I am rejecting this response because: I understand the policies but waiting months then receiving wrong item is not right of a business to doI cannot afford to ship item back wasn't expecting to have to do thatI need the full refund so I am able to get something else for her15dollars will not cover something elseI feel like since I not only waited months for this item then received the wrong item I at least deserve a full refund not partialI ? am a single mom trying my beat to support my daughter and at least give her a great birthday.?

Your money was returned to you its a process through [redacted] if you do not wish to wait they I recommend not useing [redacted] further as sometimes there process can be longYou were emailed confirming your refund there is nothing I can do to make it go faster WendyI thinks it crazy that you opened a Revdex.com complaint after being refunded days ago.? Shana, I spoke to you yesterday on the phone, your money was returned to you were very nasty on the phone. We as a company do not have access to personal card information as we use a credit card processor what was emailed to you was the persons name and receipt of there refund by mistakeWe are humans and make mistakes I'm sorry that you cannot accept or understand that. But by no means were your or anyone's person information shared or compromisedI apologize for any inconvenience we may caused.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told shipping was 7-days which means I should have received my item by the 18th? I requested tracking information multiple times so that I could keep an eye on where the package was located? The policy that I agreed to was to days for shipping not to days to process an order before shipping would occur? I never requested a refund and I would like to receive my product? I am guessing that on the 10th day my product still hadn't even shipped, as I was never given tracking information and the company was able to cancel my order and refund money even though it should've already arrived on that day? It makes sense why I was never provided with tracking information, as it was past the end of business hours on the 10th day and my product still had not been shipped as per the company's policy upon checkout? ? Hi [redacted] you contacted us yesterday and we told you it would be due to process back by today the refund is immediate on our end but it can take time to process back to the bank being you paid with a credit card, confirmation of the refund is in your email and I will post a copy here.

Hi ***, you forgot the fact that you sent your husband to troll our business page and comment under every comment telling people to not order from us and Slander our page, yes the refund was issued our bank account was hacked and we did issue that refund yet Again yesterday! As an adult I
