Room was misrepresented as the pictures show beds in a [redacted] , room called queen suite, details did not specify queen bed or 2, only said queen suite and pictured beds in photos, when my party of arrived we had bedThere was no other rooms availableUncomfortable night, luckily I had a twin blow up matters with me, but one person had to sleep in a chairPhotos should be correct!!!

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: after reviewing the policy on unused airline tickets - I was informed I could get a refund minus $I was informed I could use the return portion of the ticket so I would only have to pay for a one way - when I contacted the airline I was informed I could not use the return flight that the travel agency (priceline) had cancelled the entire ticket If the reply is correct that I received the correct information when will I receive the refund and/or will I be able to utilize the return flight?
