Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, a PennyMacRepresentative attempted to contact Mr. C[redacted] on September 22, 2015, to discuss his concerns.  Regrettably, we were unable to reach Mr. C[redacted] and a message was left for him with the contact information for the representative assigned to his loan.  We will continue to make attempts to reach Mr. C[redacted] so that we may provide technical support and web assistance. A letter of explanation will also be sent to Mr. C[redacted] under separate cover.  PennyMacvalues and protects its customers’ confidential information.  Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain fromposting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose ourborrowers’ personal information.

Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, our office completed a thorough review of your loan’s account activity and contacted Ms. W[redacted] to discuss her concerns.  During our conversation with Mr. W[redacted], she confirmed not receive the escrow refund check mailed by PennyMac.  To expedite Ms. W[redacted]'s refund, the check was stopped and a wire transfer was processed.  PennyMac confirmed with Mr. W[redacted]'s bank on January 17, 2014, that they in fact received the wire and would credit her account.  Ms. W[redacted] was contacted and advised of the final resolution.  
An apology letter was sent to Ms. W[redacted] for the frustration and inconvenience she encountered.

 I have not heard from PennyMac since they called me and said they would look into it. They took $1000 dollars out of my escrow in November 2015 that was not applied to my insurance or taxes.

No response was received until he called and left a message on 7/16/2015.
I was overseas and the message was received at night time.  I returned to the US the following morning and returned his call.
The summary of our conversation was that he had done research and listened to prior calls.
He had escalated the matter, but No resolution was made.
He confirmed that I was told on the recordings that the original appraisal was sufficient.
The PMI is still on my account, despite being at 75% loan to value and being told the original appraisal was sufficient.
As nothing has yet been done to close the complaint, I reject their attempted closure.

I don't understand how Penny Mac can purchase my mortgage from another banking institution when they are not even licensed in the state that my home is in. I have been told by Penny Mac that cannot change or refinance my loan that they now own because they are not yet licensed in my state and they have had my mortgage for almost 2 years now!
How is this even legal that they can do this?

Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, our office completed a thorough review of Mr. Williams’ loan.  PennyMac contacted Mr. Williams on July 1, 2014, to confirm receipt of his Revdex.com notification.  During this conversation, Mr. Williams confirmed he had received the escrow refund check on June 30, 2014.  As of today's date, Mr. Williams has no further questions or concerns.

Since this was the second complaint for the same issue, I hope l do not have the same problem next year.  It took me hours of time and aggravation to get this resolved.
