The only items that were not ready were clothes in the wardrobe, Again major items which included the pool table, treadmill, refrigerator were leftWe obviously do not agree and will notYou may not agree that a refund is due or take any responsibility for the overall delay, but I will maintain my displeasure

I am rejecting this response because:
I filled out the movers claim form for Premier Movers and emailed it to them yesterday.
I have gotten no response They brought guys but didn't have to send for the 4th guyTheir truck was too small and this is how they get away with not taking my stuffIt was not times the estimate because there are things on the estimate they didn't take because the truck was too small This is their modus operandi.
They want to be right and consumers should be aware.

The estimator visited the home and was told which items were going to goHe complied an inventory list which was attached to the estimate that was emailed to the customer The customer was urged to review the list on bottom of the estimateAnother important piece of information that was on the estimate was the payment terms which clearly states that we been a payment before the unload The customer was also asked to go to the bank to make a bank check upon arrival to the job by the foremanThe customer had all day to take care of thisThe foreman did begin to unload some boxes into the garage because we had to go for a third trip; So there was no delay but there was double work as we eventually was asked to pick up those boxes to the house as half of the team went back for more itemsFull TRUCK LOAD ! customer put plants on the truck and many other loose items. In terms of the date change , the customer secured the booking last minute before a holiday weekendUpon arrival the customer was still packing which delayed the process even moreIt was clear that the customer was NOT ready for move on 31st and the reschedule to the 2nd was neededWe provided the customer with !!! FREE wardrobes valued at $ We reject the customer's claims We are offended by the customer's remarks The men worked long hours and the customer showed no appreciation

My name is *** *** With Mission Mitsubishi. I have looked in to your loan paperwork and ever form has a price of $29,I do not see $28,on any forms signed by you. All forms signed .....All of them signed by you are that of the agrred on price of $29,730. Also we
do have audio and video on top of that showing no hesitation to this agreement.Note you where givin a great deal......$for your Buick put you about $more for you then what that vehicle was worthCost to retail on any Mitsubishi average is $1,to give you an idea. Thank you*** *** ***

Email was sent to the customer. They also told me that the wheel was broken prior to it being moved. The told me that they did use boxes as neededWhen boxing the move our company indicated that we will box the tools if we feel the unit is too heavy to be moved in its
current formThe guys took out some tools from the bigger cartThe one with the broken wheelThe other one that was not packed did not incur any damage Therefore I don't see any flow with their judgement call. You are insured at per poundOut of good faith , I forward this to the claim service for reviewHowever, I am not very hopefully since the guys documented that the wheel was broken prior for it being moved

We are rejecting the customer's response. We had an estimate for cf (bedrooms) We sent a ft truck(the size of a school bus) That truck can take cf (bedrooms)The customer filled the truck and so she had few Items that she said she is okay with moving herself. The customer never dispute the size of the truck on move day. We are outraged

I am rejecting this response because: I was lied to by *** your salesman and your sales manager telling me there was such thing as a bridge which as you said there is not such a thing, I was mislead and deceived simply to make the deal, aside from all the issues with the car the main complaint I have is I was deceived and lied too, with no remorse of cause

