It was confusing on quantity of items (blankets) with each having different photos on for my 2 grandsons. The voucher was supposed to give me both blankets on the one voucher but somehouse it didn't work. I'm waiting to see the actual product. Still Have Not Received My Order and Customer Service Keeps Giving Me Different Stories As To Why
I purchased a*** Voucher for PrinterPix for two 16 x 20 Metal Prints. I used the voucher on 9/2/18. I uploaded the photos that I want printed and paid for their service including upgrading to expedited shipping. My order number is*** The policy on their site states that production time in the US is 5 days with delivery set there after. This is 7 business days total. I tried multiple times checking the status of my order via the PrinterPix website and each time an error message was shown on their tracker however my order status was PAID. I called customer service multiple times to check on the status of my order. Each time there was a different story told including a conversation with a manager who stated two weeks ago that my order would be shipped that week and I would receive a refund on part of the shipping. I have been calling weekly to check the status there after and each time the customer service representative states that my item will be shipped by the end of said week and that my refund is processing. I am also told that because they gave me a refund on my shipping that I would be downgraded to standard shipping for something that is not my fault. I literally have to argue with the representative for providing false information and then for them to state that it will be shipped via 2 day delivery. I called again on 9/26/18 to which another customer service rep stated that my order was still in production and that I had to wait another week. The rep also tried again to downgrade my shipping. How is this company still in business? To date, I still have not received my refund or items.
Desired Outcome
I would like my products (two 16 x 20 Metal Prints with additional mounting equipment see invoice) that I purchased delivered ASAP with the quality represented on their site and a full refund of delivery. It is unacceptable for this much hassle and time commitment for a company that is supposed to be able to fulfill their service to the customer.

Thank you for your response. I have finally received my canvas prints. They are of excellent quality but I will not likely order from your company again. The wait was entirely too long for this type of product and when I did try to reach out to your web site and track my order I was unable to get any information. In addition, I called your customer service center twice and was told this order was to be shipped the next day. This happened twice. Finally on my third attempt, I was unable to even reach customer service by phone, e-mail, or on-line chat. There are several companies available to order canvas prints from that do have excellent customer service and are responsive and timely.
I purchased a*** for Printerpix and their coupon did not state the amount of shipping. I want a refund or reduced shipping charges.
Redemption code ***, amount $14.99. I have been unable to u derstand customer service and get no assistance for my issue. I asked for a number in the US and was told there isn't one. I received an email with a tracking number which showed my order would be shipped by DHL & should be delivered by Sept 19. On Sept 18 I received 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard glued together. I have tried 4 times since I received the cardboard to contact printerpix with no luck. I am now filing this complaint.

I either want my money back or the product I ordered. Which is a photo of my in-laws, I ordered this picture for my mother in law for her birthday/anniversary.

I did receive my photo which I am satisfied with. It turned out nice, however the package was open, the box the photo was in was open on both ends. So Printerpix may want to reconsider their relationship with ***. Reading through previous complaints, it seems a lot of customers file complaints because of broken merchandise.
I had a difficult time placing my order for 2 dog blankets on your website, purchased through ***, which is why I gave the rating only 4 stars. The process of personalization was easy, but I kept getting a confirmation for the wrong sizes, and charges I did not owe since I had already made the purchase through *** (other than shipping, which was expensive.). However, I called your customer service number and was assisted by Aishwarya, who was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She took me through the process step by step and I correctly placed my order. She was wonderful! I can't wait to receive the blankets, I hope they are as great as your customer service. Finally on my third attempt, I was unable to even reach customer service by phone, e-mail, or on-line chat. There are several companies available to order canvas prints from that do have excellent customer service and are responsive and timely.
I purchased a*** for Printerpix and their coupon did not state the amount of shipping. I want a refund or reduced shipping charges.
Redemption code ***, amount $14.99. I have been unable to u derstand customer service and get no assistance for my issue. I asked for a number in the US and was told there isn't one. This is a scam or fraud, whichever fits the crime. They tell me to contact *** and I have not Ben able to contact them opby phone or email.

I ordered a slate photo frame from Printerpix after a month, I received 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard glued together.
In August I ordered a slate picture frame from Printerpix. After 3 weeks I contacted them by livechat & was told my issue would be escalated to a supervisor. A week later I contacted them by email & was told the same thing, I explained I had already been told that. The next day I was told by email, that my order would be shipped soon. I received an email with a tracking number which showed my order would be shipped by DHL & should be delivered by Sept 19. On Sept 18 I received 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard glued together. I have tried 4 times since I received the cardboard to contact printerpix with no luck. I am now filing this complaint.
I either want my money back or the product I ordered. Which is a photo of my in-laws, I ordered this picture for my mother in law for her birthday/anniversary.

I did receive my photo which I am satisfied with. It turned out nice, however the package was open, the box the photo was in was open on both ends. So Printerpix may want to reconsider their relationship with ***. Reading through previous complaints, it seems a lot of customers file complaints because of broken merchandise.
Customer service answered my questions and all is good.
I had a difficult time placing my order for 2 dog blankets on your website, purchased through ***, which is why I gave the rating only 4 stars. The process of personalization was easy, but I kept getting a confirmation for the wrong sizes, and charges I did not owe since I had already made the purchase through *** (other than shipping, which was expensive.). However, I called your customer service number and was assisted by Aishwarya, who was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She took me through the process step by step and I correctly placed my order. She was wonderful! I can't wait to receive the blankets, I hope they are as great as your customer service.
