I am rejecting this response because:I did finally after months receive my reimbursement however this goes against basic business
principles and ethicsI the consumer had to fight for that reimbursementI had to reach out to this company multiple times! A good reputable business would have contacted me and attempted to make it right! I am leaning more towards fraudulent "scam" type activityI believe they hope the consumer will "give up" or forget about it and not continue to pursue what they are owedI was made to feel like I was being unreasonable when in fact Royal Couture should have been making the effort to make it rightThen suddenly months in "oh we were hacked" what about the months before that?! As a consumer there are laws that should protect me and obviously this company was in violation of those standards and practicesEven reading this companies response should show you the unprofessional behavior I have dealt with for the past monthsReimbursement or not they are in violationThe complaint still standsI have email copies I can forward showing and proving my complaint.

Hi ***, on 11/you had emailed and asked for a refund, and got our message that we were closed for the holiday, we had asked you for your phone number in an email so we could reach out to you to address your concerns, you then went on our Business page and posted that people should not purchase
from us, Which is SlanderWe will dicuss this matter with our attormey on how to address this issue In the meantime a full refund has been issuedCopies of refund and communication attached

I am rejecting this response because: I had to email to ask about the order I paid for that I never receivedI shouldn't have received any phone calls from someone yelling at me because I asked for a refund after being lied to several times about my orderOf course my phone number was given when I placed the order as it is with all my online purchasesThe phone number given is supposed to be used for any issue regarding the orderIt definitely wasn't given so that "***" could call yelling because I asked for a refund after dealing with the extremely unprofessional customer service I will be filing a police report as well.?

*** called yesterday and was screaming that we stole her money, I can provide the call so I hung upI refuse to have anyone yell and scream at me.? As stated yesterday in an email to her she opened a *** dispute she needs to wait for *** to close out the dispute and issue the funds
back to her.? I apologize that she thinks we defrauded her?

because:? ? I emailed other times and have proof if need to send.? Plus called twice with no luck.? So the one email you state you received yesterday was not my only time contacting you.? Plus why would a business hold money or not sent a item or refund till I contacted Revdex.com on the matter for months.? Buyers beware.? I accept the refund but wont shop here again

I called and last Thursday and Spoke to the customer regarding her order, She was told there was an issue and offer a refund she declined the refund, we can provide taping of call if need beCopy of communication and refund providedShe was refunded after posting to our page on 3/Not sure the
reason for the Revdex.com Complaint.?

After being called numerous times by *** and sent numerous emails*** was refunded she did follow the instructions to imput the code FREE ELF to receive the free item therefor the order was cancelled.? I will provide copies of her emails to us as well as her refundalong with the
numerous slander posts that we scammed her after her money was refundedI did ask her for her phone number to try to correct the issue but that apparently was not good enough she? though it would be better to troll and slander my place of business.?

Hi Ashley I reached out to you several times to resolve your issue with no response, a full refunds has been issued have a great day.?

Maria emailed us yesterday, I will provide the emailsShe requested a refund which was then issued, she then realized the card was no longer active after the refund was already issued, I explained we dont have the ability to refund random cards and that the refund was already issued and she would
need to contact her bankShe then accused us of stealing from her since the account is no longer active in which the refund was sent.? I cc'd our payment processor to verify the refund was already issued and that she would have to contact her bank.?

As I stated to Julie our account was hacked on? numerous occasions.? Her refund was issued via Instant transfer on Saturday!

I am rejecting this response because:My name is *** not ***Secondly, the only person who raised their voice was ***She refused to let me voice my concern and stated she wasn't the postal serviceAs I explained in my last email before the phone call was ever madeThe tracking number that was provided was like a screen shotIt had no option to click on it or track through stamps.comIf that would have been an option the phone call wouldn't have even been necessaryEmailing me the appropriate tracking email after a complaint was filed does not show much for your businessThat could have been done ( as stated per *** in an email) on the actual day it was shippedAs I attempted to explain to you before you screamed you weren't the postal serviceMy other concern was that I understand delays with holiday shopping etc, However, I ordered on 11-Was told also per *** via email to give it 7-days she was unsure why I wasn't emailed an invoice but never offered to forward one to meStill has yet to do soI luckily have a screenshot of the original order with the order number or I wouldn't have been able to even eventually get the tracking numberMy final concern is that also via email with *** I was told it shipped out on 12-That is passed the 7-daysAgain, I am not unreasonable and realize it's the holidaysWhat does upset me and reflect poorly on your company is when the original tracking email was sent it specifically showed it didn't ship until 12-I found it very frustrating it not only shipped days after I was told it dos but then I couldn't even track the packageOther consumers need to be aware of these issues but more so than that they need to be aware of the people they are dealing with*** was beyond rudeLike I said previously I will research these types of companies better in the futureI will be returning the product of it ever shows and I will continue to seek my refundYour reviews speak for themselves.?

Hi ***you contacted us yesterday and we told you it would be due to process back by today? the refund is immediate on our end but it can take time to process back to the bank being you paid with a credit card, confirmation of the refund is in your email and I will post a copy
