I ordered a PrinterPix *** and had trouble using the coupon. I called customer service and George S helped me apply the *** and issued a credit to my credit card. Very helpful and patient person. My book arrived in time and I'm happy with it. I think it was a good deal.

I had an issue with a *** coupon code not being accepted. George helped me with no problem and I continued to check out with no problems. I have used Printerpix in the past and their work is beautiful. Fairly easy to use the website, too.

This is the 2nd blanket I have purchased from them. The first one was very nice. This one will be a Christmas present so I have plenty of time for it to come. I did have an issue because I put the wrong date on the blanket. Within 2 hours I had to call the company and ask they stop production. Eugene was great, even when I was slightly panicking. I had to pay another $19.99 to stop production and have the right date fixed. I was annoyed about the extra money when I know they hadn't started making it yet, however I understand it was my fault and am happy we reached an amicable solution. They are a company that I would and do recommend.

Company offered a 16X20 metal picture through***, I received an 8X10. Contacted company and was told they weren't willing to correct the error.
On June 14, 2018 I purchased a Personalized 16x20 Photo on Metal through***. On July 30, 2018 I followed the procedures given on*** to redeem the voucher for the metal photo. I uploaded the photo, checked out and paid an additional fee for shipping. It was Printerpix order #***. Somewhere in the process the order was switched to their product number ***, which is an 8X10. I contacted the company today, August 22, 2018 to request a remedy for the error, but was told they were not willing to do anything. I am out the original purchase price of $15 and the shipping cost of $13.95, which I suspected was correct for a 16X20 mailing. This is the second issue I've had with this company. I made a previous*** purchase and attempted to redeem the voucher. The website would not allow me to upload any photos at that time. The rep had me switch web browsers three times. I was able to resolve that issue after an aggravating time with their customer service. I made this purchase around the same and would not have done so after dealing with their customer service.

Desired Outcome

I wish to get a 16X20 of the original photo and willing to pay shipping.

Exceeded my expectations

Back in 2015 they over charged me for coffee mugs I never ordered. They would not give me my money back but a credit on my account which was over $315. I have spoken to over 5 people about getting my new order placed to use the credit I had coming and I keep getting the run around. I am told they will send a link to my email to just pay shipping and it never comes. It takes weeks if not months for them to respond to any communication I attempt. When they do respond back I am just repeating myself and not getting anywhere because it just goes right back to were I was in the beginning not getting my product.

From what we can see on our internal systems is that you've purchased "9 vouchers" on *** with the following offer "Good on two Magic Mug (S&H not included)", shipping and handling fee being at $ 13.99.
When placing the order, you should have included two mugs in your basket, but you've only included one which is the reason why you've only been charged $ 5.99 on shipping and not $ 13.99. From what we understand is that at the end, you are missing 9 mugs and are meant to pay an additional $ 72.00 ($ 13.99-5.99 = $ 8.00 x 9.00 = $ 72.00 orders).
Since that day, we've been communicating with you many times and we were waiting for you to place an order for the remaining mugs. However, we can see that you have been given a store credit of $ 315.00 (excluding shipping) for the value of your vouchers at full price (not discounted) as a compensation.

No, This is a credit that was due for PrinterPix over charging my card. So this credit is for anything I add to my cart even with a discount. This is money owed to me that I should of received a check for but instead you made it a credit which I was ok with at the time since I was going to order more items. I was never told this would turn into pulling teeth to get the order!

No this was not due to me putting the wrong amount in my basket. I would appreciate if just a check is sent to me for the refund I should have gotten several months ago. We would like to let you know from what we can see on our internal system, you've purchased a total of 9 vouchers on *** (Good on two Magic Mug each) with a total value of "$ 126.00" with shipping cost not being included ($ 13.99 per voucher as per the deal, for a total of $125.91).

If these orders were placed accordingly and correctly, you would have end up paying a total amount of "$ 251.91" as per the *** deal for 18 mugs including shipping.
However, as these orders were not placed correctly, you've ended up paying us an amount of $53.91 for shipping & handling, instead of $125.91 as per the *** deal (apart from the amount you paid *** for the vouchers)
The reason being that you've only selected one mug in the basket when you were required to change the quantity to two as instructed.

