I ordered an item which was an ed hardy handbag for $which was never shipped out to me so poshmark cancelled the order after days and told me that the money would be returned to my card immediately which they havent done yetThey still have the money and wont return it to meI want to file fraud chargesthank you

There is seller protection on this appPoshmark claims items cannot be returned unless it's specifically misrepresented in the original listingI recently had a case opened on an expensive Michael Kors purse (BRAND NEW) I soldThe buyer claims there were stains/marks on the itemIt took over a week for the case to be reviewed and ultimately approvedI emailed them multiple times on how uncomfortable I was having my $purse just sitting in a random person's houseOf course I did not receive a replyI eventually received the item back sans any "stains" or "marks"...HMMM...that's oddI wonder what Photoshop program the buyer used to transpose stains on my purseOh, I also had a buyer return an item for a LOOSE STRING and Posh approvedI also would like to mention how absolutely obnoxious their fees are20%? Really? I'm already marking the item down to appease any potential buyer and your scamming me out of 20% of my profitIt's funny how apps like Mercari and Vinted can get away with low feesAlthough I have 10,followers and have had the app for two years, I will slowly be closing my account down because I no longer feel comfortable selling ANYTHING on thereI have also bought my fair amount of items on hereI've had a generally good experienceHowever, there were a few items that never ship and Posh takes FOREVER to let you cancel and refund your moneyThey really need to get up with the times and let users publically see other users' reviewsI don't see a point in reviewing someone if other people can't benefit from it

Dear Revdex.com, I recently mailed a handbag to Poshmark for authenticityPoshmark received my item on December 21, I received an email on December 21, from Poshmark stating my Item's authenticity cannot be confirmedPoshmark requested I pay $per PayPal for my item to be returned to me and I did so immediatelyOn December 28, I emailed Poshmark requesting a tracking number for the handbag returning to meAs of today's date I have not received any updates concerning the return of my property from Poshmark

I have bought and sold clothing on this app for the last two yearsI really have no complaint when buying thingsThankfully I have had good experiences with the products I've receivedI also don't spring for high end items, as it's basically an online thrift storeMost things are ridiculously marked up because they take 20% commission on any sale, which is garbageThe shipping is also a standard 3-day So if someone wants to buy a $piece of clothing they are paying more in shipping than the product is worth and the seller only makes about $They also have a horrible vetting systemLately I have been getting a bunch of my products removed by Poshmark due to "offensive content" with NO EXPLANATION of what the offense wasWhen I press them on what was offensive they just say sorry and put it back, meaning that they removed my product without just causePoshmark also does not allow e-mails to be shared with other sellers or advertisement of other sites to be posted in descriptions and comments for "safety reasons", yet they allow e-mails to be shown openly in the user profile and do not hide Sellers information for return addressAlthough I have made about $using this app, I will find a better platform where my products are not taken down on the whim of some garbage vetting system, and I can actually make more money on products that are not supposed to be expensive

I received a defective item and want a refund and Poshmark is not agreeing to that

Poshmark has an unprofessional return policyThey treat their buyers as though they are liars and thievesI received the wrong color that was shown and they refused to help in any wayThey just took my money and stated they sided on the side of the buyer

I purchased a pair of pearl earrings from a seller & specifically asked her if they were gold as I'm allergic to silver earrings The seller said yes I received the earrings and they are clearly marked silver when you look at the earring stem through a jewelry loop The seller admitted she made a mistake I contacted Poshmark & then refuse to help me They are asking to take pictures of the silver mark I have tried and the stem of the earring is very small so it comes out blurry I sent the pictures as well as the a screen shot of the conversation between me and seller where she admits the mistake Poshmark will not help me I cannot get in touch with them via phone I want to return the earrings to seller and get my refund via Poshmark yet Poshmark will not help me

This is a website where I buy and sell goodsThere have been a couple of occasions where I have sold things to people who then decide to complain that there are issues with an item that we’re not there in order to return the item to meI will receive my item in return in worse condition than I sent it, in one case, completely brokenThey have no system to weed out people who abuse the system and always side with the buyer, no matter what the circumstancesIssues with people stealing or destroying items happens all the time and the protection services that are promised by the website are non-existentMy last shipment was a pair of sunglasses that had been packaged perfectly, the buyer decided they did not like them, popped the lens out, and are now returned to meI have no item now to sell and I have no compensation for the broken itemThe photos clearly show the bubble wrap still in the package and the photos from before I shipped them show a perfect pair of sunglasses

We issued a full refund as soon as the seller cancelled the order, and have not held on to any funds

Where is my money Poshmark, the money to pay to fix the damaged item that you promised?
Why can't I write a review for the sellerI bought it and she got paid (overpaid) for it???
Why are you protecting a seller that isn't honest and gets more money as if she mentioned from the beginning the price will drop?
It looks like the have new people working for the customer protection and is getting a lot of negative reviewsPoshmark should fire those new people that aren't doing their job properly and the don't respect their customers!!!
