In two different instances, I was overcharged for items I purchased at the Wal Mart on Cattleman in Sarasota, Fl
The first time I was overcharged $for a bottle of wineAt that time, I noticed, and immediately let the cashier know about the mistake, and it was immediately taken care of
The second time, was about a week laterUnfortunately for me, I did not notice until I started to check my receipt as I walked out of the storeConsequently, I had to wait in line for over minutes before the issue was resolvedI had been charged $for oranges, when the actual price was supposed to be $I was also charged $for each of two containers of nuts that were actually marked for sale at $eachOn just those three items, I was overcharged $
If I had not taken the time to check my receipt, or wait what seemed like forever, I would never have been reimbursed
When I think of how much money Wal Mart or someone from that particular store is gleaning from these kinds of mistakes, I am horrifiedThis Wal Mart probably has at least customers a dayIf each one was overcharged just $10, someone would have taken $10,per day illegally from the customers
I am not sure who else I can talk with or write letters to to help others avoid getting taken advantage of by this Wal MartUntil I find out, I will continue to tell people what happened to me and to check their receipts and report any discrepancies immediately

Checking out at Walmart in Thomasville and cashier charged the woman's groceries on my card, she also would not accept my EBT card
Checking out at Walmart in Thomasville NC and when the cashier told me I had $on my EBT card when I know I had $Then she told me the total was oVer $I was shockedI was in a hurry and finally went home to look at my receipt I noticed the cashier not only didn't know how to use my EBT card but that I paid for the woman's groceries that checked out before meI'm at the store now and management is refusing to refund ANY of the money, even the older woman's groceries the cashier charged meThis is unacceptable!!

I was at the Watertown, SD location this Saturday around 3:My son (who is 2) was very fussy but I let him get a candyThe checker there (I didn't get her name but she had to if been about 5'with short black hair in a bob cut) was checking outShe smiled at him the whole time and stayed patient with himMy son ended up breaking the candy right in the aisle and I felt horribleShe immediately requested someone too clean up but kept telling me not to worry as this happens with kidsShe continued to talk to my son and get us checked outI work in a reviews department and I'm often not too impressed with Customer Service in most stores as I'm often treated unimportant due to I have a toddlerWith having a family, I do spoend quite a bit on groceriesI will be keeping my business with Wal-Mart thanks to this checkerI truly feel she deserves a raise

I purchased a Philips 50' TV from Wal-Mart (12180) on 1/7/18, but when I opened the box at home, I found that the product inside was actually a Westinghouse model TVI immediately repacked the TV in its original box, and returned with to the store with my receiptHowever, Customer Service at the Wal-Mart refused to assist in providing an exchange for this Philips TV that I purchased in good faithI have been left with no recourse for this issue, and I am now stuck with a product that I did not purchase, and which I do not find to be an acceptable substituteI am writing to the Revdex.com to request assistance in rectifying this situation, as I feel that I have been left to deal with the consequences of an issue that I have literally no control over

I had routine service done to my car at a business I am new toMy immediately began exhibiting problems and I was lied to by the store associates
I brought my car to Walmart in Oldbridge, NJ for an oil changeIt was my first time ever hereAfter my oil change was completed I went to start my car and it would not turn overI asked for help and the mechanic seemingly didnt even know what the car battery looked likeTwo more mechanics proceeded to INCORRECTLY jump start the batter and proceeded to tel me that my battery was deadWhich impossible because the battery had been working just fine, this leads me to believe that they performed inappropriate work on my carSo after the mechanics failed attempt at starting my car, they told me to purchase a new battery which I knew they were doing to try to get me to spend more money with themI had asked my father to drive the minutes it takes to get to Walmart and once he got there, he SUCCESFULLY jumped my car and that was it