My fiancee and I designed thank you notes and invitations on their website and received items printed incorrectly. The company would not fix the error
My fiancee and I used *** to order Thank you notes and Invitations to our wedding. We designed these online in August 2018 and the website allowed us to remove text from the back of the thank you cards. The preview on the screen showed a blank card. I clicked save, added them to the cart, and purchased. When we received them, they had text on the back. I called and the first customer service agent said I should have checked the preview better. The second customer service agent said the website wouldn't allow anyone to remove text. I told him the site did allow us to do this. He said that the fields would just repopulate when printing. I explained that this is not explained on the website. He said it didn't need to be. The order number is *** and it was placed on 8/8/18. One agent I spoke to said his name was Eugene.

Desired Outcome

I would like the business to replace the incorrectly printed items OR refund our money.

The company contacted us to discuss procedure for replacing the order. When I placed the order, the customer service representative said he could not view the proof of the item and could not verify that the design I placed in my online shopping cart is what would be printed. Nevertheless, we continued with the order. I received the replacement order today (9/7/18) and they were printed correctly. I am glad the situation was eventually corrected but would not use this company again due to very poor customer service.

Did not receive the photobook as ordered. Although the error has been identified after months of emails and calls, the replacement order was cancelled
After numerous emails that left my complaint unresolved, a phone call with Jason appeared to have resolved the issue and he ordered corrected replacement albums for me. I was asked for a positive review of Printerpix and when I declined to provide one, my replacement order was cancelled.

Desired Outcome

SEND CORRECTED ALBUMS AS FINALLY PROMISED BY JASON WHO ACKNOWLEDGED THE PRINTING ERROR AFTER MONTHS OF EMAILS FROM OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DENYING THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT

I was promised a replacement once before but Printerpix then cancelled it for no reason without notifying me. I am afraid that is soon as I close this complaint they will do the same thing again. Therefore until I have the new order in my possession I am reluctant to say that I am satisfied.

No stars. I will never use this company again. I paid for 3 canvas they shipped one and made me pay shipment for the other 2. I just wanted my money back and they wouldn't do that either. So I had to pay for the shipping to get the rest of my order. I spoke to 4 people including a supervisor and they were all rude.

I never said that I didn't want to pay shipping I said that I paid for 3 pictures and only 1 was shipped. They made me pay for shipping on the additional 2 pictures when they should have been shipped together and it would have been 1 fee. Please reread before you respond and respond correctly.

Please note that the first order "***" was placed for only one product. If you had a voucher for three products, you should have kindly change the quantity to three and process the order.

However, what you had was 3 singles separate vouchers and that as said in our terms and conditions on our Partners website, only one voucher can be entered at a time and that shipping will be applied for each voucher.

As a commercial gesture, we've dispatched your second order together with the correct shipping and handling fee being applied to it.

I ordered several cards from the company and got 4 instead of 125. Paid more money and got no products....spent hours with CS and never got refunded.
we purchased wedding thank you cards from printerpix. We ordered 125 and got 4. They stated we entered the wrong quantity (even though it auto changed the amount). We paid for more cards and a month later never received them. They promised to refund all money and only returned the last $5 and never sent or credited the remaining $15. Therefore we paid $15 for 4 cards.....CROOKS!!!! STAY AWAY

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the full amount of my purchases and shipping as I didn't get the product I wanted and had to go to a competitor who processed my order in less than a week.

although I didn't get all my money back this satisfies my complaint

Company told me orders weren't valid when they were. I have duplicate product based on this. Customer service response was 23 days.
I bought 2 *** for PrinterPix for photo canvases.

When I placed the first order, I was initially told that my order didn't go through because my shipping address was invalid. So, on my second order, I ordered a few of the same pictures. I agian got the invalid message. After about 20 min, I received emails saying both orders had gone through. I immediately reached out to Printerpix. I didn't want to be charged twice. I wanted to know why the site told me my orders were invalid & then the orders were processing. I asked to get credit back for 3 new canvases to replace the doubles.
It took them 23 days & 3 emails to get back to me. Their site says complaints are addressed in 1-2 business days. Now they say they can't help me because the orders were delivered. I don't think they understand the problem.

Desired Outcome

I would like the opportunity to replace the 3 canvases that are duplicate photos. I also don't expect to pay for shipping because the error is on them.

I am a photographer and have been using Printerpix for a few months and I am really happy about the product and customer service as well. I had a problem with one of my order that I received a week ago. Sent an email with the pictures to Printerpix and talk in chat with Anto R who was very helpful to resolve with me the problem. As a photographer, I will recommend anybody to use their service. I can understand that sometimes the product you received is not what you have expected but is it Printerpix fault. Well trust me not sure where come from all these complaints but for a fact, I had one problem and it has been solved quickly and in a professionalism way, thanks again to Anto R.
