three options. There was no pressure for which option to choose. They presented me with good information and answered all my questions so that I understood the difference between the options and made an informed decision. My new system was installed the day before Thanksgiving, at my request. The staff took time to explain the thermostat so that I could utilize the system in the most efficient way. I have been extremely pleased with all of the service representatives that have come in to my home to service the system. I called the emergency service line this Saturday morning because the house was not cooling. Four hours later, the technician had arrived, the problem had been diagnosed, the part had been replaced and the house was cooling down again. The cost, just a service call charge because the part was covered under the warranty. Thank you to Jeff C who efficiently and respectfully provided the service this morning. I was surprised when he remembered details from previous service calls he had provided us. Thank you to Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning, and specifically Jeff C, for making my overall experience a positive one.

I have been with Eanes for over 15 years. They set up a zoning system in my 2-story house that has performed very well. I have always kept a maintenance agreement and so bi-annual service/filter change is included. Emergency service has been prompt. Technicians have always been professional (they wear disposable booties to come into my house) and office staff are always friendly and polite.

We want to thank Chad M for addressing the problems with our air conditioning unit. He diagnosed the problem accurately and adjusted the air flow so that now we enjoy a quieter and cooler system. He was friendly, professional and efficient. He also took the time to adjust the drip from the run-off. We really appreciate the difference he made in our home.

My house 84° inside, it was 90° outside. I needed help and Eanes Heating & Air delivered. I called late evening on a weekend and withing minutes, a tech called me back. After a brief Q&A to assess what may be going on, Dustin H. was willing to take the hour drive from his current location to come and help even though I decided to make a morning appointment. Dustin arrived right when he said he would and immediately was able to diagnose a couple of concerns. He explained to me what the issues were and what needed to be done to correct. He gave me options and explained them to me very well. He told me potential cost and performed the service. I learned a few things, saved potentially 100s to 1000s of dollars. Thank you! I had been having sporadic problems with one of my A/C units. Jeff was able to assess the problem and replace the bad capacitor in about 20 minutes. He is an experienced HVAC technician who knows what he's doing. He also corrected mistakes made by previous techs to attempted to fix the problem. I highly recommend Jeff - there's nothing better than an experienced, efficient tech!

Eanes has always serviced my hvac and I have always been very pleased with their service. David T has been my service technician and I trust him, does great work and keeps my hvac working very well.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Eanes. The technician arrived on time and proceeded with the heater service.

Tyler R Service Tech came out to service our furnace and I was totally impressed with his professionalism. He did a very through job. As he inspected our furnace, he pointed our what he was looking for and if it was in recommended spec.'s.
I felt that more comfortable about the condition of our furnace after Tyler left.

Seth B. of Eanes Heating and Air serviced our heating system and gas logs. He arrived during time allotted by the company. Seth was courteous and polite. He explained everything he did during the service call and answered our questions clearly so that we understood. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use the Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning company in the future.