I was a customer of family mobile for about billing cyclesI had called customer service and explained that I needed help in servicing data network and dropped call issuesThey were unable to efficiently help resolve any of my issues as the language barrier was hard to get overI finally insinuated I'd like some sort of reimbursement for lack of service on my deviceThey kept telling me my phone was the issue and it wasn't, I talked to at&t (my original phone provider) and they said it would not affect my service with family mobile with this phoneSo I finally gave up and cancelled my services to be told I could not cancel until the 19th of AugustGreat, now I can pay more for nothing? I would really like to not be billed for this last cycleI put faith in this service and have been greatly dissapointed and deprived of any affective or immidiate resolutions

Today I had an absolute worst experience at Walmart FraminghamI went in there with my own shopping bags which I had purchased of in the past when they switched from plastic to paper bagsThe lady at register 2, Rose accused me of shoplifting those couple of bags that I handed to her to put my stuff in because I had not taken the tags off and demanded I pay for them againShe took the bags out of hands and placed them out of my reach so I could not get themShe was stealing from me because I paid for that productI refused to pay for the bags again and told her to get me a manager at which point she said, she is the managerI proceeded to tell her to look at the cameras that I walked in with theseAt first, she refused and said she has to finish off the transactions for everyone else in line but I was adamant that she has to resolve my issue prior to moving on to another since she had the audacity of accusing me of stealing cent bags when my entire purchase this time was $It makes no sense for me to steal those bags and pay for stuff that is much pricey!!! Another one of her coworker interjected and went with her to check the camerasI waited mins before they came back and told me that they couldn't locate me on the cameras because they don't have access to some of them !!!! I have never been ridiculed like this ever before anywhere in my entire lifeI was embarrassed in front of people in line behind me and on top of it I was late to workThey had no idea who their loss and prevention manager was when I asked them but it was the worst sceneI will let everyone know and leave additional reviewsI will make sure this issue gets resolved and I will reach out to the chain of commands because this should have never happened

The Vision Center of this Walmart in Apple Valley, MN has a sign saying that they take VSP insurance When I called and asked, I got a confirmation, but was never told that they are "out-of-network" I have been told by other Walmart Vision Centers and other doctors about whether they are in or out of network before, so I made the assumption that when I am not told addition information then they are in network Not until AFTER the exam was done and we were hit with a very big bill (more than printed on the sign due to additional unlisted cost of lenses for astigmatism) and told that they are out of network Between the time I was on the phone giving insurance info in the morning and the appointment in the afternoon when the insurance is checked, we should have been told about the actual non-coverage BEFORE the exam start so we can make a decision to go elsewhere

Returned a broken item, Employee told me how to rip off company but then took the item and never issued me a refund

Walmart Complaint/Experience Department,
I am writing today regarding my experience that was recently had at the Wal-Mart Supercenter located at Stonecrest Blvd, Tega Cay, SC Unprofessional, devalued, and poor are all adjectives that I would use to describe my experienceI have a concern for ethics that have been practiced at this particular Wal-Mart during the night shift by a particular manager by the name of Porsha I work long hours during the day as I am in the banking field, so in order to get shopping of any sort done I normally I have to do it either really early in the morning or late at night I went in to purchase a gift card for my niece as I do for all my nieces and nephews on their birthdays and celebratory events Overtime, I have noticed that she changes the amount in which she will allow me to load the card with As this does raise my level of concern this alone is not enough to make me complain What makes me complain is the fact that my coworker mentioned to me that they never do that to her after hours My co-worker goes to the same Wal-Mart, as we live in the same area, and does her shopping early morning or late night as well She stated that for her it is and has always been a $limit at night This is bothersome for me I've been trying to figure out why are the rules not the same for the two of us I'm a professional and responsible African-American male She is a professional and responsible Caucasian female
To make matters worse, the level of service that I received for Porsha as a member of management was completely unacceptableFor starters, every time that I have been there she has never worn a name tag or any identifiable feature If she never told me that she was the manager, or what her name was I would have never knownWhen I walked in the store I grabbed the gift card and asked Porsha whom was standing next to an associate where I could go to purchase the gift card Porsha responded "You don't see these self-registers open?" I responded, "I thought that I had to purchase gift cards from an actual representative." She responded with a distressful exhale and stated "Well you can only put $on the card because you might be trying to commit fraud, do you still want to do it?" My expression showed my shock from how she reacted and what she said I expressed my concern that she chooses different amount and that I felt that I was being discriminated againstShe responded with "I'm sorry to hear that." I asked for a corporate number, a business card, or some sort of reference to say that I was there that night and I had spoken with herShe stated "We don't do thatSorryMy name is Porsha." I then asked if she was the manager, she responded "yes." This is concerning for meNot only did I receive poor customer service and was I disrespectedThis biggest issue for me is that I feel discriminated againstHer rude comments, eye rolls, and neck rolling were far from appreciated
To be a victim of this type of discrimination from a manager employed at Wal-Mart is troublesome for me Never have I engaged in any fraudulent act Never have I done anything to deserve such treatmentI am more than open to further discussion of the incident and hope that we can discuss a solution that includes preventative measures to ensure that no other customer will have fall victim to the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior that I haveI look forward to hearing from you all
Sincerely,

