I received a broken photo slate from printer pix. I contacted customer service and Revathi advised me to send an email with a picture. Then call back with the request number. I contacted Printer Pix with the number. And within minutes, Anna had a replacement order created. She was very helpful. And I highly recommend printer pix.

I am still looking at being charged on my card from *** and prinnerpix I wanted the credit 34.99 to be aplied so it was same order again just extended time to make the blanket up It appears they charge my card 34.99 and I may end up with 4 instead of 2 blankets did not help me to understand what was going on completely

I am impressed with the customer service.

Very curteous..

This company is charging $49.99 for shipping and handling of mugs and I think this price is too high for shipping within the United States.
I purchased 4 *** for PrinterPix which included 10 Thermal Mugs which in total was $140. Then when you go to PrinterPix to redeem the mugs, they are charging $49.99 just to send the mugs, which is very misleading because this is not stated when you purchase the ***. So If I redeem all 4 *** with printer pix it will cost me at total of $200 to ship 40 mugs which is TOO HIGH and a RIP-OFF. I have called*** to complain and I contacted Printerpix to complain and nothing is done. Each company blames the other company and I have tried to get my money back from*** and they tell me final sale and won't refund my money. I want my money back from*** and I want Printerpix to either lower their shipping or don't sell this misleading product.

Desired Outcome

I want them to be truthful regarding the $49.99 shipping on the *** description or not sell this product. It is very misleading.

I still feel it is misleading because what they are stating is that we have to do investigative work before we buy the ***.

Even though I was not able to get a refund, I was given a credit that I could use for other products via ***'s website. Thank you Revdex.com and PrinterPix for your assistance in this matter.

I will never buy from printer pix again....all I have gotten is the runaround from *** and printer pix......not receiving a human voice from this country I could understand......so frustrating.......maybe a call would be nice to resolve this issue....***...

I believe you helped me with problem Monday. ....it involved a redemption code from *** that didn't work on printerpix......I needed one more BLANKET and it happened again........no help but get the run around from printerpix.....HELP ME AGAIN PLEASE.......CALL ME AT***......thanks scot

Spoke with savio who was really helpful. Had an expired voucher from may and rep was very helpful resolving my current issue. Conversation lasted about 5 minutes so I was impressed how promptly service was provided and resolved. 10-10 for u savio

I ordered 4 items from Printerpix on September 3rd, 2018. I received 2 items timely, one 7 weeks late, and one I haven't received 3 months later
Puchased canvas prints through *** at Printerpix. Was shocked I had to pay and extra $40 in shipping when placing the order. I received two items timely. I received the third item after 2 calls and several emails. The last item has yet to arrive 2 months later. I asked them for $20 in shipping costs back, and they stopped returning my emails. I paid for shipping on an item that was delivered way past the promised time and never received the other. Order number that was delivered late was *** and the order I have yet to receive is ***. Every time I call I am told "the issue is being escalated" but I am not allowed to talk to anyone else. They were replying to my emails until I asked for a refund of half my shipping charges.

Desired Outcome

I think it is fair that they refund half my shipping charges, which is $20, since they were not able to ship half my items in a timely matter. 2 months to wait for the item is way out of the scope of what was promised, and I feel I should not be charged the shipping

I have NOT recieved my refund and still have NOT recieved my last package. I gave the refund 5 days since 2-3 days was quoted. This is not resolved

I have now received the refund and the past product was delivered. I now accept their response and we can close this case. Thank you

I am new to using*** and it was my first time purchasing anything. I purchased a deal for two PrinterPix photo blankets and was really struggling with the checkout process. Somehow I messed up redeeming my*** voucher so I called in to PrinterPix and spoke with Revathi. I was lucky to speak with her as she patiently and helpfully explained how to create and order my blankets and then walked me through checking out.
Please thank her for all of her help. I was getting frustrated and Revathi made sure to remove all the stress and confusion so I could create and order my items.
I will be ordering from PinterPix again.

I had purchased a couple of things here and I was able to take advantage of a *** promotion to get 4 16 x 20 custom canvas prints. I screwed up and did not order correctly and thought I have forfeited 3 of the 4 prints. I called and Josh helped me out, I can't say enough about how helpful he was! I will be directing all my friends to this place!!

When I called Printerpix this morning, I was very upset and agitated. I was having a VERY difficult time with my order and was beyond frustrated. Revathi, the customer service agent who assisted me was wonderful. She patiently listened to my complaint then repeatedly assured me that she would help solve the problem. It took a while to get the situation rectified, but Revathi was calm and poised throughout. Besides being very competent and professional in her communication, she was also very personable, adding several comments which made me feel like she really cared about my problem and me as a person as well.
I left the phone call completely satisfied that Revathi had corrected the problem and that I would finally receive my product. She is most definitely an asset to your company. My deepest thanks to her!

I let some vouchers expire because I didn't realize that there was an expiration date. I was about to be finished with Printerpix although I love the products I have ordered in the past. I called and spoke with Clinton who was able to make my vouchers good for another week. My products have been ordered and I am expecting them soon with the usual fine quality that I always get from Pinterpix. Clinton was great and because of him I will remain a satisfied customer.
