If I put zero stars I wouldBeware of this companyThis was the worst experience I had to deal with and I wasn't even the one movingMy mother hired them to move her from [redacted] to upstate [redacted] ***She saw an advertisement for free boxes with long distance rides (nowhere does it say what long distance constitutes as)She calls a day before her move (I was standing next to her) and asks for them to bring a few more boxes the next day when they come to move everythingNothing was mentioned about being chargedIf I had known they'd charge her $for a few boxes, I would have went to home depot myself to get it for herThen they did not even finish the jobThey left half of her stuff at the house and didn't even complete the full amount of time she paid forLastly, the movers claimed they didn't have change for her $and would pay her back laterObviously they did not! I had to call them about times a day and they would just fight and yell at me that they are right and I am wrong and that they don't owe anythingAfter days of fighting with the owner and manager (both are just downright rude and obnoxious), they tell me all they will give me is $backI am still waiting for the $These guys will rip you off and cheat youThey are HORRIBLEDO NOT WORK WITH THEM EVER

The foreman Randy and the helper Greg state the wheel was broken prior to moving itThey showed it to the one lady which is not the lady that ordered the move so we can see where the confusion is coming from.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I made a mistake and was not able to respond to the dealers answer re Complaint # [redacted] This is it In regard to the audio and video the dealer is referring to:- I ´d like for the Revdex.com and myself to review it as I was never asked if I wanted those services, I was never told I was being billed for those services.- It should show how I was presented blank papers to sign, and when I question it, the finance person said that he was going to print out the information I had given them, pointing at his printer and computerSo I never saw any actual amounts.- It should point the manipulative way he asked me to sign the papers.- I do not recall I was told I was being recorded, nor anywhere in dealer’s installations where I was announce or was posted buyers, or potential buyers are being recorded(all of the above with my mother is witness) As I mentioned before, I was not told I was being billed, nor if I wanted those optional services (my mother is witness)If the dealer chooses to install them and then bill the customer / client is deceitfulCustomer/client should be informed and allowed to make their mid about them I do not want, asked for, or agreed on paying / being billed for services that are, in my opinion uselessWindow etching with vehicle’s vim or whatever serial number or otherwise is, again, in my opinion more that ridiculous and useless, just an excuse to deceit peopleI did not asked for, nor have any need interior fabric protection nor paint protection, completely useless, and how do I even know it was installed? And the additional insurance in case “you total your car.” I am already paying for full coverage with the insurance I choseIf need additional insurance or not should be my decision In regard to the dealer calling me, I do not answer my telephone during work hours, and, even if he did, there is no voicemail about the alleged calls About the $4,000+ discount he mentions:- That is the so called “Cash for Junkers” discount offered to every buyer /potential buyer- That “Cash for Junkers” was air on TV early – mid and there was a period of time that it was offered even if the buyer was not trading a car- That discount or rebate was offered to me from the beginning by the seller, without me haggling or asking(My mother is witness).- That discount is aside the point –the dealer billing customers/clients for neither services they do not want nor needI have to make a point that I do not want to deal with any of the employees of Mission Mitsubishi without a mediator or witness since:- I have received bad costumer service: they had raised their voice at me; they had told me I had frustrated everyone there etc.- I have been manipulated, I had been separated from my witness and rounded up by more that of those employees and manager to try to make me buy things I do not want.- I have been ignored and even the telephone had been hung up on me when I asked them to disclose those optional items.- When I call they would leave me on hold for very long periods of time, I was told “he does not want to answer,” calls transferred to no one and disconnected, I was placed on unnecessary holds without my consent.- They have proven to me to fabricate facts.- They have proven to me to hide facts Regards, [redacted] ***

