[redacted] was excellent! Diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes... a problem that two other companies couldn't seem to figure out. Best service I have ever had! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The manager was extremely rude and there is a lack of communication within the company. I was asked to cancel and reschedule my appointment twice. The second time I was asked to reschedule, another employee called me on the other line while I was already speaking to the manager stating the tech was in route in my area and to call her back while the manager is telling me he's got two other emergencies he needs to take care of and they can't come out to my house. So which is it; you can or you can't provide services? The manager said my call wasn't an emergency, so they had to send the techs elsewhere (without a true diagnosis of my clunking pipes and lack of water, I find it unprofessional to write my plumbing problem off as unimportant by demanding that I reschedule).

It was inconvenient for me since I had to take the day off and it was my only day off. Furthermore, the manager tried to pass the company off as Parker and Sons or an affiliate of Parker and Sons. When I said I thought I called Parker and Sons, not Precision Air & Heating, he danced around my inquiry by saying he was the one who answered the phone when I called to schedule the appointment, but wouldn't admit that the company is neither Parker and Sons nor an affiliate. When I initially called to set-up the appointment, I asked if this was Parker and Sons and he simply replied, "how can I help you" without admitting, "no, this is Precision Air." I find this to be a deceitful business practice and I would not recommend their services to anyone because of it. Honesty should be first and then customer service. When I told the manager to ask someone else to cancel, I need to get my plumbing service taken care of, he became argumentative, speaking over me to tell me how unimportant my plumbing problem is when he has two emergencies, instead of offering a solution such as, "let me see what I can do." This is bad business. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I will never use or recommend Precision Air.

Manny was a cheerful and knowledgeable technician. The company dispatcher got him here on the late side of the window we'd agreed on. So I was unable to go and do an outside task.

This past week I had two technicians out for air-conditioning and plumbing; Ryan with the plumbing and Armando for the air-conditioning. They both were professional and did an excellent job of explaining a couple of problems I was having and solving them. I would highly recommend Precision and both of the technicians.

My AC went out at the middle of the night. It was extremely uncomfortable. I called in seeking help. The operator took my info and Mike Stevens was at my house ready to work in less than an hour. He fixed my AC for literally 1 10th of what I thought it would cost. I'm forever grateful.

Please know I received VERY excellent service from Sam/employee of Precision Air - who seriviced my air conditioner. He was very professional and knowledgebile. I highly recommend him as an excellent employee.

I had a really nice repair man named Mike that was very knowledgable and put me at ease.He was polite and professional and will refer everyone to Precion Air,I sell furniture at Mega,Power and Southern if any of you guys come in I will give you a family discount.God bless you all and thank you for keeping us cool and comfortable

Called Precision Air on Tuesday afternoon, because of problems with the airconditioner. Chris (428744) came out Wednesday and fixed a damaged duct system. We have had problems for months that nobody seemed to be able to fix. It took Chris very little time to locate the issue and leave us with a cool air!

We are most impressed with this company. Courteous, fast, reasonable, and most important knowledgeable. We can truly give Precision Air's technician both thumbs up.

I had a home warranty and my AC stopped on me this summer. The warranty company couldn't even schedule me in for 2 business days. I called Precision Air and Heating and the wonderful admins there answered the phone at 6am, they scheduled me for that very day and Garret was here to fix my ac that This company is incredibly skilled, professional, and affordable. I signed up for their 4 year service plan which is a fraction of the cost for my warranty. Cancelled the warranty and will rely on the fantastic service of Precision Air and Heating for all of my AC, Heat, and plumbing needs. I feel so at ease knowing 100% that someone will be out to help me whenever I need it. I don't have the best luck but finding Precision Air and Heating was the best thing that has happened to me. The young man who helped us today with an AC tuneup, Armando, was beyond professional! He answered every single question we had without having to call someone for answers or looking up answers. He knew the company as well as an owner of a business would! When I answered the door, he was already wearing booties over his shoes; didn't even have to ask him to take off his shoes on our carpet. We are so glad we went with this company!

To whom it may concern I recently had my HVAC system maintenance by precision air which I have been since 2000 Manny was the technician in which came and serviced my unit I have got to say that Manny is knowledgeable friendly. Also very trustworthy I would recommend precision air and heating to anyone who has problems with their air conditioning and heating system or just needs an inspection done way to go precision thanks for all your help

Precision Air and Heating serviced our HVAC system on Dec. 17, 2015. Armando was the technician and he was extremely comprehensive in explaining the problems and how to resolve them. He was friendly and courteous and and provided great customer service. I was very pleased with our service.

Had an issue with my zone baffle system. Jonathan B[redacted] installed everything quickly and was very good at explaining everything involved.
