I am rejecting this response because:
I understand the policies but waiting months then receiving wrong item is not right of a business to doI cannot afford to ship item back wasn't expecting to have to do thatI need the full refund so I am able to get something else for her15dollars will not cover something elseI feel like since I not only waited months for this item then received the wrong item I at least deserve a full refund not partialI ? am a single mom trying my beat to support my daughter and at least give her a great birthday.?