New Black Mitsubishi [redacted] - [redacted] On September 2nd [redacted] came in to Mission Mitsubishi [redacted] TEST DROVE a New Mitsubishi [redacted] and asked for buying options [redacted] chose the option to trade in a previously committed loan (auto loan) Mission agreed to pay off previous auto loan and assist her with a new lender and new auto loan [redacted] agreed to the terms offered by [redacted] and purchased vehicle Days later she returned to Mission Mitsubishi and asked to return her vehicle At his time the loan was funded by [redacted] Mission Management asked if she would like to consider a different vehicle (new purchase) [redacted] said she would not because she could not afford anymore then payment she has now [redacted] has typed up a strong well worded letter to make Mission look like the bad company but she left out some key parts to this transaction She came to Mission asking if we could get her done She is on Audio/Visual purchasing and signing all forms to satisfy [redacted] in Finance Forms detailing the arrangement to satisfy this loan with Security Service Days later when she decided the vehicle was too small we offered her the next size option but she did not want to pay for it She has shown up to Mission three different times with three different people and we have cooperated with her and them each time politely We did not do anything wrong and we are not hiding anything Mrs [redacted] simply has buyer’s remorse and we wish we could reverse this deal! Management went as far as to show her the financial statement on her deal Simply so she can see how much of a deal that was for her But the facts are we cannot just call a lender and tell them to unwind a funded loan because we want them to Same way we cannot call a lender and say Approve this loan because we want them to Again Management and Mission Owners tried to contact [redacted] today 09/09/ We are trying to help Mrs [redacted] but we are getting no cooperation from her Note: Mrs [redacted] has been told by another dealership that she has an out from this contract because her Nissan trawas at Nissan in Service at time of purchase What Mrs [redacted] does not understand is that we paid off the loan amount she owed for that property (as agreed) And since she signed Power of Attorney giving Mission Ownership rights we paid it off So she no longer legally is tied to that Nissan it is now Mission Mitsubishi Property And again we are trying to do what we can to help but we do not have the power to dismiss her from her funded loan with [redacted] Thank you [redacted] – Mission Mitsubishi

Spoke to three of our guysNone of them saw the liquor boxThe Guys mentioned that the customer was either very drunk or under the influenceShe showed them the house in the morning once and after they finished loading they did a walk thru againWhen they got to the new destination, she realized that the grill did not goso the guys had to come back for a second tripAgain clearly, the customer don't have a good recollection of what went on that dayOur guys know not to put liquor on the truckThe guys showed the customer the empty truck and to her witnessWe are very sorry , we tried to let the customer down easy but she keeps blaming us for a liquor box we never took!!!

The estimator visited the home and was told which items were going to goHe complied an inventory list which was attached to the estimate that was emailed to the customer The customer was urged to review the list on bottom of the estimateAnother important piece of information that was on the estimate was the payment terms which clearly states that we been a payment before the unload? The customer was also asked to go to the bank to make a bank check upon arrival to the job by the foremanThe customer had all day to take care of thisThe foreman did begin to unload some boxes into the garage because we had to go for a third trip; So there was no delay but there was double work as we eventually was asked to pick up those boxes to the house as half of the team went back for more itemsFull TRUCK LOAD ! customer put plants on the truck and many other loose items.? ? In terms of the date change , the customer secured the booking last minute before a holiday weekendUpon arrival the customer was still packing which delayed the process even moreIt was clear that the customer was NOT ready for move on 31st and the reschedule to the 2nd was neededWe provided the customer with !!! FREE wardrobes valued at $? ? We reject the customer's claims We are offended by the customer's remarks? The men worked long hours and the customer showed no appreciation?

