I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

*** was mailed the wrong item and we apologized for that happening but when shipping so many items everyday mistakes can occur, we are human We did offer for *** to returnthe item for a full refund and we will refund her shipping costs or she can keep the refund and we would give her a
partial refund of it appears she was not happy with either decision, it states in our policies if there is an error on our part and you wish to return the item please do so and we will credit shipping costupon the item returning to us I will copy the policies and communications here.

I am rejecting this response because: It’s a lieOur conversation was about minutes long & Nicole was completely unprofessional & quite rudeIf it takes as long to get a “refund” as it did to get my “order” (which never came & I was never offered an explanation), then this business should be shut downNicole, you were very rude on the phone & hung up on me without offering an explanation as to why my items were never shippedI don’t think you should be in customer service as your personal skills are severely lackingI will keep a very close eye on my account & hope that I actually get a refund & it doesn’t “process” for over a monthIn the future when orders never ship & a customer tries to contact you via email & phone, you should really get back to them & explain what’s happening so that the customer doesn’t get so angry at the fact that you took their money but failed to ship their items or call to offer apologies & explain why nothing happened with the packageThen you should apologize for that & offer he customer a refund on the spotYou did none of that & failed to return calls & emailsThat’s just a horrible way to conduct businessThen when the customer FINALLY gets someone on the phone, you shouldn’t be rude & try to sympathize with why that customer is rightfully upset & fix the issue.

***, placed an order on 8/two days after placing the order she proceeded to post all over not to purchase from us because we scam people, because she called and didn't leave a message when calling and we didn't answer, that makes us a scamShe never asked for her order to be cancelled via
written emailOur policies state that if you cancel the order prior to the 7/business day turnaround there will be a 15% restocking fee, I will copy the policy here as well as her commentary she posted all over our page, because like other business's we have negative feedback every business doesthat makes us a scamLittle does she know we will be pursuing her in court for slander Had she asked for a refund we would have been happy to accommodate that requestHer refund will be issued minus the restocking feeAlso, I don't have any messages or calls from Bank of AmericaI don't any person after being in business for years that places an order after days goes on to a persons place of business and writes scam all over there business page, because they didn't answer the phone???

A refund was issued after several nasty emails were sent and phone calls to try to rectify the issue, nothing further, A copy of the refund is attached as well as the communication.

I NEVER called anyone names! I was lied to several times about my packageAnd then come to find out I am not the only one they have done this toEvery review I saw afterwards said the same thing they did to meI was never nastyI simply asked when will I receive my package as promised and I asked why do I continue to get lied toNichole was VERY nasty and rude to me and hung up on meI NEVER called anyone names! That is a lieI simply warned everyone do not do business with these peopleThey have horrible customer service skillsY'all really need to treat people better!

I am rejecting this response because:
The company stated to me in a previous email there was s 7-day turn around where I can cancel and be refunded, suddenly they want 15% restocking feeThis is poor businessI don't even want the 15% anymore I want her company to be noted by the Revdex.com for their actions and harassmentThey are now threatening me again with a slander lawsuit for being dissatisfied with their terrible customer service

***, The email we have from you is from November 28th regarding a back order , I dont have any emails regarding you stating you wanting to cancel and receive a refundPlease copy them here. We cannot refund random cards, we dont have the abilityIf you would like to call us and
communicate what you would like to do further that would be greatThank you.

suggest he pay with paypal in the future.

As long as I receive the refundI do feel as if it was a scamI was left a message on January 6thI called back right awayI would have not received that call, had I not made a posted on RC face book pageThe lady I spoke with said my shipment would go out on the 11th of JanuaryI'm the one, throughout this entire thing, to contact RCFNot once, not twice, but three times I was told the exact same thingWhat is clear about the situation is, my "item" was/is not comingAlong with other's who bought from the companyWhich is public on the webJust use *** Again, a long as I receive my refund, I will consider this matter resolved

no concern for customer dissatisfaction in their response, is yet more evidence as to why this business is a complete disaster and will ultimately failPerhaps if the Revdex.com did run their business and train their employees, they wouldn't have to worry about bills being paidAdditionally, customers requesting refunds must be a very common occurrence as the email of a potential (as I have yet to see it actually happen) refund was the quickest response I've ever seenGood job RCF on providing a quick email response that states you will refund my payment! The fact that the refund response was quick is the only "funny" thing about my interactions with this lousy company.
