So this is my 3rd complaint about the same company that refuse to rectify the problem. PECO admitted wrong when they credited back the $2,202.67 that they stole from my bank account...

last month. Then they send a new bill for the exact same amount but this time they are adding a "$20.00 Return Fee" and they are threatening "Further Collection Action". On top of all that, I called to get this straightened out, got transferred 3 times (Denise J[redacted], James ???? and Keisha M[redacted])). Keisha M[redacted] was kind enough to lie to me and hang up on me not once, but twice.
So, we got this credited back to my account last month. We will need to go further this month as they continue to send me a bill for the same amount they admitted a mistake on. Also, Keisha M[redacted]'s rudeness needs to be brought to the attention of upper management as she is giving PECO a black eye.

I am rejecting this response because: Because everytime I had contacted peco, they have ignored my request for putting me on a budget or offering me any help. Now they illegally put my account into collections, reported to the credit bureau and wrecked my otherwise perfect credit. And NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, told me that my account would be put into collections!I WILL NOT waste my time getting lip service from peco. Besides that, I have 2 jobs now and have no time to take out my VERY busy day to spend to talk to them and get the same god damn result!I EXPECTED THE Revdex.com TO FIX THIS CORRECTLY! I am going to sue for emotional damage and damange to my credit!ALL I WANTED WAS PECO TO TAKE MY ACCOUNT OF COLLECTIONS, REFUND ME THE DAMN LATE FEES THEY KEEP CHARGING ME UNJUSTLY AND REMOVE ALL THE NEGATIVE INFO THEY SUBMITED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU. THEN I WANT A LETTER STATING THAT THEY HAD DONE SO, SO MY CREDIT WILL BE CLEAN AGAIN, LIKE IT SHOULD OF BEEN. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT NIGHTMARES WITH BILLING WITH PECO. I AM TIRED AND VERY ANGRY THAT I HAVE TO TAKE TIME OUT TO DO THIS, THAT THIS IS TAKING UP SOO MUCH OF MY TIME AND CAUSING ME SOO MUCH STRESS!JUST DO WHAT I ASK, DON'T INCONVIENANCE ME BY HAVING ME TO TAKE TIME OUT TO CALL THESE PEOPLE! I PAY THEIR SALARY, THEY SHOULD BE CONTACING ME! AND USE EMAIL ONLY!IF YOU CAN'T DO THAT THEN I WILL GET A LAWYER WHO WILL! I'M HAD ENOUGH OF BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP!

I am rejecting this response because:I have already called PECO a dozen times and scheduled appointments (did anyone not read my original complaint). I never received a phone call or nobody never ever came to my property to change my gas meter, so why would I waste my time again calling just to get nowhere?? I said that someone needs to contact me so I can know for that someone will come out and replace it, yet that still has not happened.

I am nearly 71 years old, my lights were turned off because my son who no longer resides with me moved out and is moving to Florida for 2 years training to become a " flight nurse" he told me mom put the bill in your name and the day before I could fax Peco the required papers that they requested from me they cut the electricity off. All my repeated calls to this company were answered by rude, unprofessional, and beligerent women: With the exception of two who were very professional. The others that I spoke to were All B[redacted] ignorant, and nasty. I must be honest when I tell you that I am b[redacted] too. These women need to be re-trained, or even better FIRED! In the name of all things holy I would like to know where do you get these nasty is from. Each one that I spoke to with the exception of the two previously mentioned did nothing but make me breakdown and cry. I want to file a lawsuit against PECO for not training or caring before hiring these kind of people. I come from a generation where all seniors that I knew were very respected, I can't begin to imagine how they speak to seniors in their families. In conclusion PLEASE HELP ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE TREATED THIS WAY WHEN THEY CALL. It is bad enough have your service suspended but to have Customer Service Reps. belittle you on top of that is appaling.

It just baffles me how I have been calling for months and even made an complaint about an gas meter but yet I still get a response about an electric meter. Communication definitely is a problem and it makes no sense to me at all . I was hoping that someone would've left me a message if they did call because I do work and cannot be waiting around all day for a phone call. I've been back and forth about this for too long, and hopefully since I actually have a number now, maybe this can be resolved. I will be in touch and let you know the outcome.
