I has the worst customer service I have ever had in m y entire life I brought a brand new Mitsubishi mirage and had nothing but a headache ever sinceThey sold me headacheCar was purchased July 17th and has been back to service twice already and brakes and while my cat was there they stole my battery pack and now something wrong with my I pod and I am two weeks in trying to get compensation and my vehicle in safe working Still nothing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I will provide written affidavits from my family who were there to help...my year old "straight-laced sister and her husband, my cousin, and my friendThe irony is, anyone who knows me knows I DON'T DRINK!! PremierMovers couldn't have chosen a more inaccurate excuseOscars lifted the box, no questionAdditionally I NEVER inspected their empty truckMy sister will attest to thatWeI did do a walk through of the house but forgot to check outsideThat was a mistake on my partI was in a very good mood that day because the move was finally happening and I was excitedI was very up beat and friendly, and we all made the experience as fun as possiblePremier Movers mistook my friendliness for "being under the influence"Mistook is the wrong word, rather an excuse to cover their butts.I'm so insulted they would smear my nameI couldn't have been nicer time themOne more thingThey didn't address the $they charged over and above the contracted priceShady to say the least Regards, [redacted]

The said person is fictitious nameThis person defrauded many moving companies in the areaWe are currently collecting all of the information we have and are forwarding it to our local PDThe so called salesperson lied to the single customer he bookedHe called them and asked them to cancel the moveHe caused us to have to do the job at cost price because we look like a jokewhen our salesperson is calling the customer and telling them we are fraudWe found out he suppers from alcohol and drug problemPreviously arrested in NJ and is currently operating from Florida under fictitious names.? ?

The names of the movers were Corey , Rob and Padilla We did not have any OscarThe customer was charged another hour due to the additional items and some minor packing We apologize if the customer was offended and we only tell our side of the story as its told to us by the guys in the fieldOur guys know very well not to load liquor on the truck

First off the customer never contact us about any of those issues.After reviewing those complaints and checking with our helpers and foremen we reject all those claimsThe driver assisted in unloading the truckwrapping the furniturethe customer was telling us that everything would be wrapped except the grand father clockIn reality we had to wrap many itemsThe customer had almost a full truck? The customer jumped on the truck against insurance regulationsThe customer removed items from the truckDoes the customer think we are truck rental company? Which customer orders a moving company and then tries to remove the furniture from the truck ? Regardless , the guys finished on time and none of those claims are validIn fact , we are short on many packing charges that were not billed .? The customer's desired resolution is to shut the business down because he paid $more ? Obviously this customer is unreasonable?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The original estimate was understated, two trucks were provided and the company left large items in the basementWe had to convince the company to take a truck back and we were charged for overages because the original estimate was understatedThere was a time delay because the foreman would not empty the truck until a certified check was received, that should have been made clear when the contract was signedThe delay was not related to small conversation, as we were packing and moving to help the process along, There was a delay because the foreman refused to move the items into the house as he was waiting for a check.These series of events costs the [redacted] ’ at least 2,In additional expenses.Premier charged an additional $1,for time and materials- if the proper estimate was conducted, or if they called for a third truck since they identified that there were large items the move would have been completed at a decent timeWe didn't ask for two trucks, the sales person conducted a walk through and saw everything that needed to move and he estimated two trucks.The residence in [redacted] was sold and the [redacted] was forced to repay the new owners $for use and occupancy past May (as of the date of this letter this matter is not settled it could be more) We are disputing the additional charges because:Premier changed a move date at the last minute, costing the [redacted] ’ approximately an additional $900.00Premier did not estimate the proper number of trucks or size of trucks for the move, although they conducted a walk through.Premier wasted two hours in moving time because they left and held the belongings hostage for a checkPremier left the [redacted] ’ with a three car garage full of heavy boxes to move throughout the homeAs an insult Premier offered a $credit which was not properly communicated to the movers for additional boxes, and [redacted] had to haggle for additional wardrobe boxes, and had to run out to purchase additional boxes because not enough were brought.While the movers were respectful and hard working, the managers lacked efficient customer service skills and was slightly condescending(I shouldn’t have to argue with a vendor that I’m paying) Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I was not offered to purchase another vehicle until I questioned if it was an optionThen I was told I could trade up but only be offered the trade in value of the new vehicleI was told I would receive about $6,less for the vehicle than what it was purchased forThat would be added to the new vehicle, on top of what was already being carried over, equalling about $10,carried overMind you this is three days after the transaction took place I never stated the vehicle was in service at another dealership, and this is what Mission Mitsubishi told the bank I did not show up to the dealership with three different individuals I also noticed a aon the contract that was never explained to me, I don't even know what it is When I tried to speak to upper management, I was not easily given contact information, and I was lied to about who the owner is, who the silent partners are, and which individual was inaccessible being in ***I received this information through conversation with a Manager at the bank who financed the new vehicleAs well as what Mission Mitsubishi told the bank in regards to the trade in The new vehicle at this time is on Mission Mitsubishi's lot and has been for several days, and the trade in has not been paid off yet either Beyond this response, I do not wish to speak to employees from Mission Mitsubishi at this time, without legal representationI do not trust Mission MitsubishiAnd I am not confident in what I may be told when I speak to them, will be truthfulI am seeking councilThank you

