I am rejecting this response because:
I was told shipping was 7-days which means I should have received my item by the 18th? I requested tracking information multiple times so that I could keep an eye on where the package was located? The policy that I agreed to was to days for shipping not to days to process an order before shipping would occur? I never requested a refund and I would like to receive my product? I am guessing that on the 10th day my product still hadn't even shipped, as I was never given tracking information and the company was able to cancel my order and refund money even though it should've already arrived on that day? It makes sense why I was never provided with tracking information, as it was past the end of business hours on the 10th day and my product still had not been shipped as per the company's policy upon checkout? ?

I originally requested to the company in this complaint? that I receive my items? (rather than a refund)? but I do not believe that I would EVER receive? the products? that I paid for? I would be happy? to just have a refund for the full amount instead of waiting for a product that? may not ever be sent to me? ?

*** called multiple times and has inquired about her order a few weeks ago she was given a refund because we were unable to supply her with a productI had stated when the item arrives we will mail it out free of charge, she has relentlessly keeps calling, today I had stated to her we still
have not received the item as we are having issues with that particular productShe proceeded to get nasty, even though her monies were returned weeks ago and she was offered a free itemI cannot give you something I don't have sorryI can provide taped calls as your request.?

M first contact with you was October 5, regarding my orderIt was not until today 10/17/that my daughter had sent an email regarding my order because I have never received anything ? from you regarding my orderAfter her email and a phone call to you from my daughter that you called advising me my order was sent outThere were no threats made through emails nor was there any threats made on the phone callsI have all of the correspondence between us and will gladly provide to prove you are incorrect? After making this complaint to the Revdex.com you had called my phone uninvited harassing me over this complaintThis obviously has turned personal with you and my daughter which of whom has made no such threats as you speak.?

I am rejecting this response because: I called my bank and they said if the card refunded is no longer active then the refund is null and voidWhen I asked how to resolve this matter they responded with " not my problem"Their customer service is terribleAll I want is the product I paid for or my money backIf they can't refund another card why can't they send a paper checkAlso the credit card I have them isn't a "random" card if I am giving them the info

I Apologize *** it seems we did submit the refund on Sep 2nd however on that date we did have a issue with processing credit cards I have contacted our processor and did resubmit the refund you have been emailed a confirmation and I will post one hereI apologize.?

I am rejecting this response because: how do you not have a product that was advertised all over
facebook in the first place, if you didnt have this product, that is advertisment .why was I allowed to even place the order for this item if you simply do not have it available for whole months.why did it take months to tell me that you dont and wont have this product? what kind of business is this?then you ignore the emails of a customer who has questions? I was given a refund without my permission or even acknowledgement when I should have been offered to look at other swim suits that you did have available thats how you compensate a upset customer
