Premier Movers Reviews (159)

I do apologize , our manager , Ruben did have a baby girl and is working very limited hours. We have the tops and will deliver them as soon as possible.  Thanks  Yosef [redacted] President

I has the worst customer service I have ever had in m y entire life I brought a brand new 2015 Mitsubishi mirage and had nothing but a headache ever since. They sold me headache. Car was purchased July 17th and has been back to service twice already and brakes and while my cat was there they stole my battery pack and now something wrong with my I pod and I am two weeks in trying to get compensation and my vehicle in safe working . Still nothing

Premier Movers are the most unprofessional company I have ever used. They showed up a day early to move us from NJ to CA. They didn't have tools, a ramp, and only 1 hand truck for a 5 bedroom house move. They assured me that all of our furnishings and boxes would fit on a tractor trailer with room to spare, then made us leave $6K worth of furniture on our curb because they ran out of room and refused to send my stuff to CA in another truck. They blamed me for having too much stuff. They lied and told us we would have a family crew on our move out and and in. When we reached CA our crew was outsourced and kept coming to us to pay them when Premier hired them! The CA crew threatened to walk off the job numerous times throughout the 8 hour move in and even called the NJ office to complain about lack of tools and damaged furniture. The crew member in CA had the phone on speaker and the head of the company said Do Not Tell the Customers if anything is Damaged!! They also threatened to not unload the truck upon arrival unless they were paid in full. WE had to call the police. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire experience.

If I put zero stars I would. Beware of this company. This was the worst experience I had to deal with and I wasn't even the one moving. My mother hired them to move her from [redacted] to upstate [redacted]. She saw an advertisement for free boxes with long distance rides (nowhere does it say what long distance constitutes as). She calls a day before her move (I was standing next to her) and asks for them to bring a few more boxes the next day when they come to move everything. Nothing was mentioned about being charged. If I had known they'd charge her $400 for a few boxes, I would have went to home depot myself to get it for her. Then they did not even finish the job. They left half of her stuff at the house and didn't even complete the full amount of time she paid for. Lastly, the movers claimed they didn't have change for her $100 and would pay her back later. Obviously they did not!
I had to call them about 4 times a day and they would just fight and yell at me that they are right and I am wrong and that they don't owe anything. After days of fighting with the owner and manager (both are just downright rude and obnoxious), they tell me all they will give me is $100 back. I am still waiting for the $100. These guys will rip you off and cheat you. They are HORRIBLE. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM EVER.

I have tried to contact Mrs. [redacted] by phone today but there was no answer.  08/11/15Mrs. [redacted] bought a New 2015 Mirage from Mission Mitsubishi but her concerns are very easy to explain:First Mrs. [redacted] The Paint and Fabric protectant is already on every vehicle we own that is not an option to...

remove.  I have Mrs. [redacted] on audio/video where she agreed to this price of sealant at $995 and window etch at $495.As for the Gap at $650 again Mrs. [redacted] is on audio/video purchasing this insurance in Finance.  Please not if she would read what she signed she can cancel the Gap Insurance at any time.  So Mission Mitsubishi will not refund $2165.00 back to Mrs. [redacted].NOTE: Mrs. [redacted] was given $4500.00 OFF the sale price including the side addendum showing full disclosure of our Price.  The Same Price she signed over and over agreeing to.  We are the #1 Dealer in the Nation because we are a volume store selling at the lowest price. As for any concern on the mechanical problems Mrs. [redacted] has 5years/60k miles Bumper to Bumper and a 10year/100k Warranty across the Nation at any Mitsubishi Dealership. Please contact me and I will set an appointment for you in Service to make sure you are taken care of here at Mission Mitsubishi.Regards,[redacted]Director

We just spent three hours at the Mission Mitsubishi dealership in San Antonio and want to mention to you a practice that made us very uncomfortable. We were pre-approved for our car loan with our credit union and mentioned at the beginning of our search that we would be using our credit union as payment. When it came time to do all of the paperwork...we were encouraged to do our loan through RBFCU or SSFCU...not make any payments to them and then refinance the loan with our credit union. That just doesn't seem right and the sales manager, Tyson, told us..."don't worry. It's Ok and nobody will know." We are a retired military family and have always lived by our integrity. We left without making the transaction. Not a good experience and thought you should know. Thanks for listening.

Mr [redacted] Mission Mitsubishi is known for great Service and even Better Price's on New Mitsubishi models. So to answer your concern lets break it down.....Most major dealers in the San Antonio area will have a Side Addendum to every New Model.  The Side Addendum can supply Tint,...

