Excellent personable service! I created a blanket with a picture of my dog Fiona relieving herself in front of Pier One. My message on the Blanket states, Note to Self..."Let S Go!". The problem was that I completed my order without looking at the photo on the blanket carefully. Hence the "product" as the Customer Service Representative eloquently called my dog Fiona's poop was missing from the photo. The representative was knowledgeable, personable and he quickly cancelled the original order and created a new order that displayed the "product" perfectly on the blanket without a hassle. We were able laughed about my hilarious situation and he was able to resolve my issue seamlessly. I look forward to receiving the blanket and sharing the hilarious story with my family!!

I purchased a*** for two photo blankets. Had no issues with first one. It arrived as promised and was beautiful. I went to use thx voucher to make the second blanket but the website said the voucher was no longer valid. I'm not sure if this is a Printerpix or a*** issue. I waited for a day when my work schedule allowed for a phone call during customer service hours and was assisted by Aishwarya, who was very pleasant and told me what I needed to do to use the rest of my voucher. I was then able to place my order and my friend loved the blanket I made for her.

Today is 10/26 and I have yet to receive my order placed 9/24. I called today for only the 2nd time to hear Steve tell me the same thing I heard on 9/28 "it is with our distribution team". It is unfortunate that I have to call for an order that I placed over a month ago, but looking at other reviews this is not uncommon.
I check the website periodically and saw at one point that my order was rejected by the quality control team, but not a single email NOR phone call was received notifying me of any issues (both an email address and phone number were required to place my order). As someone who has worked guest services in an exclusive resort in Las Vegas, I almost felt patronized when I spoke to Steve this morning. Although he genuinely appeared to be shocked when I initially told him that my order had been placed over a month ago and has yet to be received, he then proceeded to activate customer service rep mode trying to sympathize with me. After a hold in which he said he emailed his supervisor TO email his production team (an action you would think a customer service representative would be able to initiate his or her self), I indicated to him that I truly had no confidence in his selected approach. I then proceeded to ask if I could get an email from his manager or management reflecting their actions taken. I was then abruptly placed on a hold that I was unaware was going to take place. I called out to Steve multiple times until he finally answered that his manager would send me an email detailing the actions. Now it has only been 14 hours since I have placed my call at 9:44 am PST, but that was nearly 5 hours that an email could have been drafted and sent. I feel that that is plenty of time to attempt to salvage an opportunity with a dissatisfied customer. Needless to say, I have yet to receive my email.
According to Steve, my order should arrive "in no time" as he avoided to commit to an estimated delivery date. It is just unfortunate that after a month of waiting for a project no one has attempted to inform me of the status of my project prior to my call and when an email from management was requested that went unnoticed. Once received Printer Pix will have to go above and beyond to receive any future business from me.
Full disclosure I did use a ***, but to me that should not matter. Although it is not always the case, but it does illustrate that a discounted price may entitle you discounted service.

I received an email about pictures on canvas on sale. One of the bundles was $37.95 for 3 16x20 pictures. When you order the cost of shipping shows its free but after you order the coupon the price jumps up to $50 for each set.I asked for a refund and am told that it will take an addition 15 business days to give me a refund. This company uses fraudulent practices. If I was told that the shipping was so high I wouldnt have ordered the coupon to get the pictures.

I want a full refund as well as someone to look into the fraudulent practices of this company

I never received the product that I paid for. They give untruthful info on shipping costs.
On 7/22/18 I purchased two *** for 10 printed magic mugs (each) from PrinterPix. The fine print does say you will have to pay for shipping - but you won't know how much that is until you purchase the ***, that's not the first time that has happened to me on ***. When I was prompted to go to the PrinterPix site, they gave me THREE shipping options. I picked a middle one because I was ordering them two months before I needed them, I was in no rush. I received ONE mug from each of the two orders. I questioned them. It would take a week to get a response from them. This went on for two months. All they would tell me was if I sent them $50 more dollars per 9 mugs, then they'd send the rest of my order. I requested a refund (since I needed them for an event on 9/7/18 and now I wasn't going to have them) they declined. Their only offer was "send us the $100 for the 18 mugs and we'll send them". I was chatting with a rep at one point and called them a "scam" since they had my money and I had no product, and he closed the chat on me! It is now October (ordered in July) and no resolution. They didn't even respond to my last message. When I placed my order nothing said "this shipping choice is for only ONE mug" if that was the case, which they said it was, it should've said that. I paid $26 to ship ONE mug. I thought I was shipping two orders of TEN at $26 each. They want $50 for each remaining set of 9 mugs. I already paid $26 for each ***, and *** can't give me a refund because their contract is with PrinterPix and they have to give the refund, but they told me I had to go to ***. In a nutshell, they took my money and only sent me a "proof" of my order, they held on to my actual order and asked for more money to ship them. If the shipping info on the purchase page was clear, this would've never been an issue, and I'd have all my mugs right now. The site said shipping ONE mug was $8.95 - so why are they saying I paid $27.98 for ONE mug?

