Garrett at Precision was on-time, courteous, and helpful in solving the problems and suggesting some great alternatives to some issues we were having with our cooling system. It follows a long line of good service I have received from Precision since starting to use them for my cooling/heating/and plumbing needs since 2004. Fantastic!

My air conditioner went out the in the middle of the night on a Friday. First thing in the morning Chris was at my house and got me up and running. I called quite a few places and they were the fastest to respond.

Hi I live in Mesa Az (la sendas area) and had 2 gentleman(Eric and Guy) come at 7am sharp to replace a whole AC unit. Not only were they timely but they work hard all day in the heat, fixed the issue, and answered all our questions along the way. I could not be more satisfied with their service and professionalism. Chris, a senior technician, was at my home in Scottsdale this morning. I had been curious about another organization's "tune up" service where they had recommended a number of items to repair or replace. I called Precision for a no charge second opinion.
Not only did I NOT need the "so-called" repairs or replacements" - Chris spent the time explaining the systems at my home and what could be expected in the future. At no time was there pressure to do anything but understand the system and I ended up entering into a low-cost 4 year service agreement where they check the system each year at no additional cost and provide a 205 discount on any future repairs.
In addition, one of the recommendations provided by the other company was going to be $354 for a part and Precision's cost would have been $152 and I didnt need it anyway.
All in all, an excellent organization and an excellent representative of the organization in Chris.

Mrs. [redacted]' complaint is found to be erroneous in nature. She has a mis-conception between what is considered a "Complete AC Tune-Up" versus an Agreement with our company. Her...

reference to the "ON HOLD" message is additionally false. We have provided a copy of our ON HOLD message recording for your convenience.

Secondly, she has reached out to our company twice since August  2013  for AC service/diagnostic related issues, not preventative maintenance. Both times she has received the benefits of being an Agreement Holder which include discounted services and free service/diagnostic calls in addition to us correcting her issues. The last time our company has serviced Mrs. [redacted] was on 05/21/2014. This visit was to perform her annual agreement visit as per her contract.  She was not charged or this visit.

In summary, Precision Air & Heating, Inc. has not falsified any advertisement as Mrs. [redacted] states. Additionally, Precision Air & Heating, Inc. has fulfilled all terms and conditions of Mrs. [redacted] agreement.

We deny the desired settlement Mrs. [redacted] seeks and request immediate dismissal of this complaint as it's of a financial matter outside the scope of the Revdex.com.

Aaron J. came out to clean my air ducts. He was courteous and efficient and was done quickly. He knows his stuff and I recommend him.

Moises, Guy and Ryan, the technicians who installed our new air conditioner were very professional and knowledgeable in their work. The overall experience with precision air was positive, and I would recommend their services.

Nick came out for my annual inspection and did a great job. He also talked me into adding insulation to our house and said that it would help with the electrical bill. He was very helpful.

Manny was very pleasant. Seemed a little to much like a salesman but did explain everything very well.

We had Jacob out to our home to diagnose why the thermostat on our small air conditioner was blank. He discovered a transformer was toast on the air handler in the attic. He took his time to replace the part and go through all the low voltage wiring to try and figure out why that transformer was fried. He discovered a drop in power issue coming from the service switch on the unit. He suggested we have an electrician come out and trace the voltage problem. I was very happy with his service and appreciated his patience in finding the problem. I have a strong feeling that most companies would have just replaced the part and left. - [redacted]

We have needed a new AC unit the last few years and Mike C[redacted] from Precision Air & Cooling just made the experience stress free. Our current unit in our house is 20+ years old and isn't cooling our house down under 80 degrees. Mike was a super cool guy and made myself and my wife feel good about getting a new unit. The price quote was half the price as the quotes we got from two other companies that came out. He wasn't just trying to sell us the unit with all the bells and whistles, just the one we need. Call these dudes!

Wow! What an awesome job Precision Air did for me and my family! From the fast response time sending out the first tech (James) and the great job he did evaluating our problem, to the fast visit from Claude to handle the sale, then the quick set up and installation by Guy and Eric when we decided to replace the unit that failed, they took great care of us. We heard from the office every time before the guys came out, so it was easy to schedule our time around their work. Each time someone came to our home they were professional and efficient. They made me and my kids feel at ease immediately, and we could tell right away we had picked the right company. We did get other quotes and looked at other systems, but no one beat their price or integrity. My husband is an engineer, and he can tell when equipment is installed correctly by pros, and Guy and Eric did a great job. I would recommend Precision Air for any HVAC or plumbing job, and I will be calling them again without hesitation if we loose another A/C unit. Thanks Erik for running a great company that truly does have integrity!

Manny has been to my house twice in about the last year for my AC. First time was to help my 15+ year old AC limp along until we could get get a new one. Second time was for the yearly maintenance. Both times he has been upfront and honest about everything. I have had nothing but great encounters with him and Precision Air!

Great experience working with the company for the past two years. Very up front with the issues with my four older a/c units and provided options for replacing all of them but also means of keeping them running longer. Manny was the technician that serviced the units today and did an excellent job.

Manny showed up for our maintenance appointment and was very thorough. He did find several issues with the condition of our AC unit and explained what caused them. He also used his phone to video the inside of the unit so we could see where the issues started. Even though we had to pay for additional services, the company was very fair in pricing and ensured our unit would be running at optimal levels from now on. Our experience has been top notch.
