This company will ban you for calling out someone who is selling fake itemsThey don't care where their money comes from as long as it's coming inThey banned me for reporting a seller with counterfeit cosmetics listed, and I have only ever sold authentic makeup, making the company a modest 2k over the course of a yearThey will *** you over in a heartbeat

The seller on Poshmark sent me a completely wrong item than I ordered I was working hour shifts and contacted Poshmark customer service a few days about item was wrong and they basically told me it was past time to return They said I opened email and that meant I had accepted I sent pictures of crappy item recieved I ordered a SAK purse and recieved a Fossill purse that was stained and dirtyThey sent back a response about I had accepted the item and therfore It can't be returned and they gave me posh creditsA few days later I get a email from the seller on Poshmark acknowledging she sent the wrong purseSo I replied back that yes it was wrong and asked for her to send the SAK purse I ordered and I would return the Fossill after I received the SAKNever heard from her againSo I contacted Poshmark customer service , told them she had acknowledged the wrong item sent and I asked them to step in and correct it They again said there was nothing they could doSo then I

Absolutely non-ethical company Bought a dress, got dress, dress was labeled as a certain size but had clearly been shrunk Zipper was warped, and wouldn't zip Dress will never fit Complained, and after a series of back and forth, they denied my return request because technically, the dress was the same size that was advertised I explained that no, technically it wasn'tThey would not even address the broken zipper, even after asking them point blank "why are you not addressing the broken zipper." I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Poshmark and through a misunderstanding was sent two of the same pair of shoes, both of which I was not happy with For the next two weeks, emails were traded back and forth as I tried to return the one pair of shoes I had not orderedRepeated replies for more information on how to return was met with the same form letter The bottom line for them was that I had to initiate a complaint within hours but I could never get the information I needed (which was more than the form letter provided) to do that and so they denied my request because time was up even though I emailed them almost every day for two weeks regarding my concernsIn the end, I was stuck with both pair of shoes and a $credit for each pair which I will never use as I never want to have anything to do with them againI have closed my account The customer service was horrible as I was sent the same information over and over which did not address the concern I had I asked for a phone call and was told that was not possible I found a number I could call but all I could do was leave a message and they said they might get back to me which they never did The only way to communicate with them is via email and it takes at least hours for a reply Customer service is limited to Monday through Friday All in all, this was the worst service I have ever experienced from a retail venue

Poshmark makes everything so difficult, especially their customer serviceI just started on Poshmark about one month ago and had some good sales, then all of a sudden Poshmark decides not to allow me to list any more of my items - apparently, PM believes my items are replicas Poshmark is so wrong! My items are authentic and I take great pride on my items as I am an educated person that knows the difference between fake and authenticI have sent so many emails and they cannot give me a good answer nor try to resolve the issueNow reading all the complaints, PM seriously doesn't care about the sellers, which need I remind them, this is how they are making moneyPoshmark is only looking out for themselves and not the consumer, which is a huge disappointmentPoshmark make it right for all! I purchased an item (Ugg boots) on Poshmark Nov30th The seller sent me someone else’s item (a Gap Hoody), and sent my item (UGG Boots) to the person that ordered the gap hoodyThe funds have already been taken from my accountI contacted the seller and opened a case with Poshmark immediately! Had a bad experience on poshmark where a buyer was verbally abusive on a “case open”and the site didn’t do anything or respond to my email correspondence regarding the matterI am a female and the male buyer was very aggressive on the site to the point I’m nervousNever using this site againIt’s unaccepatable to be verbally abused anywhere and as the middle man, they should have intervened

I recently purchased my first item from PoshmarkThe item was described by the seller as "New Without Tags (NWOT)"The skirt I received was anything but newThe item had noticeable pilling, stains, and frayingNo big deal I thought, "I can shop with confidence, I am protected as a buyer."