First off , the claim form was never filled outSecond, I have no idea what the customer is rambling about - will not get damages ? customer is insured at per poundIf such damage exists we will handle it accordinglyThird, Thank you for confirming there were guys The estimate had only guysFinally, a consumer rights ? Were is the business rights ? Where is our rights for a fair treatment by the customer ? If we did wrong , were is our chance to remedy the situation ? If two hours later you post a complaint on the Revdex.com ?Close this fileCustomer needs to fill out the claim form and it would be process accordingly

We just spent three hours at the Mission Mitsubishi dealership in San Antonio and want to mention to you a practice that made us very uncomfortable We were pre-approved for our car loan with our credit union and mentioned at the beginning of our search that we would be using our credit union as payment When it came time to do all of the paperwork...we were encouraged to do our loan through RBFCU or SSFCU...not make any payments to them and then refinance the loan with our credit union That just doesn't seem right and the sales manager, Tyson, told us..."don't worry It's Ok and nobody will know." We are a retired military family and have always lived by our integrity We left without making the transaction Not a good experience and thought you should know Thanks for listening

First , the customer had misrepresented the amount of stuff they intend to take We sent men teamA driver/loader/foreman and two helpersThe customer only helped unload the truck despite our demands that he does not participate due to insurance reasonsThe customer was driving a car and our team was driving a truckAs such we cannot drive as fast and cannot go on certain highwaysThe team hit heavy traffic due to accidentsThe customer jumped on the truck to unload furniture and damaged furniture in the processThe customer disputed the credit card charge that he signed forThe customer was explained that if he dispute the charge we cannot handle any claimThe customer still disputed the chargeWe reviewed the claim he sent anyways and found it to be bogusThe entire team confirmed that the customer damaged the furniture since he and his family are not professional enough to move the furniture We are going to pursue damages due to the dispute filled by the customerIn addition, to the $the customer will be billed $dispute fee (as stated on the credit card authorization form he signed) We suggest that the complaint would be closed and we (company and customer) both put everything behind us

I have tried to contact Mrs [redacted] by phone today but there was no answer 08/11/15Mrs [redacted] bought a New Mirage from Mission Mitsubishi but her concerns are very easy to explain:First Mrs [redacted] The Paint and Fabric protectant is already on every vehicle we own that is not an option to remove I have Mrs [redacted] on audio/video where she agreed to this price of sealant at $and window etch at $495.As for the Gap at $again Mrs [redacted] is on audio/video purchasing this insurance in Finance Please not if she would read what she signed she can cancel the Gap Insurance at any time So Mission Mitsubishi will not refund $back to Mrs***.NOTE: Mrs [redacted] was given $OFF the sale price including the side addendum showing full disclosure of our Price The Same Price she signed over and over agreeing to We are the #Dealer in the Nation because we are a volume store selling at the lowest price.As for any concern on the mechanical problems Mrs [redacted] has 5years/60k miles Bumper to Bumper and a 10year/100k Warranty across the Nation at any Mitsubishi Dealership.Please contact me and I will set an appointment for you in Service to make sure you are taken care of here at Mission Mitsubishi.Regards, [redacted] ***Director

This email has a copy of the contract and in the top corner it reads the the lender to be Mission Mitsubishi We did speak to Mr [redacted] and did explain this to him in person at Mission Mitsubishihe was told Mission will be the lender and that his payment would be made here with our business office.Mr [redacted] decided to buy a Nissan a week later after buying a Mitsubishi.We are not holding his down payment from him and yes Security Service did decline his loan but that is our option to sell his contract at the same rate or lower I told Mr [redacted] this was not what he wanted to do that it would hurt his credit and he would lose his down payment......he responded "I do not care" "to bad for me"Mission has reported this loan as a voluntary repossession forfeiting any down payment.Regards, [redacted] - Mission MitsubishiInternet Director

The customer never informed us she? will not be living in NCThe contract states that up to business days from 1st available delivery date is when we have to deliver by contractWe always try to deliver within days to North Carolina.? However one big job that went to virginia was blocking the NC and the? va customer had closing delayWe were forced to deliver the Florida jobs first and then the nc Working backwards In terms of the routeWhen the driver contact the customer she was either at work or at class.when she contacted us driver was sleeping or otherwise not availableWe are sorry for the leas than prime experience.? We never received any claim form or claim from the customer.? We will be glad to refund the dollars.The customer is welcome to submit a claim to? 20-wagaraw rd fair lawn nj 07410Building