Spoiler, Trim, etc....  We do not add $4500 to Remove $4500 that would not work. And as far as what you can afford that is not something we would pretend to know.  And I am sorry but there is no such Bridge Loan Program but you can refinance at any time based on credit.Recalls happen for a number of reasons and sometimes it is nothing more then a precaution... But we do care for our Customers and we are proud to be the #1 Dealer in the Nation. Please know my door will always be open for you to sit down and work out a resolution to your concerns....you are welcome here Regards,[redacted] - Mission Mitsubishi Director

Mitsubishi                                   ...                                 09/22/15   [redacted]   2006 FORD F-150              [redacted]       140,210 MILES   Mr. [redacted] has worded a nice sincere statement of how Mission Mitsubishi does not care about him or his family.   This is not the case when it comes to any customer’s safety we our concerned.  Mr. [redacted] did not mention any of the conversation where he called the Dealership on a recorded line and bashed the Management.  He made rude sexual preference remarks to management and bashed our Arab owners. This is unacceptable for anyone to attack someone’s ethnicity and sexual preference.  This rude outburst was recorded and completely crossed the social line!   So here is the line Mr. [redacted] purchased a 10 year old truck with over 140k miles.  This vehicle had a price that reflected the current condition.  Mr. [redacted] signed a variety of documents also recorded stating he understood the price and the condition AS/IS.  We are sure there are other areas of the Ford that can be Cleaner, Stronger, and Safer …..But again this is the Vehicle that fit the budget for Mr. [redacted]s.   Mr. [redacted] could have bought a Warranty.  Mr. [redacted] could have bought a newer model. Mr. [redacted] could have been more civil on his approach and the owner might have done something under good faith as a customer.  After listening to the recorded call we think it would be best that he does not return.  Mission will not offer $3,000 towards any repair at any time on a unit of this age and when condition of sell is AS/IS.   Regards,   [redacted] – Mission Mitsubishi

Spoke to three of our guys. None of them saw the liquor box. The Guys mentioned that the customer was either very drunk or under the influence. She showed them the house in the morning once and after they finished loading they did a walk thru again. When they got to the new destination, she realized...

that the grill did not go... so the guys had to come back for a second trip... Again clearly, the customer don't have a good recollection of what went on that day. Our guys know not to put liquor on the truck. The guys showed the customer the empty truck and to her witness. We are very sorry , we tried to let the customer down easy but she keeps blaming us for a liquor box we never took!!!

Mission Mitsubishi has reviewed Mrs. [redacted]'s new statement and after our research Mission find's no legal wrong doing. At this point Mission Mitsubishi will stand on our last statement with no other action.Regards,[redacted]Director

I am rejecting this response because:Not once did we look at or inquire about a "used vehicle", and what does it matter if its my wife or girlfriend? You don't treat people that way! More than half of your conversation you just posted was completely backwards. What we were upset about is that you informed us that the vehicle that we test drove, which yall then put back on the lot to be test drove by more people, was ALREADY SOLD THAT MORNING. What kind of business is this? When I "was already outside smoking" I was actually walking in from the front, when you told me to follow you outside where we can talk privately. And I have no idea where I would have got three children from. My WIFE and I only have one. So much for mission mitsubishi. This is pathetic.

First , the customer had misrepresented the amount of stuff they intend to take.  We sent 3 men team. A driver/loader/foreman and two helpers. The customer only helped unload the truck despite our demands that he does not participate due to insurance reasons. The customer was driving a car and...

our team was driving a truck. As such we cannot drive as fast and cannot go on certain highways. The team hit heavy traffic due to accidents. The customer jumped on the truck to unload furniture and damaged furniture in the process. The customer disputed the credit card charge that he signed for. The customer was explained that if he dispute the charge we cannot handle any claim. The customer still disputed the charge. We reviewed the claim he sent anyways and found it to be bogus. The entire team confirmed that the customer damaged the furniture since he and his family are not professional enough to move the furniture.   We are going to pursue damages due to the dispute filled by the customer. In addition, to the $399 the customer will be billed $175 dispute fee (as stated on the credit card authorization form he signed)   We suggest that the complaint would be closed and we (company and customer) both put everything behind us.

The estimator visited the home and was told which items were going to go. He complied an inventory list which was attached to the estimate that was emailed to the customer . The customer was urged to review the list on bottom of the estimate. Another important piece of information that was on the estimate was the payment terms which clearly states that we been a payment before the unload.  The customer was also asked to go to the bank to make a bank check upon arrival to the job by the foreman. The customer had all day to take care of this. The foreman did begin to unload some boxes into the garage because we had to go for a third trip; So there was no delay but there was double work as we eventually was asked to pick up those boxes to the house as half of the team went back for more items.. Full TRUCK LOAD ! customer put plants on the truck and many other loose items.

