The items were returned to the seller on April 23rd and the seller did not reach out to us to dispute this return

I have sold items on Poshmark and the item have been delivered to the buyerI’m unable to update my email address, therefore I’m unable to receive payment for the items I’ve soldI have emailed Poshmark numerous emails explaining the issue and how I need it fixedThey have responded but yet to fix the problemWhen calling the phone number, it says there not taking calls at this timeVery poor customer service to say the least and ripping people off of their sales! I recently sold a pair of shoes on Poshmark, I abided by all Poshmark's seller requirementsI took the shoes and the shipping label to the UPS store on the day the buyer requested to purchase the shoesPoshmark's policy for sellers is to have the item taken to be shipped within two daysI shipped the item on September 22nd and it was delivered to the buyer on September 28th at 8:amAccording to Poshmark there policy is to releas the funds to the seller after if the buyer has not disbuted or accepted the itemsI waited the full hours for the buyer to accept the items or Poshmark to contact me with an issue, the hours passed and I received no funds or any emails from Poshmark with the buyer disputing the itemAt that time I emailed Poshmark explaining that it's past there hour policy and my funds should be released, at this time I received an email back stating they would notify the buyer a package was ready and I would have to wait an additional three business days

I started selling on Posh January of this year getting rid of some of the items that I no longer need lets face it being a woman I have a hard time letting go of anythingI had heard so many good things from my friends and thought this site seemed fair and I obviously did not read the reviews from others before I started listingI had never had an issue up until last FridayI have many designer handbags and I thought I would sell some of my vintage Chanel Handbags I keep the receipts for all my bags in a plastic filing binderI have sold several Chanel Handbags and never had an issueI posted my lambskin Chanel wallet and it sold to a lady who had previously listed a Chanel wallet for sale (hers looked completely fake) upon receiving the item the lady accepted the Chanel walletThree days later the lady says the wallet is fake and she contacts PoshmarkI have the receipt from where I bought the Chanel Wallet in Florida in the 70s I have kept my receipt for all these yearsI am not sure exactly what she told Poshmark, but they ended up refunding her the money and blocking my accountI have never in all my life dealt with a company who looks at one side and doesn't make a decision based on fairnessI had the receipt, I emailed them the receipt and the next thing I know I was blocked from the siteAfter becoming a posh ambassador, after selling thousands of dollars on their site thy go and block meI was blocked on Friday and I was able to transfer so money to my bank and usually with it being the weekend it will not hit my bank account until TuesdayToday comes and the money is not in my bank account so I call my bank thinking it was just a mistake on their endThey told that they do not see a deposit coming though and that I needed to get in contact with PoshmarkI have even emailing postmark since Friday when my account got blocked and it took them until today to get back with meI have emailed them again about the money not being in my account and they have not gotten back with meso NOT only did they block me but they are withholding money from the items that people already have receivedIn the beginning, I thought posh was the best thing and now my opinion has seriously changedyou can't get in contact with them on the phone and then they stop emailing you all togetherThey almost always never take the sellers sideIt is absolutely ridiculous, I did nothing wrongI did not sell anything fakeI know there are people on posh who are selling fake items and they have been for awhile and they are the ones who should be blocked not the people who follow the rulesIf you are looking to sell items I would consider a different siteThey do not help you, they do not respond and they block you for no reasonIf there was an option to give no stars I would

Hello I made a purchase (Dress) on May 28th, when the item arrivedIt was stained so bad it could not be worn, the seller did not advertise the stainsI reached out to her and she apologized, and said to not accept file a claim to receive a refund(I have the email trail) I did that, I sent photosPoshmark comes back on June 7th, and says they needed more photos in natural lightI sent more that same day, I've explained to them more then timesThe dress is a golden yellowish it will be difficult to see the spots without holding itOn June 9th they sent another email indicating I did not send the photos on June 7th, and since I had not they would be closing the case with no refundI replied copying the confirmation I received from the June 7th email I sentIt's like this is intentional and a common business practice, they wait days to replyThey don't read there emails, and then close your case keeping your monies and you end up with bad merchandiseThis is totally unacce

Poshmark’s customer service is unacceptableI received a double order and over the course of a week before the seller shipped anything, I contacted Poshmark times and received no responseThe seller misled me by offering me a discount right after I ordered an item; I accepted it, unaware it was actually an offer for a separate but identical itemSo I ended up with two of the same itemThere was no way for me to contact the seller, and all my attempts to contact Poshmark about it were ignored, until the day after the seller shipped the double orderPoshmark sent me a scripted reply that basically amounted to a huge “we got our cut, screw you”Their business model is predatoryThey don’t care about the customer as long as they get their piece of the salesThey expect customers to cancel an order within hours but take a week or more to respond to complaintsI didn’t cancel the double order within hours because I didn’t realize it was a double orderPoshmark finally offered
