This company is horrible! Don't get sucked in by their offer of discounted shipping on your first purchaseI signed up and was offered $shipping, this was not honored and I was charged the full amount of $which is outrageousI was unable to cancel my order and you can not call and speak with customer serviceThe company only allows you to email with any problems or questionsI did so and received a bogus general email stating reason why they may have not honored the discount, it was not a specific response to me emailI have no idea how this company has an A+ rating, it is such a rip offI had read a review beforehand where the buyer had the same problemI wish I would've headed the warning, I just thought there would be a way to resolve this but Poshmark is unwilling to help mePlease take my bad experience as a warning and steer clear of this company

I am very thankful for this. I was not, however, given an opportunity to rate the seller who mislead myself and others and misrepresented the item therefore I remain concerned that this unfortunately may happen again I also remain in the dark about what Poshmark may (or may not) be doing to improve its communication with it's customers and it's customer service. I bought an item from Poshmark (purse) that was defectiveI wanted to return itI contacted Poshmark, submitting photos displaying the defectI received a reply email asking for more photos showing clearer details of defect (first photos were very clear, and showed accurate detail)I sent in more photos; Poshmark sent a reply email stating that: "Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because: - item is as shown in listing" It's true that the item listing didn't show the defect, as it was inside a zipper pocket, which was zipped closed in the online photosAsking for a refund for a defective item is a logical requestThe fact that I submitted exact, clearly defined photos showing the defect, requires Poshmark to send me a refund in full, as stated in their return policyIn denying my return request, they have misrepresented their own policies

Im new to poshmark
I purchased a purse that did not have an accurate description
The seller messaged me after I purchased the item notifying me that she edited the description and eliminate the part that described the purse as dirty in the pockets
She then mailed it to me before I could tell her not to send it
I recieve item and "accept" on the websiteI had no clue that you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT get a refund if you hit "accept"
I contacted the seller, and she was willing to give me a full return/refund

I purchased shoes on poshmark.com, for 650$, the first issue I had was there is no way to contact customer service by phone, which raised a red flag, the shoes finally ship, and I receieve them, the shoes are not authentic, the shoes has the sole coming up, and there is wear and tear amd marks, in the description of the shoes it specifically says, never worn, no marks or anything, which was a lieso I took pictures sent them to poshmark followed there return procedure, I was offered a dollar credit, I refused that, I dont want any used worn shoes if that was the case I would have purchased used shoes from the site, so then they offered me a dollar credit which I refused, because again these shoes were not worth the dollars that I spentToday I get an email stating they will not honor my return and I have to settle with the dollar credit, no that's not what I want, I want a full refundIt takes days to get a response this is the worst customer service ever, now I am out
