On Saturday, July 2017, I stopped by Walmart Store # 1349D(N University Dr, Sunrise,FL to return a bunch of items I had purchased on a previous visit
The customer service rep In the Returns dept(her name I was too upset to write down), was beyond rude and very condescendingI gave her my receipt and the items I wanted returnedShe then proceeded to tell me I owed her money! I looked at her in utter shock and said " I am returning these items" She then said I should have told her prior to her ringing it up! I responded and informed her I handed her my receipt so obviously I was returning items! She then had to call a manager to override the ransaction which took another minutesmeanwhile there was a line with other customers waiting to be attended to

This store's customer service is completely ridiculous! You can't take in your receipt with your coupons you forgot to use for cash or credit back?! They make you unload the car, or bring your groceries from home so they can compare your items with the receiptWhat?! The items I bought are clearly on the receiptI'm never shopping at the location again

I purchased an oil change, at first it rang up $19.99, I specifically said no I want the $as I wanted my fluids checked and my carpets vacuumed After waiting about hours I got my car and they did nothing to it from what I can tell They definitely didn't vacuum the carpet and in fact all of the options say no action meaning they didn't do any of the work I paid for I asked for a refund on Twitter and was told I would have to return miles back to the store!
