Loving my bow window! They finished the installation in about three hours, the cleaned up, and everything works beautifullyIt's my first time hiring a contractor so I'm not the best to compare my experience, but it was fantastic all the way through!

Power went out of their way to help me, which is greatly appreciatedI'm a bit of a hoarder which made it difficult to even get to my windows but power gave me some extra help to make this project happenI couldn't be happier with this experienceI've had other fantastic companies do work for me but the only difference with power was the extra effort and extra follow upYou can tell they really care about making the experience perfect and pleasant for me and I'm sure all of their customers!

I scheduled a time for a meeting with the sales person for an estimate on repairs that would be good for one yearThe salesman showed up, very knowledgeable and went over some pricing, I informed him we could not get the work done at this time however within a year was possibleHe was very insistent we should do it now " Pressure Tatics " However once he realized we were not going to buy tonight he politely ran out of here, did not leave me the estimate that is supposed to be good for a year and days he saidneedles to say you can forget my future businessThanks for your time Mark!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Eamon L [redacted] states that contract from 8/7/was voidedWe have a signed contract from 8/14/that says 5.9% Final signed contract on record[Document attached of signed contract] Powers voided the 6/28/contract that Eamon L [redacted] references in his response When we requested a copy of the voided contract on 8/19/2013, Powers failed to provide leaving us with only the 8/14/signed contract on file (attached)Buyers did not know the [redacted] thermostat was improperly installed HVAC Specialist was called because Buyers assumed there were issues with HVAC systemWhen HVAC specialist inspected the systems, it was stated that [redacted] system was improperly installed The Powers agreement states that they will take responsibility at no cost to buyer, but it does not state that it will not reimburse for services that reveal neligent work done by sub-contractorsThe [redacted] Company provided a new thermostat at no cost due to improper installation and recommended working directly with [redacted] contractors versus sub-contractors for the [redacted] system (telephone conversation) [redacted] Company sent unit via next day air, but Powers requested we not install so that the sub-contractor could review the work When sub-contractor came to install the new unit, he stated that, "It looks like it could have been installed incorrectly." However, he could not confirm as the HVAC Specialist had already corrected the issue (the unit was set under incorrect setting and it needed to be set at heat pump)[Document attached and underlined on page and 3] [HVAC assessment attached] Regards, [redacted] ***

We had windows and gutters installed by them.Very happy with your representatives, the installation and cleanup of both jobs We had original windows and leaving in Illinois the cold and wind can be brutal Cut our gas bill by at least a 1/ Would call them again or recommend them to friends or family They followed though with everything they promised even the pizza

I am completely satisfied with everything done on my homeI noticed a remarkable difference in the conditions inside my houseWarmer in the winter and cooler in the summer "not as damp"Both products and installers were superiorI had very pleasant experienceYou pay for what you get

second time we used power the job people are always polite, and professionalwill use them again and refer our friends

th crew was prfoessiponal, we had crews come out all were the same polite, respectful and professionalI like the fact that easch crew had a specific ttask making them a master in what the doone crew did roof, capping, and gutters

Extreme sales pressure on my and year old parents Convinced my parents their roof was in such bad condition, including cracked rafters, that the roof would likely collapse on them in their sleep with the first snow fall of the season Quoted them a ridiculous price and parents agreed Next day, after having time to think things through, my parents decide to cancel Another rep came to the house to get the "cancellation form" signed and after another hour high pressure sales pitch, parents signed the contract with an additional charge of $4000! Next day a third rep (gutter expert) came to the house and told my parents the present gutter system will not work with the "new roofing system" and that new gutter system will cost another $ They have days to cancel My parents are shaken to their core! $26,for roof and gutters and they don't have enough time to get other estimates This time my husband will be there when they sign the "cancellation form" as back up and will be ready to call the police if this rep does not leave!
