Hi ***, on 11/you had emailed and asked for a refund, and got our message that we were closed for the holiday, we had asked you for your phone number in an email so we could reach out to you to address your concerns, you then went on our Business page and posted that people should not purchase from us, Which is SlanderWe will dicuss this matter with our attormey on how to address this issue In the meantime a full refund has been issuedCopies of refund and communication attached

Hi [redacted] , I'm not sure how you are a victim of a scam and I'm sorry if you feel that way as on Feb 2nd you were offered a refund I will copy the email hereYou were called and left a message on January 6th as wellClearlyif our interest was to scam you we would not be calling you or emailing you offering you a refund, and we simply dont want that you to think that at all so a full refund has been madeI apologize we were unable to satisfy your order Have a great day!

I bought the fake tomagotchi pet and you get a free elf with ANY purchase when you put in the code for the black Friday special as your website and [redacted] stated! So you canceled my order for following EXACTLY what uour company said to do?! You just admit you lied to me when I called and was told it was being mailed next day and it wasntThen being told now more lies? Lets get facts straight I sent you messages stating what I stated here the fact you took my money ruined christmas for my goddaughter and never mailed anything what yoy even just admitted by saying youcanceled my order for absolutely no reason and then only refunding me when I complained after waiting over a month for items tou never sent!I called your company to speak with you and instead you threatened me instead! And apparently I have very good reason to tell people to avoid your business because you lie, take money, not send items, cancel orders without any sort of reasons, threaten customers, then still refuse to send what was ordered!! Thats not slander huoney its the truth!!!! I also have where the elf was free withpurchase screenshot as well as my invoice showing it as well that it was free with my purchase as your company claimed on the black friday deal! So maybe recheck facts before lieing about and to someone! All of this could have been avoided had you just mailed what I ordered I mean how hard is that especially when you had a MONTH to do so! A refund was issued after several nasty emails were sent and phone calls to try to rectify the issue, nothing further, ? A copy of the refund is attached as well as the communication.?

I am rejecting this response because: I was never nasty in emails or calli actually only called and talked to someone twiceall I was simply asking in emails/calls was where/when was order was in or being shippedyes on one of the last emails I sent I did say that I was frustrated and annoyed that it was taking this long and that I would never order from them again, but who wouldn't say that after taking a month and a half and still no orderi don't like the fact that they offer items for sale that they don't even have and once someone orders them they are lied toall I got was different excuses each timebefore I even filed a complaint I looked to see how many other complaints this store had and they have in a month time frame all with similar stories to minethis "store" , if it even is a store, is run very unprofessionali also think it is a scamthey sure do take the money fast and I believe they hope that you forget about the orderyes they refunded my money but lets see if I actually get iton this topic, I read in one of the other complaints that they quoted them 5-days for it to go back in account and I was quoted daysif everything goes back in my account you wont hear from me again but if not that is a different storyi also have all emails that was ever sent if needed

Our policies are stated in RED that we have a 7/business days turnaround and that if an order is cancelled prior to business days a restocking fee will be assessedI did call you and you stated you were recording me and I stated I did not consent to that.? That is correct.? I am the owner, I am years old and have been the owner for the last yearsI'm sorry you would not recommend us however when I buy something I read the terms of the saleThey may be helpful in the future.?

[redacted] was mailed the wrong item and we apologized for that happening but when shipping so many items everyday mistakes can occur, we are human? We did offer for [redacted] to returnthe item for a full refund and we will refund her shipping costs or she can keep the refund and we would give her a partial refund of it appears she was not happy with either decision, it states in our policies if there is an error on our part and you wish to return the item please do so and we will credit shipping costupon the item returning to us? I will copy the policies and communications here.?

Maria emailed us yesterday, I will provide the emailsShe requested a refund which was then issued, she then realized the card was no longer active after the refund was already issued, I explained we dont have the ability to refund random cards and that the refund was already issued and she would need to contact her bankShe then accused us of stealing from her since the account is no longer active in which the refund was sent.? I cc'd our payment processor to verify the refund was already issued and that she would have to contact her bank.?

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: regardless of what time the call was made customer service should not include a poor and rude attitudeWhen I email to Nicole asking her to give me a call I stated that she could call anytime after 8:a.mby 1:p.mI emailed her again stating that I had not yet received a phone call from her and that I would need to leave soon to pick up my own children from school she chose to make the call after her business hoursI never stated that I did not receive the refund because [redacted] is processing the refund however what I do take issue with is that no email was ever sent to me stating that the merchandise was delayed I had to keep reaching out to the company to find out where my product was and when I finally got a phone call back the nasty attitude was unwarrantedI would actually love to hear a copy of the recording because then that would put to rest this entire conversation and in fact show the poor and nasty attitude of Nicole as well as her yelling at me where as I never yelled at her at all so please provide a copy of these taped recordingsWhich I might add would be illegal because at no time throughout the phone call was I ever told that I would be recorded since you were calling me from a regular home phone number and not a business line and in order to be recorded it must actually say this call is being recorded and it never was Regards, [redacted] ?

I spoke t [redacted] on the phone and she asked a refund, and that provided she then wanted me to stay on the phone with her till she got the email confirming the refund,? I stated I cant as it was already passed hours of operation and I had to get my child off the school bus which is 100% true, she then started yelling so I hung up taped calls can be providedI will not tolerate the statement we stole your money, as a refund was provided the moment you asked for itCopy of refund attached.?
