I recently sold an item on Poshmark, I shipped the item to the buyer and the post office tried to deliver the package to the address the buyer provided but the buyer wasnt home and the package went back to the post office for pickupThe post office advised the person has picked up the package at this time and the tracking information does not get updated once this happensThis is an issue because Poshmark is holding my payment until the tracking reads delivered, which it will notI shipped my item on time and now Poshmark will keep my paymentI tried emailing their customer service team, but they do not respond