This is the first time we receive a complaint from this customerPremier provided two trucks as agreed which was enough to take cf while item list was cfThe customer took every single item out of the house so we had to empty one truck and return for a third tripThe guys !! Finished at midnightThe customer signed a change order authorizing the third truckMiss [redacted] and her grandmother were chating with the guys which kept them from working The foreman had to stop them from doing that numerous timesMiss [redacted] only getting the bank check at 4:pm for the estimated amount shows the misorganization

Mr [redacted] Mission Mitsubishi is known for great Service and even Better Price's on New Mitsubishi models.So to answer your concern lets break it down.....Most major dealers in the San Antonio area will have a Side Addendum to every New Model The Side Addendum can supply Tint, Spoiler, Trim, etc We do not add $to Remove $that would not work.And as far as what you can afford that is not something we would pretend to know And I am sorry but there is no such Bridge Loan Program but you can refinance at any time based on credit.Recalls happen for a number of reasons and sometimes it is nothing more then a precautionBut we do care for our Customers and we are proud to be the #Dealer in the Nation.Please know my door will always be open for you to sit down and work out a resolution to your concerns....you are welcome here Regards, [redacted] - Mission Mitsubishi Director

Our Policy clearly states that deposit is only refundable if the customer has no closingThe customer cancelled the move on a short noticeOur cancellation policy is $cancellation feeHowever,? out of good faith we only charged $deposit and therefore we kept thatThe customer took a spot on the calendar.? Therefore, preventing us from booking other business.? ?

Premier Movers are the most unprofessional company I have ever used They showed up a day early to move us from NJ to CA They didn't have tools, a ramp, and only hand truck for a bedroom house move They assured me that all of our furnishings and boxes would fit on a tractor trailer with room to spare, then made us leave $6K worth of furniture on our curb because they ran out of room and refused to send my stuff to CA in another truck They blamed me for having too much stuff They lied and told us we would have a family crew on our move out and and in When we reached CA our crew was outsourced and kept coming to us to pay them when Premier hired them! The CA crew threatened to walk off the job numerous times throughout the hour move in and even called the NJ office to complain about lack of tools and damaged furniture The crew member in CA had the phone on speaker and the head of the company said Do Not Tell the Customers if anything is Damaged!! They also threatened to not unload the truck upon arrival unless they were paid in full WE had to call the police I am absolutely disgusted by the entire experience

All the charges were disclosed on the order for service that was emailed to the customerThe customer refused to cooperate with the credit card procedure and our office only cooperated since it was a Sunday and did not want to cause hardship to the customer and our guysWe have a whole host of issues with this customer and our attorney is reviewing this case to be refereed to collection since the customer did not pay all the chargesThere is still a balance owed on the job.

My Name is *** *** *** with Mission Mitsubishi. I have reviewd this file and find no reason why Mission would be held liable for any futrue up keep for this vehicle.This vehicle is a Luxury vehicle at over $70,selling price and in wonderful condition. If it was not in great
condition Mrs *** would not have paid that much for it pre-owned. I know first hand how expensive service and up keep is on Luxury vehicles they follow suit in price. *** *** San Antonio will give you a designated tech for every visit because there will be up keep and calibrations needed. Again this up keep has a luxury price for a Luxury Vehicle.Note: Mercedes Benz and *** *** will only recognize service completed in a certified DealershipAs for the milage error the vehicle was bought by Mission at 13,miles and the owner drove it till sold at 16,225 paper work written up was correct but finance printed orignal milage....This is why we audio and video record all transactions for protection. This was not done as a plot or sabotage aginst Mrs *** Land Rover sets reminders on all their vehicles for what they recommend suitable for projected service. It is not a notification of failure but just a friendly reminder.Regards *** *** ***
