I have done business with Precision Air for two years, they have provided exceptional service every time. They clearly explain the mechanics of the problem while giving several options. I purchased a new A/C unit from them which Moses and Josh installed today. Both of them were very professional and personable, efficient and tidy.

Moses and Josh you guys did a great job, much appreciated.

James came to service our AC unit which was installed by Precision. He explained everything and our options. Very professional and through. I would highly recomend them for service.

Nick is very profesional and an expert on his trade. Heis an asset to Precision Air & Heating. It is always nice to get a service with him.

I had a home warranty and my AC stopped on me this summer. The warranty company couldn't even schedule me in for 2 business days. I called Precision Air and Heating and the wonderful admins there answered the phone at 6am, they scheduled me for that very day and Garret was here to fix my ac that This company is incredibly skilled, professional, and affordable. I signed up for their 4 year service plan which is a fraction of the cost for my warranty. Cancelled the warranty and will rely on the fantastic service of Precision Air and Heating for all of my AC, Heat, and plumbing needs. I feel so at ease knowing 100% that someone will be out to help me whenever I need it. I don't have the best luck but finding Precision Air and Heating was the best thing that has happened to me. To whom it may concern I recently had my HVAC system maintenance by precision air which I have been since 2000 Manny was the technician in which came and serviced my unit I have got to say that Manny is knowledgeable friendly. Also very trustworthy I would recommend precision air and heating to anyone who has problems with their air conditioning and heating system or just needs an inspection done way to go precision thanks for all your help

We were so thrilled to have Cameron for two visits. The first one was on the AC check-up and today was on the commode. Not only did he come the same day but also found the object that was clogging the commode, within minutes. Thank You, Cameron

Tech was quickly able to diagnose the cooling problem with our heat pump and propose an economical short term fix to get the system up and running properly. In addition, a cost effective 4 year annual maintenance plan was proposed (no pressure to purchase) where the total cost could be applied to the purchase price of a new system if we decided to replace our old system. Great options and felt like the tech was very straightforward.

Had an issue with my zone baffle system. Jonathan B[redacted] installed everything quickly and was very good at explaining everything involved.

Your technician, Chris H ([redacted]) was knowledgeable and very courteous, finding the issue quickly and conducting the work necessary to fix the problem.

Had my annual check up and was very pleased with the service. Nick R. inspected the system and let me know what it needed and performed the required maintenance. He suggested some other items that would help lower my A/C bill and also answered questions that I had regarding insulation and plumbing services. Overall, I was very satisfied with my service from Precision.

Manny was a cheerful and knowledgeable technician. The company dispatcher got him here on the late side of the window we'd agreed on. So I was unable to go and do an outside task.

Called Precision Air on Tuesday afternoon, because of problems with the airconditioner. Chris (428744) came out Wednesday and fixed a damaged duct system. We have had problems for months that nobody seemed to be able to fix. It took Chris very little time to locate the issue and leave us with a cool air!

We are most impressed with this company. Courteous, fast, reasonable, and most important knowledgeable. We can truly give Precision Air's technician both thumbs up.

Chris came over, was very professional and curtious. I would recommend this company to friends.

Please know I received VERY excellent service from Sam/employee of Precision Air - who seriviced my air conditioner. He was very professional and knowledgebile. I highly recommend him as an excellent employee.

My AC went out at the middle of the night. It was extremely uncomfortable. I called in seeking help. The operator took my info and Mike Stevens was at my house ready to work in less than an hour. He fixed my AC for literally 1 10th of what I thought it would cost. I'm forever grateful.

Mr. B[redacted] omitted the work order from September of 2010 in which it was stated the the condenser coil fan was very dirty due to a lot of oil leaking (this would suggest that it had already been leaking for a long time.  His own technician stated later in June of 2013 that the issue this time was due to "poor brazing on the line" of the air handler that was installed by them.  Fast forward to last week when another company had to come out to replace the bad work that Precision did.  It was stated that, "No Freon.  Very poor install by Precision.  Secondary drain pipe not lined up (which I left out the damaged caused to my ceiling by the water that leaked through) leaking on ceiling.  No plenum box.  I respect that Mr. B[redacted] wants to defend his technicians, but not the fact that he hides behind them.  I was told by several technicians that they would have him contact me.  He missed every opportunity to to that.  I have called his office to try to contact him, but he has his gatekeepers direct me elsewhere.  I'm not satisfied with his response; it is nothing but a deflection of responsibility.  I'm surprised by his complete lack of professionalism.  I guess you have to hide from your customers when you run a company so poorly.