In terms of the date change , the customer secured the booking last minute before a holiday weekend. Upon arrival the customer was still packing which delayed the process even more. It was clear that the customer was NOT ready for move on 31st and the reschedule to the 2nd was needed. We provided the customer with 20 !!! FREE wardrobes valued at $400.

We reject the customer's claims . We are offended by the customer's remarks.  The 5 men worked 16 long hours and the customer showed no appreciation.

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,

1. I was not offered to purchase another vehicle until I questioned if it was an option. Then I was told I could trade up but only be offered the trade in value of the new vehicle. I was told I would receive about $6,000 less for the vehicle than what it was purchased for. That would be added to the new vehicle, on top of what was already being carried over, equalling about $10,000 carried over. Mind you this is three days after the transaction took place.
2. I never stated the vehicle was in service at another dealership, and this is what Mission Mitsubishi told the bank.
3. I did not show up to the dealership with three different individuals.
4. I also noticed a add-on on the contract that was never explained to me, I don't even know what it is.
5. When I tried to speak to upper management, I was not easily given contact information, and I was lied to about who the owner is, who the silent partners are, and which individual was inaccessible being in [redacted]. I received this information through conversation with a Manager at the bank who financed the new vehicle. As well as what Mission Mitsubishi told the bank in regards to the trade in.
6. The new vehicle at this time is on Mission Mitsubishi's lot and has been for several days, and the trade in has not been paid off yet either.
7. Beyond this response, I do not wish to speak to employees from Mission Mitsubishi at this time, without legal representation. I do not trust Mission Mitsubishi. And I am not confident in what I may be told when I speak to them, will be truthful. I am seeking council. Thank you.

On 11/28/14 [redacted] shopped at Mission Mitsubishi he was companied by women and three children. “The Women was introduced as a girlfriend not his Wife “  This...

couple was very upset with Mission Mitsubishi because we could not get them approved with any lender in San Antonio.   For the Best interest to [redacted] I walked outside where he was smoking  to inform him how sorry we were but we could not help him and had no approval.  I did not want to word that in front of his girlfriend and children.  The Girlfriend seemed very upset that I privately spoke to Mr. [redacted] about his Credit and became Loud !  She did ask why another customer was looking at the model she test drove?  I did explain all models are available for any customer and we do have plenty of models.  The Girlfriend then started yelling at her boyfriend Mr. [redacted] saying he promised her a vehicle?  At this time I did kindly ask them to keep it down in our Showroom.  She shouted at me about how shady our Dealership is and left.   As for the $4500 we have a promotion where we will give you a minimum of $4500 on any Vehicle Trade In towards any New Mitsubishi Model.  [redacted] did ask if our promotion would apply towards a Used Model….I told him only New Models.  He then asked for invoice information on a couple used option models……..tried to explain Used Vehicles do not have a New Car Invoice they are Used.      And to close Mission Mitsubishi tried to help but based on his personal information we could not.    [redacted] – Mission Mitsubishi [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I will provide written affidavits from my family who were there to help...my 67 year old "straight-laced sister and her husband, my cousin, and my friend. The irony is, anyone who knows me knows I DON'T DRINK!! PremierMovers couldn't have chosen a more inaccurate excuse. Oscars lifted the box, no question. Additionally I NEVER inspected their empty truck. My sister will attest to that. WeI did do a walk through of the house but forgot to check outside. That was a mistake on my part. I was in a very good mood that day because the move was finally happening and I was excited. I was very up beat and friendly, and we all made the experience as fun as possible. Premier Movers mistook my friendliness for "being under the influence". Mistook is the wrong word, rather an excuse to cover their butts.I'm so insulted they would smear my name. I couldn't have been nicer time them. One more thing. They didn't address the $160 they charged over and above the contracted price. Shady to say the least.

Note This is not and offer to be rejected it is a statement of fact. Again we have both Documents Our local Add Plus your signed Acknowledgment of no $4500 Bonus on this vehicle.   Revdex.com Mission will stand Regards,[redacted] - Mission Mitsubishi

My name is [redacted] With Mission Mitsubishi.  I have looked in to your loan paperwork and ever form has a price of $29,730 I do not see $28,329 on any forms signed by you.  All forms signed .....All of them signed by you are that of the agrred on price of $29,730.  Also we do...

have audio and video on top of that showing no hesitation to this agreement.Note you where givin a great deal......$4500.00 for your 91 Buick put you about $4000 more for you then what that vehicle was worth. Cost to retail on any Mitsubishi average is $1,000 to give you an idea.  Thank you[redacted]