College Dr., Baton Rouge, LA Wal-Mart gives terrible customer service The cashier's are rude, the aisles are crowded and the Car & Tire Deptis incompetent and uncommunicative They kept my daughter's car for an entire day, inconveniencing many people because "they didn't know what to do" although she told them It was a flat tire How hard is that to figure out? A lame "I'm sorry was given" then, free service although the tires were still under warranty I wrote them in April It is the end of June and no answer

Store doesn't accept the return of an electronic item within the return period because I have lost the receipt
I have purchased a sound bar from Walmart, Osgood on October and didn't like the quality of the productWhile I decided to return the product at the store, they have rejected my return as I don't have the receiptOn the contrary, Walmart seems to have made an arrangement in their policy that states where there is a loss of receipt, the refund will be provided using a walmart in store credit or a gift cardWhen I've asked the store manager to refer to the policy he reads it and interprets it differently and tells me they can't accept the return

On July 15, 2018, I purchased items at Walmart using the Self-Check Out registerWhen I returned home, I noticed that I was missing store itemsI then called the Walmart store and spoke with a male Walmart associateWhen I explained the situation, he first checked to see if anyone had turned it the items After he checked on my behalf, he said no one had turned in the itemsHowever, he said I could return to the store with my receipt to the Customer Service Center to pick out identical items to replace the missing items since I had purchased them
On my second trip to Walmart that morning, I first went to the Self Check Out and asked the Walmart associate if anyone had turned in the itemsShe replied "no." I then next went to the Customer Service Center and explained my situation to another lady
The lady at the Customer Service Counter replied that perhaps a subsequent customer had stolen/taken my items Additionally, since I had chosen to use the Self-Check Out, it was my fault for losing track of the items Her attitude was brusque and not helpful
As I was confused by being told differently by this Customer Service lady from the first male Walmart associate to whom I spoke with on the phone, I called the Walmart number again to speak with a Manager
When I called again, the same Customer Service lady answered (I recognized her voice)I said I wanted to speak with a Manager as I was told different things about the missing itemsShe replied that she had worked at Walmart longer than the male Walmart associate and that is was Walmart policy that since I had used the Self-Check out it was "my fault." I insisted on speaking with the ManagerA lady on the phone and said she was the ManagerI explained I was very displeased with the inconsistent Customer Service experience and that I had been told different things from different Walmart associates about its policy on this matterThe Manager replied that I could come again to Walmart "resolve" this matter
While I appreciate Manager's offer, I do not feel comfortable going back to that WalmartFirst, it appears that missing/stolen items are familiar occurrence at WalmartSecond, I do not appreciate being told inconsistent things/policies only to be told by a Walmart Customer Service person that it was "my fault" because I chose to use Self-Check out

