The Eanes technicians always have great customer service and are very professional. I love the fact that they take the time that is needed to complete a proper inspection of my units and are not in a hurry. Everything is explained to me, my questions are answered, and I have peace of mind when the inspection has been completed. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Eanes.

The technician was on time, very thorough in his analysis of the problem. He explained what the problem was very clearly and got the job done right. He was very professional and personable.

Your Carrier heat pump system, Model [redacted] and [redacted] was signed on a proposal on 3/3/09. Your invoice is...

dated 3/10/09 with the amount of $4627. Davidson County permit number XX-XXX was inspected and passed ** 3/18/09. On the proposal signed by [redacted] it states the warranty as 1 year labor, 5 years Carrier parts, and 10 years on the compressor. In 2009 all manufacturers offered 5 year parts on their systems as well as the compressor. [redacted] offered the compressor warranty up to 10 years at that time as an extra added value to customers. We have copies of all of the documents stated above as well as the warranty copy with Carrier. If you paid another company for a new compressor, you would have saved money using [redacted] as it is under warranty through us for the 6th through 10th year. Your repair of a capacitor on 5/28/14 was not under warranty as it was after 5 years. We don't know why you decided to use another company but would like to earn your business back.

We contacted your office several times and was told the compressor was in fact not under warranty and do we contacted carrier who told us it was why your representatives would not tell me or not know is the biggest issue not following what was started in the first place. We used another company because yours would not do anything

As I stated before, the compressor was under warranty. This information is listed in our computer notes. If you called several times, the staff would have seen this information, or if they had a question about it, they would have asked for clarity. We are sorry you paid another company for your work when it was under warranty as provided by your signed proposal.

Eanes employees are very friendly and enjoyable to deal with. Pam in customer service and Eric who does my service are my favorites. In fact, all of Eanes employees are outgoing and personable people. Eanes staff are honest and above board, they will take the time to show you what the problem is and why it is a problem, if you have one. They have kept my system running smoothly for years.

I was extremely pleased with the entire situation with Eanes Heating and their tech Jeff C. This was my second experience with Eanes. The first was in 2014 with the High Point office. Today I was dealing with the Greensboro office. Both times I was very pleased with the courtesy of the staff and the capability and professional of the techs. I highly recommend Eanes.. I will be using Eanes in the future and will be requesting the same tech.

Always reliable and knowledgable

My system was diagnosed as having one bad damper motor out of two. The technician charged $373 for the repair...which was only around 30 minutes of work and waiting almost two weeks after diagnoses for the repair. After completion, it still didn't resolve the issue. When I notified the technician, he told me that the other damper motor may have been bad also. He wanted to charge me ANOTHER $373 to replace the second one. I told him that the issue was misdiagnosed the first time. He told me that $373 was just for the part...he was lying. I got off of the phone with him and went to the manufacturer's website that makes the damper motors for my system. The prices ranged from $40-$75. Eanes is a company that I will NEVER recommend to anyone. I had the technician to diagnose my system the same day the technician was already out to replace my compressor in my outside unit. They charged me $2600 for the replacement. I guess he figured if I could just put out that much money for the compressor, I would pay whatever he charged for a damper motor.

Skylar was very professional and let me know what needed attention. He also let me know what was covered under warranty and what was not. He was able to order a part and make the repair within a few days. As always, I was pleased with the service I received.

My technician Gerry, arrived on schedule with a colleague who was in-training. They put on slippers over their shoes which was a polite thing to do. They checked out both HVAC systems and answered my many questions about their tasks and finding. I appreciated their patience with me. They gave me good counsel and ideas to consider for improving my system.

called me back promptly and came when he said he would. I felt as though I got my money's worth. Will use them again.

I have been a customer of Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. Greg J was the technician who came to my home on October 13, 2016 for the fall maintenance servicing of the furnace. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite and answered any questions that I asked. I am very appreciative for the service I received from the company and the technician.

Gene M[redacted] has done a great job servicing our HVAC. He spent the time and had the expertise to diagnose a problem that other HVAC companies could not. He communicates well and takes the time to answer questions. I use Eanes because of Gene.
