This is the worst I don't even know what to call itThey have no phone # that worksThere are no live peopleThey don't have any working emails now - or they've blocked me because they've said they will help me - over months ago and I keep getting more hoursNow what in the world takes hours for months? They deleted my account once because a woman store my money and account - but let her remain on and we luckily found a loophole in PayPal and they had to make a dispute which she never responded to - she left me the nastiest, most horrid emails - which I had to put in my junk mail - It started when I asked when she would send my bag - after a week or soMore than reasonable timeI bought something the day before (days from purchase to my house)This lady told me she stole my money & didn't have $to give back - well she's raking in money stealingIt took at least a month but of course PayPal saw all that she put me though & I wonThen she had to pay which she never did - refused them so they stole my money back from her accountThat mean person - but postmark sided with her and took me off causing me to lose the only think I ever wanted & was the only contender and I lost the beautiful Tory Burch Pineapple Sandals in brown for $- They owe me thoseI made a fake account which I had those bullies (I reported each one) - they never did anything to stop themThey were still watching me and making fun of meSo I asked for that account to be deleted but oh no, they're so stupid they deleted my real *** account and won't give it back - their fault but won't do a damn thingThey are the bulliesThey won't help meIt is now the principal and You will be hearing from me - I'm on disability so I have them, their lawyers, their police, my lawyersUnless you do something about it and fix it NOWThey are nothing but a scam & it's now all about the purposeI had many deals in place and poof gone - now I'm sure I am talked about againAll because you can never get a real person, no phone # - what real company doesn't have those thingsAll I have read tonight is scams, no wonder their owner was going to jailThey all should - they say this - but it's the same canned emailNow you better do something in hours hours or I'm breaking out everythingYour report tooI'm on disability and am treated like thisI know people in high places - going up to past and current presidentsNow am I one to mess with? I, too wish I had checked out Poshmark prior to making any purchases One out of three were the way they were presented My reviews were honest Plain and simple about the issue with the product One pair of jeans came with dirt and grit in the package and that was easy to wash out The other pair of jeans had so much fragrance that they've been washed twice, soaked in Oxyclean and hanging outdoors for four days The shirt was incredibly wrinkled but no biggyit was clean, didn't have fragrance and was ironable For honest reviews I got in return what kids get bullying What I got in return was other worldly in terms of language and hate talkSad there is that much nastiness, and hate, especially in regard to clothing Poshmark people if you're running a business than you might want to consider what your customers have to say about your product How else will you improve and become better and succeed? Not just on Poshmark but in life? While I can accept the less than great items I purchased, what is not acceptable is the lack of care, lack of professionalism and total disregard for the person who has handed over their hard earned money for verbal abuse

*** have to admit that I have no one to blame but myself - I should've read the reviews first, so my loss would've been preventedBut for those who can benefit for prior knowledge of the apparently common scheme running on Poshmark - here goesI sold a dress to *** for (as per her own admission) an upcoming weddingThe dress was identified by the manufacturer (Badgley Mischka) as "Red Gown with Shawl", although the actual color was with a fuchsia tint, which the pictures on my site were clearly shownI shipped this dress the same day I've accepted the offer, in the original garment bags for both the dress and the shawl, using a large USPS envelope to prevent wrinklesTwo days later the buyer opened the case regarding this sale claiming "the color was not as described" (I had pictures posted, in different light, mind you) The case was approved shortly, but it took the buyer almost ten more days (and probably the weekend for this wedding) to ship the dress backWhen I got it, I was really shocked – it was shipped shoved in the medium size envelope, with no garment bags or hanger (I don’t understand why the buyer took the shawl out the zipped bag if the color of the dress is “not as described”)In addition, the dress was stained, and the boning structure of the corset was bent and twistedI contacted the customer service, but – as people on previous reviews mentioned – they brushed me off with the “can’t confirm the original state of the item shipped” bs and quite insulting $credit to my accountI am writing to the CEO of Poshmark, but have no hope of my situation, meaning falling a victim of the common Poshmark scheme being resolvedI only hope that people who are reading this review would think twice before using Poshmark

I purchased an item from a seller on PoshmarkPrior to purchase I asked this seller if the item was made of flannelThe seller responded yes, I proceeded with the transactionWhat I received was a cheap homemade shirt, with NO tag labeling the material and the material was clearly NOT flannelPoshmark requires all returns/refunds be processed through their customer supportI immediately filed a claim, which was deniedI inquired why I was denied, was asked to prove further information and was asked multiple times for more pictures and I complied with all requestsPoshmark continued to deny the claim more times stating the seller did not say the item was flannel, even with provided listing and screenshots of the conversation asking the seller such PRIOR to purchase

Disgusting products and Customer service support This company robbed me of a product I was suppose to be delivered and instead of handling it they did nothing to help me out and give me the product I deserveI will be sure to never use this application again, and tell everyone I know in the silicon valley where I live how terrible this App and company is

While the listing itself does not contain an inseam measurement, the comment history shows that I asked for its measurements and was told by the seller to look up the original Madewell listing, which gave me a measurement of 28"The pants I received were much shorter, clearly having shrunkThe seller also described these pants as "like new," which implies zero damageAccording to Poshmark's Buyer Protection Policy, "We will give you a full refund if your item does not match the listing description," and also states that it covers any "undisclosed damage."

While I'm not completely pleased with the way Poshmark went about handling this issue, they did provide me an explanation which is what I needed in order to gain some resolution

Customer service never answered my complaint that was filed initially a month ago to redeem the money they claimed was “completed” but never actually deposited into my accountI believe this company is fradulent and unprofessional

I sold my Chanel sneakers on poshmark it got approved for authenticity but prior to them shipping it off they sent the buyer additional photos of the sneakers to see if they’ll continue with the sale if not they’ll ship it back The buyer accepted the photos and the sneakers were sent then the buyer disputed not as described after the fact the buyer approved the additional photos sent by poshmark Sneakers were returned via USPS tracking which I didn’t receive until two weeks after they were actually shipped I never received no notice from the postal service for delivery attempt nor was the package at my local post office I contacted poshmark numerous times about the situation no response but they released the earnings and refunded the buyer When I checked the tracking again this week it was returned to the sender but the zip code the package ended up at was not my zip code Which explains why I couldn’t find the package at my post office in my area

Horrible experience! Their customer service is non existingI purchased a dress, when I got , looked more like an old rag, I have been trying to get my money back for almost one month, all they agreed was to take back, but I pay shippingshipping is 10, why would I have to be out of ?? I will never buy from them again!
