I just wanted to update my complaint I filed for priceline.com. I'm sorry I do not have the complaint number. The issue was resolved. I was told there was no exceptions and I was being charged a fee since the hotel would charge them a fee. I called the hotel and the hotel said they can cancel the...

reservation with no fees or penalties to me or priceline.com. I called back and informed them of this and they called the hotel and verified the cancellation had happened. They told me I would be refunded so I called the bank to update them. They recommended that I wait until I see a refund before canceling since they would deduct the money they gave me back and if I wasn't refunded the process would have to restart all over.  I am happy and relieved this issue has been resolved but it was a very long and stressful proccess to get to this point.  Thank you.

When I was redirected to the page that told me that they were unable to find a ticket, I was given the options you mentioned:
Date flexibility
Non-Jet
Amount of connecting flights (I believe).
I know for a fact that I selected 12/22/2014 on the flexible date portion.  Thus, the fact that the next page may have said 12/15/14 is irrelevant because it should have been the date that I selected.  The error was not mine, and I refuse to accept your response.    I have already filed multiple complaints.  I am currently working with my bank to get all my money back, in addition to the second flight.  It is absolutely wrong that you require someone to re-book with you just to get their money back.  I doubt that your Revdex.com complaints actually affect business because this world is full of people willing to put up with being defrauded, but I will not stop complaining until this is made right.

Well,I never ,ever write reviews on anyone.But I felt these people needed some one to speak up.I am a Gay woman in America.I know,crazy right ,especially for the year 2016.Who woulda thunk lol..Anyway.I was sent a credit card from priceline.com for a substantial amount.I used it for about a year and then I payed all my cards off.Well I decided to transfer some bills from other cards I had.So I called the priceline.com phone number to speak to a representative about 4 cards I wanted to transfer.I could have easily done 3 of them online,but I wanted to do all four.Well I began speaking with a help person from priceline.She asked a few personal questions ,of which I answered correctly.Oh did I mention I have a deeper voice than some females.Anyway,I guess that was the issue.She then said I needed to speak with a supervisor,which I said,sure no problem.So the supervisor ask me some random questions about houses and past cars I had owned.I answered all of them with no problem.Well ,he then passed me back to a regular representative,which again sent me to a supervisor after asking me more questions,in which I answered correctly.Well after about 4 supervisors and 3 regular workers,I gave up.They,priceline,then locked my online account.I tried to do the transfers but it said I needed to call first.So I again tried calling and had the exact same thing happen again.I finally gave up.I just cant believe in america,because a gay woman has a deeper voice or different race,anything could be used to not allow me access to my account.Apparently at priceline,you need to be all american,no gay,,no blacks,,no hispanics,,etc..I really thought we were past all this in the year 2016.I can not believe a company can do such things based on a phone conversation.I never had any issues with any of the other 24 credit cards I have.Not sure why the ACLU or whoever watches for these things hasn't done something about these guys.Im not sure who to call.If anyone or any organization wants to help me in a court case or otherwise against these guys,priceline.com.Your more than welcome to contact me..[redacted].I never would have dreamed anyone would be so biased based on race,,,religion,,etc...Truly a sad day in america..Apparently not home of the free for priceline,unless your ,,,,,,

I did not authorize this purchase!  This was done fraudulently on my charge card, I DID NOT put my initials in the box and I DID NOT accept the terms as you show in your response back to me.  Some how this was done fraudulently.  
I am writing a letter to your CEO, COO and CFO about the horrific customer service I have received and how ridiculous all of this has been.  I am demanding my credit card be refunded.  Something happened online with your website charging my credit card without my consent.

On the contact page presented prior to purchase it did state, "Free cancellation until 11:29pm EDT on 11/4/2016. After that time standard airline cancellation and change penalties apply [redacted] full fare rules and baggage fees." The 'full fare rules' was a hyper link that is able to be selected showing the full fare rules. For your reference, a copy of the contract page has been sent in a separate e-mail.

initiated by the above-mentioned consumer and

According to
the consumer, he/she intended to book a reservation from July 2nd to July 5th and received confirmation for July 3rd to 5th. The consumer states that Priceline was
unable to change or, cancel the reservation for a full refund.
 
Please note
that the consumer selects his/her travel dates for a Name Your Own Price
purchase. Once the consumer provides
all the details of his/her trip on our web site, we summarize the consumer’s
request, including the dates selected, on what we refer to as the Contract
Page, (attached). The consumer is then asked to review the details/summary of
the trip and initial the box at the end of the summary to authorize the terms
and conditions of the purchase, and confirm that the travel details provided
are accurate. If the consumer’s offer summary shows a mistake, the consumer can
go back and change it before he/she clicks "Buy Now."
 
Attached hereto is a copy of the
consumer’s initialed contract page agreeing to the non-refundable and non-changeable
terms and conditions of the purchase as well as a Friday, July 3rd

I made two calls immediately after booking and talked with three people including  a senior Customer Representative. impression that it will be a 5-star hotel and located on the [redacted] Strip by pasting the location of the [redacted] Hotel according to Priceline.com:

Good Morning 
I recently filed a complaint about an online company for a car rental. This is not the first time I have used this website for rentals but it is the first time I was lied to and did not receive what was offered. This is the first time I have used the Revdex.com and filed a complaint  for help in my matter. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter since I missed something and did not get anywhere with my complaint. When I sent the complaint I received an email from the travel office of this company and was asked to send documentations from the rental company and sent them, I somehow missed the email from the Revdex.com asking me for documentation. I sent the information that was asked and then told that what was stated in my confirmation page was not true and there was limitations that were in fine print but stated other wise. Please help me resolve this matter I was tremendously over charged and at the time I was in a bind and did not have time to look elsewhere for a transportation. I was offered unlimited millage for my rental but when I went to pick it up I was told the unlimited meant 150 per day , how that can be I don't understand. I tried to resolve this matter through the company I rented through and I have the conversation stating that they were pretty much aware of what I was complaining about and still did nothing. Thank You and if possible please help me understand why or how can they do this.

We are writing to let you know that we have received your concern from the Revdex.com. As we understand, you are requesting a refund for this reservation as the hotel did not allow you to check in saying that the reservation was cancelled.
 
After our review of this concern we show that you contacted us at 6:55 AM, Sunday, Aug 16, 2015 which is the scheduled day of check out. At that time it was noted that you stated the hotel would not allow you to check in as you had just arrived. Since it was on the day of check out our agent attempt to contact the hotel to see if they would allow any exception since you were trying to check in the day after your schedule check in date. When they were able to speak with the manager it was confirmed with the hotel that they charged the reservation as a no show as the check in date had passed and no refund would be provided. We attempted phone contact, were unable to reach you and sent an email stating, "We have made arrangements for you to speak with a Customer Care Consultant" asking to please call us. We did not receive any additional contact until now.
 
Prior to booking you were presented a contact page that included Booking Conditions. Those conditions included:

Rooms purchased through Priceline Express Deals cannot be cancelled, changed or transferred and refunds are not allowed.
 
Since you did not arrive at the hotel to check in on the reserved check in date of Saturday, Aug 15, 2015, no refund is able to be provided.
