Great company, they sent a man out right away. He had information we needed to decide on a replacement water heater and he had the unit with him. In a short time we were up and running. I have used them in the past and will use them in the furtue.

[redacted] was a great plumbing specialist. He was extremely professional, friendly and informative. [redacted] explained to us exactly what was happening to our septic and took care of the problem quickly. What a wonderful company and yes we would call them again!!

We had a terrible experience with this company from the plumber to the Supervisor [redacted] who handled our problem. The plumber arrived and before he even checked the problem with the water heater that was leaking, he was already selling us a new one because he said it was already over 5 years old. Informed us that our water softener unit was in the way and that he would have to move it to put in the new water heater. He quoted one price for the job but then added other charges to the invoice that we had not agreed. We are out of state and our tenants were home. Plumber lied to our tenants and told them that we had given him permission to take our water softener unit away if it was no longer compatible with the water heater, which was a lie. Tenants called us and we called him to take it back, which he then got smart with my husband and said he would leave the old water heater there too since we wanted the softener back. He took property out of our home without permission, so he stole. Supervisor never apologized for the bad work by his plumber and disrespect towards us. When I spoke with supervisor [redacted], he was very rude, came on phone with a serious attitude claiming we were trying to get work for free. He said I was trying to get more money out of him, insisting his plumber did nothing wrong. It took until next day for plumber to return our water softener unit and we're not even sure if it works since he closed off the valves where it connected. Never made contact with our tenants and just dumped off unit in garage because it was left open. Since our last name is a Hispanic last name, the supervisor went on to tell me that even if a person is here illegally they still have to pay taxes, so not only is he rude but also prejudice. He removed extra charges, which should never have been put on and told me I was being rewarded. So unprofessional and rude is how I would describe this company.

[redacted] was extremely professional and gave me expert advice. It was a pleasure having him install my water heater and I appreciate his CAN DO attitude. Your company is fortunate to have him. Thank you.

Had a emergency call and [redacted] was on time and fixed the leak in the middle of the night when no once else was working. Can't beat that kind of service!

[redacted]. and [redacted]. were extremely professional and thorough. [redacted] explained all of the work that needed to be completed, what caused the issue and provided options for repairs. I really appreciated this because the work was extensive and knowing all of the options and other information enabled me to make an informed decision. [redacted] is an incredibly hard worker. He also answered all of questions while he was in a hole that completely enveloped him. This was an urgent repair and the workers were here right away, on time and working the entire time. After all of the repairs were completed, my yard looks as if it hadn't even been disturbed. It was very impressive.

Review: On 1/19 called plumbing master emergency at about midnight. Charles came and fixed the initial problem and pointed out some additional issues which we ok to fix. One issue was overflow line from water heater not piped to drain outside. He then ran the pipe outside which is ok. We quickly observed it was flowing all the time which it shouldn't. I called him back and he was scheduled to come fix it 1/23 but he then told us (only after I called to confirm eta) that it would be 1/24 till he could do the work. He did come 1/24 and said it was fixed. Within a matter of minutes water was gushing out of bottom of water heater. I called he returned and then said we needed new water heater. Keep in mind heater worked fine beforehand. We knew the overflow was inside and that had been fine and his fixing it was "upgrade" so to speak. After he told us we needed to buy new water heater I loudly and angrily pointed out we had no problems before he did the work. He did back down after much yelling on my part suddenly he could fix the problem. Had I not confronted him we would have been charged for labor and parts for new water heater we did not need. He was clearly deceptive and attempted to sell us something we did not need.Desired Settlement: I wanted to make Revdex.com aware of the deception and dishonest business practice. I am fine if company wants to contact me

[redacted],I would like to apologize for the way we left you feeling. We seem to have failed to diagnose your problem correctly and this gives us a huge opportunity to train our team. Sometimes we make mistakes and as management we train and get our whole team to step up another level. We would like to make this right and install a whole brand new water heater at no cost to you, completely 100% on Plumbing Masters. We appreciate the work that you have given us in the past ad that you chose to have Plumbing Masters do your plumbing work. We value you as clients and want to make this right. We spoke together today and went over the issues and some ongoing issues, we will make all of these issues go away with a completely brand new water heater. When we spoke and set up the appointment to install the new water heater I mentioned I was going to respond to this complaint and write a response about what we are going to do for you. You agreed that this was fair and the right thing to do for you. Thank you for being patient and Plumbing Masters Management hopes that this will instill that we will always do what’s right! Response:

While the company did provide us with new and upgraded water heater and I am appreciative of that I stand by my original complaints. My water heater functioned fine before your employee "fixed" it. After his 'fixing" it there ensued a myriad of problems requiring him to return to my home where things were made worse ultimately resulting in no hot water. Again I appreciate the company providing new water heater at no cost however none of this would have been needed had the original plumber not engaged in what I consider "upselling" us a service that was not needed

Response:

I am glad you gave us the opportunity to replace the water heater and make the water heater issues go away. We did work on the water heater and unfortunately we ended up having an issue with it. No one likes to be told they need to replace something when it can be repaired, so the best thing to do at this point with your 8 year old water heater was to replace it all at Plumbing Masters expense. We have had some training sessions with our tech that was at your home and we are absolutely sure this will never happen again. He will be able to diagnose any water heater problem with the training he received. We strive to hire trained plumbers and get the best on our team and sometimes they can misdiagnose problems, but this does not make the company a bad company, we do not practice deception, nor do we tolerate deceptive practices from our plumbers. Plumbing Masters stepped up and did the right thing by replacing your water heater for free. Plumbing Masters would appreciate this matter to be closed at this point, we handled all the problems in your home and we have taken every action on our end to train our employee, is there something else we can do for you to close this matter?

Review: My wife and I had just purchased a home and after taking possession found out that the cold water was not very cold. Having used plumbing masters before to replace a garbage disposal, I figured, I would have them at my new house to fix this problem. I scheduled my appointment for July 8, 2014 between 8-10am. The Technician arrived on time. He walked through my house and did his inspection. At this time it was determined that my water pipes ran through the attic and therefore exposed to the heat and the water will not be that cold unless we reinsulated the whole attic. This was not an option. After all we will only have this problem three months out of the year. I then noticed that the master bath sink was leaking and since The Technician was here, I had him take a look. He said he could fix the problem and quoted me an estimate of $268.00 plus tax and incidentals. Because we had other work happening in the house the next few days, I did not want to wait for a second opinion and had agreed to those terms. Twenty minutes into the job, The Technician said everything was going fine and then he comes into the kitchen with the valve and a broken piece of PVC and told me it broke while he was trying to get it off. The next words that came out his mouth are where the issue with this company arose. He stated that it would cost $320.00 to fix this problem on top of the 268.00 already quoted. This is what he calls incidentals. So now he is standing in the kitchen starring at me wanting to know what he should do. Wait, it gets worse. The Technician now gives me an option to destroy the back of the cabinet to get to the pipes which he broke or cut an 8x8 in hole in my master closet drywall that he won’t fix. With reluctance and no choice I had to have the lines fixed that he broke. The Technician called his supervisor [redacted] and asked what he could do and they decided to knock $60.00 off. To me this was unacceptable. I in turn called and spoke to [redacted] and he assured me he would talk to The Technician. When the work was completed nothing more was deducted and the job that was supposed to costs me $268.00 was actually $566.00.Desired Settlement: Refund of money that was caused by the technician

In response to the complaint I have attached the contract between Plumbing Masters and Mr. [redacted]. As highlighted on the contract we clearly informed the client of his risk with the substandard material his home is plumbed in. Despite the fact that Plumbing Masters was upfront about the risk of the material fracturing when replacing the valve and Mr. [redacted] speaking to a manager before the work was started to repair the fracture at which time he agreed to continue, we have refunded the addition monies to him. This is only to avoid any further disparagement of our good name through this outlet (Revdex.com). This is clearly nothing more than Mr. [redacted] making and adult decision and later not wanting to pay for it. We will not seek any compensation for his breach of contract but any and all written or implied warranties are null and void due to violating the contract for no monies paid for service rendered.

