On September 26, Poshmark sent me an email and said they was sending my Louis Vitton bag back to me because the customer who purchased it didn’t like it so it’s been over months now and I have sent over emails asking where is my returned bagI told them over and over again that this is unacceptable and either own up to it and say you lost it and just pay me for it but they keep sending me these generic emails response which is annoying so I told them I’m taking the next step in filing a complaint

I ordered some shoes from one of their consignors over a week ago (9/7/18), and have yet to receive any notification that the item has been shippedMoney was withdrawn from my bank account for the order

For sellers of legitimate products, this company is a bad deal They have a "review" process that really just consists of the buyer submitting pictures claiming that an item was damaged or not as described in the original listing Then they drag both buyer and seller through a convoluted process of "reviewing" the submitted materials Maybe they ask for more documentation from the seller Maybe they ask for more documentation from the buyer But ultimately, they side with the buyer The items that the seller receives back are never in the same condition they were when sent to the buyer So the buyer is happy...and maybe got a freebie out of the deal depending on what they did with the item while it was in their possession...and the seller is out of a product that was just fine when it left their hands initially Sellers also get completely hosed on the "commission" that the company takes Buyers get hosed on shipping I hate that this company has cost me so much time and energy In the interest of my sanity, I am giving them up
