Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account. The complainant’s preferred customer account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/28/2016 has been refunded, $138.34. When completing the process of becoming an Ambassador, she agreed to all Policies and Procedures (attached). I am so frustrated with plexus right now it's hard to express in words. I am on auto ship for products but can not stop them from shipping and charging my card monthly. There is no way to get in on a call, in fact I was on hold and hour and a half one time. I have sent multiple emails with only a auto response for 2 months but they continue to charge my card. My advice do not give this company your card info what so ever. I'm going to file a law suit against them this week to get them to respond to my cslls and emails.

The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/11/2016 has been assigned the USPS tracking number [redacted]9. However this tracking number does not reflect any shipping movements. This order any still be delivered at a later date by USPS as we are not able to cancel this order and still correctly pay out commissions. This is why our customer service agents advised the complainant we are not offering expedited shipping at this time.
However to ensure the prompt delivery of this delayed order [redacted] it will be reshipped with the UPS overnight tracking number 1[redacted].

[redacted]. The ambassador return policy is also in the ambassador policies and procedures that the complainant agreed to on 3/16/2016 through the online sign up process. Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in resalable condition. A refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition. The complainant’s order [redacted] was a welcome pack. This order included their $34.95 signup fee and discounted products. In the interests of resolving this complaint this order will be refunded outside of the ambassador return policy as it will not be able to be returned in new condition. The complainant’s order [redacted] will be refunded minus the original shipping cost of $4.05. The complainant’s order 82197287 dated 3/16/2016 has been refunded, $210.78. Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank. It is not necessary to return this order at this time. I was contacted by a friend who is an ambassador for Plexus worldwide. She told me all about how wonderful Plexus was and how it was the golden egg of the health world. She assured me it would help me loose weight, lower blood pressure and "feel better"....even though I felt just fine. 3 months in, nothing changed! No noticeable change at all (only thing thinner was my waller) and it's insanely expensive and nobody could possibly afford to pay what they ask for every month (which is how they get you to sign up!). I said it wasn't working and I would no longer be using it. She went on to say I probably have a leaky gut....a what? Seriously? Are you a doctor now? Can you see inside me and see goop leaking from my gut?!?! She suggested I try another overpriced product to help the first overpriced product work, um no. Not to mention I'm a breastfeeding mom (which I was assured over and over again was fine) and didn't want to be putting all these chemicals into my and my baby's body. Bottom line, this company is a scam, a pyramid scheme and I hope they go out of business before they take more hard earned money from people looking to loose weight and searching for a healthy lifestyle.

This is the THE most worthless company on the face of the earth. So they claim to have refunded my money? They claim to have shipped it? And they have never contacted ME? I don't trust this worthless company any more than I would trust someone who tells me they're shipping me the Brooklyn Bridge.If a company is 100% unresponsive, 100% unprofessional and 100% unapologetic - I SHOULD BELIEVE THIS abrupt, unprofessional email? They already told me it would be shipped 3-5 days (from my order) from the order date of 10/29/15.