Johnny is a great worker who is caring, honest, trustworthy and really puts in the time and effort to ensure our problem gets solved. Very easy to get along with and made it fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend him to other people. 10/10 customer service.

Hired them to re-do my plumbing. They started on July 25,2014. Today is August 26,2014 and it's still not done. Over the past month, I have seen a total lack of commitment to getting the job done. Numerous times they have not shown up when promised or just not shown up. Last night a manager came over and promised everything will be taken care of "as quickly as humanly possible" and said that someone would show up at 7AM this morning - which they didn't. Called and he's in a meeting. Fed up so will also be filing a complaint.

I couldn't be happier! Made a request regarding a leak from the outside faucet yesterday evening and they came out early AM. Very friendly and very quick. I can't believe I waited so long to make a request!!

Joe m[redacted] was one of the most friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service professionals weve had the priveledge to work with. He saved the day for us and would highly recommend him.

[redacted] was very friendly & pleasant to deal with. Very good at explaining what was needed to be done when problem was determined. Fixed problem right away. A good experience all around. I would recommend [redacted] &

Plumbing Masters to all my friends.

Review: Called the business after seeing the $99 drain cleaning ad on TV. Was given a arrival time on 10/14 between 8am and noon. Service person arrived at 3:30. Showed him the two clean outs. He snaked the washer line for 65 feet. Put his equipment away. While doing so I ran water in the kitchen sink and it started to back up. Told the guy and said it would be an additional $99. I stated it on the same line and he hadn't even tested the drain he was working on. He said we was going to. Got a hose for him and the drain backup quickly. He stated it had to be close. Tried to upscale a pressure cleaning for $500+. He said he would camera it but couldn't because the line was full of water. The company says free video inspection with drain cleaning. This was not done. I did pay for the service and noted on the billing slip "drain not cleard scheduled between 8-12 arrived 3:30. Also on the door of the truck it states "My plumber will small good and show up on time or I'll pay you." When I asked about that he said the service was usually $200 something and $99 was a deal. Bottom line, drains just a clogged as they were when they arrived... late.

Called the office after guy left to complain about the service. The gal who answer said she would forward to the general manager. I didn't receive a call back that day. I called back on 10/15 @ 11:20am and spoke to [redacted]. She pulled my address up and saw that I called a complaint in. I was wanting the $99 refunded. She was unable to assist and said she would print the issue out and give it to the general manager. He was unavailable because he was in meetings. I did not hear back from the general manager on 10/15.Desired Settlement: Refund of the payment for service that was not complete orsatisfactory as the clog drain existed when the service tech was still on premises.

Professional, prompt and informative.

Johnny was verry professional personal and polit didan outstanding job thanks johnny your my personal plumber

Incredible service…I called Monday morning at 8:30 am and was told I had an appointment between 1 PM to 7 PM…to my surprise; I received a call at 12:30 PM telling me [redacted] would arrive in 30 minutes. At 1 PM I opened the door to [redacted]’s smiling face. I explained my plumbing issues and [redacted] was so upbeat and friendly while he was assessing the situation, he went over with me my choices and the cost, explaining it wasn’t by the hour but the job and also covered all the warranties details. We agreed what was to be done…he was amazing; he was cleaning up as he was doing his job and was very knowledgeable and efficient. After he checked all my plumbing throughout the house, and informed of some additional work I may consider doing, which I will in the near future. As we all know plumbing issues are no fun, but the experience was so pleasant because of [redacted]’s efficiency and his upbeat, funny personality. I will certainly use Plumbing Masters again

Johnny was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was very up front about cost and did not pressure me into making decisions one way or the other.

Joe M[redacted] provided our service and he was GREAT! He was professional, courteous and very funny. He fixed our bathroom faucet that broke while I was turning it off. He said that it broke due to the poor quality water and he recommended that we look into a water filtration system to help us to avoid any future problems. We are very happy with his service.

Plumbing Masters sent out a highly qualified and professional man, Johnny! He had my problem diagnosed and fixed in short order. Thanks Plumbing Masters!
