This is a pro-rated partial refund and not a 100% cancellation as I paid for a month $308.00 and only kept car for a week and two days. The contract makes no mention of partial refund policy and they have to comply and return an actual $215.60 for the other three weeks I did not use car.

I am rejecting this response because:  I showed you guys that my booking said that I was booking in Columbus, GA.  I have the screen print to prove it.  Your ad said that the Americus Area was IN Columbus, GA.  I booked the Americus Area because your Ad said that the Americus Area was IN Columbus, GA.  Yes, the second page said Americus area.  I relied on your ad stating that the Americus Area was IN Columbus, GA  I did not learn until everything was paid that the Americus Area was actually another City in GA. Furthermore, I will not be booking any trips in the near future so booking another trip with Priceline to get a refund is not an option.

Priceline listed the hotel as having free internet-access, thus this was included in the price paid to priceline. The hotel when signing in at the hotel lists the internet-access as part of the mandatory resort fee, thus one is paying for internet-access yet again. This is further indicated at [redacted] . Thus the consumer is double-charged. 
Priceline has incorrectly listed internet-access as free since the consumer pays for it through the resort fee at the hotel. Thus priceline should reimburse the customer accordingly.

Priceline states that it was not able to verify the hotel rate on the day of the transaction , however, I submitted a screenshot from the hotel website   confirming the cheaper rate ( attached again).  I  was on the phone with the pricleine rep on the day of the transaction who stated that the " published rate may have dropped  30 seconds after my transaction"  ( yet, priceline  was stilling the same hotel deal at 243 $ at the time while I wa son the phone with them  ( the priceline website states guaranteed 15 % savings over published rates) . This is false advertising and nearly fraud . It needs to be more thoroughly investigated. Their reply is entirely insufficient and not addressing anything. I am very upset how this company defrauds customers.

Once the consumer

consumer’s airline ticket offer, including the passenger name(s), on what we
refer to as the Contract Page. The consumer is then asked to review the
details/summary of the trip and initial the box at the end of the summary to
authorize the terms and conditions of the purchase and confirm that the travel
details, including the passenger name(s), are accurate. If the consumer’s offer
summary indicates a mistake, or wrong passenger name, the consumer can go back
and change it before he/she clicks "Buy Now."

We contacted the hotel and they advised that they have no records of your complaints. A refund in the amount of 33.96 USD was processed back to your account last November 10, 2016, after the hotel agreed to provide a partial refund for your reservation. the airline's baggage fees. Most airlines charge extra fees for checked baggage

Beware booking online with this company. I booked a hotel room through Priceline, but decided to cancel within 24-hours of making the reservation. When I received the confirmation email the next morning with the hotel's cancellation information front and center, I called them and canceled.ling. Never did Priceline make it clear that a cancellation could not be made and that the reservation was non-refundable. I was shocked when I received my bill and found charges for over $300.00 to Priceline on it! It was only then that Priceline's representative in the Philippines made Priceline's nonrefundable policy clear, saying that I had initialed that I agreed. (Don't remember that, and have read similar complaints by others online about this little deceptive trick.) After an ordeal of making repeated calls to my credit card company, the hotel to collect information, and Priceline, I received word that I would get the refund, but I have been burned! The hotel manager said that other customers had had similar issues such as mine. Lesson learned: deal directly with the vendor, not Priceline!

We reviewed your confirmation email and it was indicated on the Dollar Rent A Car rental policy and rules information that debit cards are not allowed in the following locations[redacted], areas Of [redacted], areas of [redacted], areas of [redacted] areas of [redacted] and areas of [redacted]. Your pick-up location is in [redacted] International Airport. We also indicated that the driver will be required to present a valid driver's license and a valid credit card in his/her name at the counter for the refundable security deposit. It was also stated to review the partner's policy information for specific information about using a debit card since rental car companies may have different requirements.
