I am rejecting this response because: I feel that there is something that can be done.  I don't mind keeping the flight but I need to change the name on the itinerary.  If this cannot be done then I would like to at least receive credit towards a future flight. My wife will still be going but the part with my name I need to change. I have the wrong name entered.

The question is not whether the hotel was in the "designated area". It is why that area is considered "downtown" by Priceline. That hotel could not be considered downtown by any stretch of the imagination. Therefore, to label it as such is misleading to customers. I'd like an answer as to why the area is considered downtown, and whether you think it is misleading or not.

When selecting a reservation, the consumer is provided with the cancel policy associated with each reservation.
 
In this case, the consumer selected a reservation that provided greater savings and less flexibility.

offer price of $37 per night, and is dissatisfied with the quality of the

asked to cancel your flight since there was a schedue change for your flight
and you were refunded in USD, however, you paid in CAD for your credit card. We
have reviewed your reservation in our system and verified that airlines adjust
their schedules for a number of reason and don?t communicate why the change
occurred when notifying travel agents or customers. When a schedule change
occurs the airline will usually rebook you on an alternate flight closest to
the original departure time. Once the airline notifies us, we make every
attempt to notify you of the changes via email and publish the updated
itinerary on our website.
 
Please be advised that prior to booking, we disclosed
that you will be charged in USD. For security purposes, we will refund in the
currency initially charged and we are not responsible for exchange rate
fluctuations.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive the message here included until after my complaint with Revdex.com.  Does anyone really understand how I will be receiving my 50% based on the second sentence here attached?  The agreement, on June 9th was that I was going to receive the refund via either email or return to the card from where it had been taken, that was five weeks ago. The additional conditions were added after the fact when an email arrived, after my complaint to your office.
