I purchased a defective battery which led to additional problemsI want reimbursement for the issues caused by Walmart's defective battery
Thursday, Sept at approximately 1pm, I went to your store to get my battery replaced
The replacement battery was defective (as noted by the test results included in the attachments) which resulted in the following:
My truck breaking down and needing to be towed
The alternator being ruined
As such the following fees were required to be paid by me:
$for towing (see receipt)
$for a new alternator (see receiptOil change was also done and was NOT included in this total.)
Since these charges were a direct result of the defective and dangerous battery you install, I insist that reimburse me for the amount of $which is the towing and alternator combined
I will pursue this via every consumer protection agency until that amount is refunded

I was sold a repackaged item under the guise that it was brand new
I purchased a bag sealer from the Walmart located at S Chambers Rd 80015, apex 2-months agoI thought nothing of it, because on the surface it looked to be brand new from the factory, but when I opened it this morning I received quite a surprise
The bag sealer was not covered in any type of plastic bag, and was wedged in with pieces of plastic that seem to be from an action figure of some sort because there is still a piece of the figure attached to the plastic!!!!
I immediately called the store, and was told that because don't have a receipt, they would not accept the refundI bought this months ago, and after checking my records, am certain I paid cash for it
I shop this walmart 5-times per week, and didn't think to keep the receipt because I've not had any problems with them in the pastI would like this resolved without having to spend any money or time on a small claims court case t

I want to share the worse it seeing, how people who work at Walmart become the most ineffective and miserable people deal with, on how the a quote as say " Customer always first" its totally a statement due to the company own employee make the store reputation look deplorable and bad, and just for the record this it not just an associates and also talking about managers tooTreating customer like nothing, does this company forget, that retail survive because there customers? because if customers don't spends they money company doesn't make money so I believe customer deserve it to be treat with respect don't matter color, race or religion because at the end its the same color and amount on the billI believe every associate in house and new hire should be well train to work with customers, and also Walmart or walmart.com should be stand behind their own mistake and take full responsibility for it do not blame or make your customer take the fault for itI understand that you have all kind of customers but no all are the same, and the company cannot make every individual equally, so if you really care for your customer demonstrate with respect and appreciation those values that your quote saying, because doing the right thing doesn't mean allow every to pass but just to view and listen every issue

We have been shopping at Walmart for many yearsWe shop the store in Eunice, LA (#773) a few times a week, including weekly family grocery shopping usually every Monday, followed by a few additional visits each week for follneeds
The store (as other Walmart stores) has been undergoing a major change in the way customers are checking out
The self check lanes have more than doubled in the last couple of weeks, and that is fine if I have 3+ items in a basket to check out
However, we have a very full basket full each week on Monday and this requires a lane to check out that is occupied by an employee manning the register, lane
Normally the store may be manned on Monday's with as few as or open lanes which have large purchases such as ours lined up in long lines to check out
The employees are very courteous (all the time) and are most helpful
Since the second bay (one on each end of the check out lines) of self check-outs have opened, the employees have been trying to get the customers to use the self check out lanes
My wife is handicapped and it is very difficult for use to stand in long lines because of my wife's very bad back - she can barely make the weekly shopping experience of 2-hours in the store
I refuse to use a self check-out lane for a full basket of groceries, etcOur bills run between $to $each Monday
I am PAYING for SERVICE! Instead your company is attempting me to continue paying these prices AND do my own checking out, delaying us further with wasted time in the store
The store (according to one or more employees talked with today and each shopping trip recently) is now having ONE check out lane open and thus the line for this lane is longer and longer
THIS IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
As much as I would hate to do so, we are now considering shopping at a competitor down the highway, even if it costs us a little more in $$$$At least when we have completed our shopping experience, we can expect to get checked out in a few minutes and be on our way

Walmart failed to satisfy my reasonable request for a refund on a clothing itemI contacted corporate offices and received no response
I went to the Saukville Wi location to return a new childs pants suit that was in perfectly new condition and had the Walmart price tag of $securely attachedStore Manager *** said they did not sell the item at that store nor any store in Wisconsin even though the dept sales person said they did and we knew it was purchased at that storeI called the corporate office to complain and no one returned my call, and also wrote via email and again received no responseWalmart is not living up to their advertised satisfaction guarantee nor even responding to customer complaints by contacting the customer

At Warmart Almaden store, My bicycle was stolen in their parking place in minutes at 2:pm in SaturdayI bound the front wheel with parking frame with chain lock and went into Walmart to return somethingBut after I was done in minutes, I saw my bicycle was gone and only the front wheel leftIt's daylight and there are lots of people walking aroundI found there are camera directly facing the parking placeBut when I ask the manager to take a look at the video, what she said is she couldn't take any responsibility and could't let me see the videoI told her because the bicycle has no front wheel, the theft could not ride it and mostly it might be hidden somewhere nearlyIf I or she could take a look at the video, at least I can get some clue to find my bicycleBut she kept saying she can do nothing if there is no police officer appearThen I called the police department, and they told me the officer has emergency issue to handle and I might need to wait for long timeI thought even I spend whole afternoon for police officer to appear, I still have no chance to find back my bicycle, so I have no choice but leavingIt's true that dollar bicycle is not a big loss for most of people, but what I couldn't understand is why it happens in very short time at where lots of people around and why the staff there is so coldEveryone might be the victim of crime if there is no effective way to stop itHow could they think if they are victim and the other people treat the like what they did?

I uploaded a bunch of priceless family albums and pictures to the Walmart Photo Center because Walmart assured me that nothing can happen to those pictures because they're being stored on their serversNext thing you know I find out that Walmart deleted all my picturesThere's not one picture (out of hundreds that I uploaded) left in my accountIf I had known something like this could possibly happen, I would've uploaded my pictures to a real company that actually cares about their customers

I was supposed to be sold mid grade tires, found out these were the cheapest tires with very thin sidwalls, these were out in the rear of my vehicle I did not purchase the road hazard warranty, not quite months after purchase, the first tire blew out on the side wall, and then two weeks later had the other rear go flat Had another company look at the tire and was told it was a broken belt Took that tire, still on the rim to Walmart and they never took it off the rim, said it was just an unrepairable hole And proceeded to tell me it was not covered I work hard for my money and cannot afford to spend $every months on tires! I will never shop at Walmart again Just beware of purchasing at Walmart....they don't stand behind their products!!