I am rejecting this response because: It is not truthful and it was stated specifically by the sales representative prior to finalizing the purchase that there were no major issues or repairs required for the vehicle being purchasedThere were two specific requests that help or support to remedy the repairs issue be done by the Mission Mitsubishi dealershipIn both cases it was clearly and specifically stated upfront and throughout the conversations that this dealership is a buyer beware facility and that once the sale is made the dealership assumes and will not assume any responsibility for any issues to the merchandise purchasedIt was implied by the General Manager and Sales Manager to my son in person that they would not be certain the issues were caused pre or post purchaseHowever, catalytic converters do not cause issues suddenly over a 2-day period, but instead are caused by long-term issuesThis would validate that the dealership continued to falsify the information that they were not aware of the problem and contradicts their statements that the sales person falsely stated the vehicle required no major repairs and had no major issues prior to the purchase made and documents signed.My request remains that the dealership should be responsible for reimbursing the full cost of repairs for the defective and failing catalytic converters in the vehicle purchased because they falsely stated that this was not an issue when it clearly was an issue before, during and after the purchase processThey also falsely stated that they were willing to help in supporting the cost at any time regardless of actions taken as it was clearly stated by the GM of the dealership and the Director of Sales of the dealership that they would not help in any way and that it was not their problem and they take no responsibility to the situation regardless of when the issues occurred because the sale was made and they don't take responsibility towards their customers after they drive off their lot.Regarding the indication of recorded conversations, since both parties were not informed and agreed to any recordings prior to or during the conversations, which because the call was across states and in a state that requires dual consent, the recording would be considered illegal and punishable by penalty and or jail time pursuant to RevStatCh38, Sec14-In addition, it will also provide direct evidence that the Director of Sales did indeed clearly agree that the statements above by myself are indeed correct through his verbal statements that "yes he does agree." Unfortunately this evidence would also be unlawful since the recording was not dually advised and agreed to by both parties at any timeIn fact every comment was porposed as a question whereas the Director of Sales clearly indicated he agreed to each and every question without additional verbiage.Based on these statements we should be reimbursed for all costs for repairs to catalytic converters in the vehicle purchased by us from this dealership

I am rejecting this response because: I will provide written affidavits from my family who were there to help...my year old "straight-laced sister and her husband, my cousin, and my friendThe irony is, anyone who knows me knows I DON'T DRINK!! PremierMovers couldn't have chosen a more inaccurate excuseOscars lifted the box, no questionAdditionally I NEVER inspected their empty truckMy sister will attest to thatWeI did do a walk through of the house but forgot to check outsideThat was a mistake on my part. I was in a very good mood that day because the move was finally happening and I was excitedI was very up beat and friendly, and we all made the experience as fun as possiblePremier Movers mistook my friendliness for "being under the influence"Mistook is the wrong word, rather an excuse to cover their butts.I'm so insulted they would smear my nameI couldn't have been nicer time them. One more thingThey didn't address the $they charged over and above the contracted priceShady to say the least

The emails look questionableA Cut and paste job ? We remind in our position that the move was cancelled by the customer on a short noticeThe move took a an important spot in our calendar and the company policy is no refunds of deposits as per the order for serviceWhatever a salesperson decided to do out of his pocket and the kindness of his heart is his personal choice and should have been taken advantage of by the customer at that point and time

I am rejecting this response because:The original estimate was understated, two trucks were provided and the company left large items in the basementWe had to convince the company to take a truck back and we were charged for overages because the original estimate was understatedThere was a time delay because the foreman would not empty the truck until a certified check was received, that should have been made clear when the contract was signedThe delay was not related to small conversation, as we were packing and moving to help the process along, There was a delay because the foreman refused to move the items into the house as he was waiting for a check.These series of events costs the ***’ at least 2,In additional expenses.Premier charged an additional $1,for time and materials- if the proper estimate was conducted, or if they called for a third truck since they identified that there were large items the move would have been completed at a decent timeWe didn't ask for two trucks, the sales person conducted a walk through and saw everything that needed to move and he estimated two trucks.The residence in *** was sold and the *** was forced to repay the new owners $for use and occupancy past May 31. (as of the date of this letter this matter is not settled it could be more) We are disputing the additional charges because:Premier changed a move date at the last minute, costing the ***’ approximately an additional $900.00Premier did not estimate the proper number of trucks or size of trucks for the move, although they conducted a walk through.Premier wasted two hours in moving time because they left and held the belongings hostage for a checkPremier left the ***’ with a three car garage full of heavy boxes to move throughout the homeAs an insult Premier offered a $credit which was not properly communicated to the movers for additional boxes, and *** had to haggle for additional wardrobe boxes, and had to run out to purchase additional boxes because not enough were brought.While the movers were respectful and hard working, the managers lacked efficient customer service skills and was slightly condescending(I shouldn’t have to argue with a vendor that I’m paying)

Loan is approved and extra Key/manuel will be delivered today Sales team was waiting for Mrs *** to call and we should have reached out to the buyer Apologized to Mr *** for the delay and shared my personal cell number to handle any concerns hey
may have Mr *** said he was now satisfied and he has no other concerns with Mission Mitsubishi.
