The salesperson who came in would not leave - he kept badgering us about why we couldn't make a decision right thenYour sales tactics are appalling and you focus on people who fall victim to your pushy tactics - you basically try to make people feel like their family isn't safe unless they choose youAll the materials you say you use that are special were used by the contractor we went with who we've known for yearsAnd the table, an accident??? It took months to get that check because we could never speak to a manager - we had some low-level salesperson we had to go through who told us we'd get $and then all of a sudden it was no, $800, because he misspokeNot to mention that the amount doesn't cover fixing the table because it is not fixableKeep saying what you want, I will do whatever I can to ensure no one ever uses you Regards, [redacted]

Harassing..that is the best word I can describe these peopleAfter accepting a "free" estimate for windows, we let the sales guy know it wasn't in our budget to replace the windows at the time of their visitThe quote was good for one year which we told them we would think about itAfter several calls asking to reschedule with the manager who was in our neighborhood, I told them we couldn't do it at this timeI received a very rude response from the caller and he basically hung up on mesince then, my husband and I have received a call from them EVERY day, even though I have asked to be removed from their call listI wouldn't buy anything from these people ever nowThe constant calls has placed them on my blocked call listThey tout their Revdex.com rating and Angie's list rating, however that should be adjusted to reflect the constant badgering and relentless annoying calls you receive even after you tell them NO!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the company did not address the major issue as noted below in my addendum dated 5/1/2014: Regards, [redacted] Addendum dated 5/1/by [redacted] ***, homeowner to Power Home Remodeling Group You did not respond to the major issueLet me be more clear and bluntI specifically said on my initial call I wanted to replace windowI was never told, up front, that there was a minimum of windows required to receive a quoteIf your phone operators would have been honest, up front, this would have been a second call and no time wastedInstead, with full knowledge I only was interested in window, the phone operator proceeded to schedule an appointmentWhen the person showed up at my door, I again said I was only interested in replacing windowHalf way through the two hour meeting, the salesperson said there was a minimum and not until after the two hour meeting he told me the minimum to quote was for windowsThis is: 1) Dishonest, 2) Bait and switch, 3) up-selling, and 4) deceptive This issue is not resolved and will not be resolved until the owner of this company directs his sales staff that no calls nor meetings should take place if a customer wants a quote for less than four windowsIf unresolved, the Revdex.com should publicly display this issue so that a pro-active customer could read and decide for themselves if they should pursue a meeting, given the minimum

A salesman, Jeff, came to our door and was pleasant enough, asking if we were in the market for a new roofWe happen to be, having already gotten quotes with one still on the wayI agreed to an appt the next dayLater that evening I got a call to verify the appt and was asked if my wife would be here, at which time I said that I would only give the salesman ten minutes, as this was a day off; I wanted to enjoy the day with my wifeThe rep on the phone actually laughed, saying, "That's not enough time," to which I responded, "Then forget it," and hung upI've had experience with these types of businessesThey high pressure sell to people who may have time for long presentations (the elderly or naive or both)Some have a positive experience, until they reveal to friends how much they paid

Super experience with powerWe got windows and gutters installed last week and it couldn't have gone smoother for usThe people are great the work is great so basically a great experience!

Power Home Remodeling recently installed replacement windows in our home, we love the windows! Company employees were informative and considerate Can not say enough good things about the install crew, they had windows in with minimal disruption to our home and clean up was thorough and complete Would recommend this company highly to anyone looking for a company to handle their home remodeling