I purchased over $worth of items from Walmart.com and had therm deliver to the store, I had days to pick up the items I went to the store in Niagara Falls on Military rd to retrieve my items but when I get there the order was returnedi was furious because I purchased the items for my grand daughter for her birthdayi asked to speak with a manager and she told me there was nothing she can do and I explained to her it was not suppose to be sent back until the end of the business dayShe states that the morning people sent it back and its nothing she could do and for me to call the 1800-WalmartWell they in turn apologizes and says there is nothing they can doI spoke to a supervisor over the phone who was very nice but she told me that the store was suppose to try to accommodate me and nothing she could do but re-key the order while she is putting my items back in some of the things is out of stock smhi am really disappointed I wanted my granddaughter to have a great birthday now I have to find something else

Sep 08, I went to Wal-Mart #for an oil change I was informed that my oil pan and drain plug was damaged and that could have only happened from the last place that I had gotten the oil change done On Sep 10, I got in touch with Wal-Mart #(the last place I had an oil change done on 06/30/2018) I spoke with the service manager James who informed of filing a formal claim On Sep 15, I went into the Plainfield Wal-Mart store and filed the claim I was told that Pete (loss prevention) would contact me Appropriately 1:13pm Pete called and I gave him a summary of what happened Pete informed me that claims would notify me on Monday On Sep 28, I called back to the Plainfield store and spoke with Pete and informed him that no one had contacted me regarding my claim He informed me that he had to given all the information to the Oswego store and they should have followed up on it Pete said that he would contact the store and someone should give me a

I don't buy extended warranties because I don't like the hassle that goes with themBut when the cashier at the Crystal Lake store tried to sell it to me I said "no I don't like them because you have to call a number then ship your product and it's not worth itThey then told me no problem you just bring it back here with your receipt and they will take care of you hereI then asked are you sure which company do they use for the warrentyThey said they don't it's just fine hereWhen my item broke I went back to my Walmart to exchangeThis is where my expirence was terribleThe lady at the counter had an attitude right awayShe was very short with her questions and very combativeI handed her my receipt and she told my oh this is too old you can't return itI told her look at the receipt again I bought a two year warrantyShe then said oh then you have to call the manufacturerI said why do I have to call the manufacture when I bought a plan from WalmartShe then was that's how it works I can't help youI asked for her managerWhen he came over he was nice but the only suggestion he had was for me to go to the Walmart from where I bought it from and return it thereThe Walmart I got it from was min away why could I just get this taken care of right here if they are just going to do it thereI told him I was not going to drive all the way there when this is the same storeI then talked to the store managerShe was also nice and polite but had no idea how the warranty even workedShe pulled out the brochure which I should have gotten in the first place and told me I just have to call this number but then couldn't even find the number to callSo now I had a brochure that told me nothing and a"store manager" with no solutionI then teexplain to her about how I was lied to when I bought this and I should not be held responsible for either bad training or a sales associate with pressure to sell these plans at any costShe then also said that it wasn't her store that sold it so I should go to the Walmart where I got it fromMaybe a good thing would have been for her to call the other store to see what they would do so maybe I wouldn't waste my timeMaybe the next time I'll just do what the scammers do and just bring it in with no teceipt at all and get there store creditLesson learned for trying to do things the right and honest wayThanks for nothing Walmart

We called ahead regarding whether a specific produce item was in stock or notWe were assured it was and after calling several other grocers drove minutes to come and make the purchaseUpon arrival the item had not been stocked at all, customer service could not help and didn't bother to radio anyone or look up the item on their computers, and the two people I spoke to in produce couldn't help me nor did they know what rhubarb wasSomeone in deli confirmed the location was out of rhubarb after minutes of searching

Worst customer service on the planet
I bought items at Walmart, and they double charged my credit card for the transactionSo now, after two hours of various levels of walmart employees transferring me from one to another, and telling me that I need to do their legwork (collecting paperwork to bring to them) to get my money back, I was on hold for minutes waiting for their e-business pros to figure this mess outWalmart is not staffed by customer service representativesMore accurately they are professional BS artists, well versed in passing the buck