I want a refund of the shipping money I paid to PrinterPix and the money I paid for their ***. $26x2 (***) + $27.98x2 (shipping to PrinterPix). I would for them to be more clear to their customers BEFORE they make a purchase through them and not so deceiving. I won't be the only one to deal with this.

With vouchers for more than one item / quantity, the onus is on our customers to order the quantity they require at the time. The quantity is displayed in the Shopping Basket and at Checkout. The same is also stated under our Terms and Conditions. Any unused value of the voucher can be redeemed later by getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. The orders were shipped within one day and delivered as requested.

Thank you. I do respectfully disagree with the statement that everything is "clear" on their site, because obviously it wasn't, or we wouldn't be here. Hopefully they fixed that as stated. I received an email about pictures on canvas on sale. One of the bundles was $37.95 for 3 16x20 pictures. When you order the cost of shipping shows its free but after you order the coupon the price jumps up to $50 for each set.I asked for a refund and am told that it will take an addition 15 business days to give me a refund. This company uses fraudulent practices. If I was told that the shipping was so high I wouldnt have ordered the coupon to get the pictures.
I want a full refund as well as someone to look into the fraudulent practices of this company

I never received the product that I paid for. They give untruthful info on shipping costs.
On 7/22/18 I purchased two *** for 10 printed magic mugs (each) from PrinterPix. The fine print does say you will have to pay for shipping - but you won't know how much that is until you purchase the ***, that's not the first time that has happened to me on ***. When I was prompted to go to the PrinterPix site, they gave me THREE shipping options. I picked a middle one because I was ordering them two months before I needed them, I was in no rush. I received ONE mug from each of the two orders. I questioned them. It would take a week to get a response from them. This went on for two months. All they would tell me was if I sent them $50 more dollars per 9 mugs, then they'd send the rest of my order. I requested a refund (since I needed them for an event on 9/7/18 and now I wasn't going to have them) they declined. Their only offer was "send us the $100 for the 18 mugs and we'll send them". I was chatting with a rep at one point and called them a "scam" since they had my money and I had no product, and he closed the chat on me! It is now October (ordered in July) and no resolution. They didn't even respond to my last message. When I placed my order nothing said "this shipping choice is for only ONE mug" if that was the case, which they said it was, it should've said that. I paid $26 to ship ONE mug. I thought I was shipping two orders of TEN at $26 each. They want $50 for each remaining set of 9 mugs. I already paid $26 for each ***, and *** can't give me a refund because their contract is with PrinterPix and they have to give the refund, but they told me I had to go to ***. In a nutshell, they took my money and only sent me a "proof" of my order, they held on to my actual order and asked for more money to ship them. If the shipping info on the purchase page was clear, this would've never been an issue, and I'd have all my mugs right now. The site said shipping ONE mug was $8.95 - so why are they saying I paid $27.98 for ONE mug?
I want a refund of the shipping money I paid to PrinterPix and the money I paid for their ***. $26x2 (***) + $27.98x2 (shipping to PrinterPix). I would for them to be more clear to their customers BEFORE they make a purchase through them and not so deceiving. I won't be the only one to deal with this.

We have checked your orders and can confirm you had inadvertently ordered one mug instead of 10 on each of your orders. With vouchers for more than one item / quantity, the onus is on our customers to order the quantity they require at the time. The quantity is displayed in the Shopping Basket and at Checkout. The same is also stated under our Terms and Conditions. Any unused value of the voucher can be redeemed later by getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. The orders were shipped within one day and delivered as requested.

Both of your orders were dispatched within a day of the order being generated because when finalising both orders, you've selected a 2-day shipping on both orders which the reason why you have paid $ 27.98 and not $ 8.95 as per the site.
Kindly note that the offer that you had on*** for one voucher was worth $ 35.00 for 10 mugs (excluding shipping at $ 49.99 for 10 mugs) with a total cost at $ 84.99 of 10 mugs (including shipping) per voucher. As you had two vouchers, the total cost was at $ 169.88 but only $ 125.96 was received by*** and ourselves. As a result, a remaining fee of 42.92 was pending for the remaining 18 mugs to be shipped which is what our representatives have tried to explain and resolve this issue swiftly.
However, the communication between us did not go as expected and that on behalf of Printerpix, we extend our sincerest apologies for the bad experience you had with our customer service team when you have tried to contact us in search of information. Thank you. I do respectfully disagree with the statement that everything is "clear" on their site, because obviously it wasn't, or we wouldn't be here. Hopefully they fixed that as stated. I couldn't see spending $49.99 when I didn't need them for two months, so I chose the $27.98. I assumed $49.99 was two-day shipping. I thank them for their response after the mess of customer service messages. I appreciate it. Thank you.
