Confusing purchase process and zero communication regarding approximate or specific arrival time product delivery.
On 8/31 and 9/1 my son and I placed 2 orders from 2 vouchers I received via email. I first purchased the voucher then it sent me to the company site to finish placing the order. I chose the product and applied the voucher code at the end of placing the order as told. It did not state when placing the order that there will be an additional charge for the product I was purchasing until I received a confirmation email and even then it was not specific with those details. They sent only 2 confirmation emails but charge my credit card 4 times. However on neither email did it have a tracking number or delivery date, not even an estimated delivery date. Well it has been 2 weeks so I called today 9/12 and the lady I spoke to said it will be 14 business days from the purchase date and she was very curt with me. I explained to her that we have not even received an update on the order. She said we haven't received an update because it was still in production. I said they should be sending an email stating that then. I would like to receive my products first of all without interruption. I am worried that if I complain that they will hold back my order even longer. This was supposed to be birthday presents for my son's girlfriend which passed 2 weeks ago.
Desired Outcome
I would like to be at least reimbursed for the shipping costs for both purchases. Which were $18.99 for each purchase.

The company updated it's website and I lose all the products I have been working on for over a month to order them.
The printerpix website allows customers to create projects (photobooks, blankets, mugs, etc) with pictures. Once you complete the project, you can add it to the shopping cart and order your items. I have been working on several projects for over a month and was going to order a variety of photo books. They did an update to their system 2 days ago and I can no longer access my projects. I can see them in my project list but every time I try to access them I get a search screen. When I contacted their customer service they provided a generic response stating that I should delete my cookies, which I did, and if my projects don't show then I should recreate them, which is months of work. This is the 2nd issue I had to contact their customer service with and they are absolutely useless, they provide generic answers without fully understanding the issue.
Desired Outcome
Look for the projects that I have put together in their system prior to the upgrade and give me access to them, so I can finish and order them.

I took recently accepted a promotional discount offer from Printerpix, for 3 canvas prints. Uploading photos and placing the order was extremely easy. When I received the prints, I found that 2 were as ordered--and quite attractively mounted--but the third, owing to the fact that I had uploaded 4 instead of 3 prints, had produced a "double-exposure" of the two. I contacted customer service, who initially informed me that I would have to incur an expense to correct the order. However, after a separate conversation with their Mr. George S, he very graciously agreed to correct the error at no cost. I had some confusion in re-entering my order but George handled it all expeditiously. I have now received the correct print and I must say I am very pleased not only with the quality of the prints but of their customer service. Absolutely first class! I recommend their product and their personal attention.

I bought a groupon for 2 printerpix large blankets. When creating my order, none of my photos are usable.
When creating order, website claims that out of 200 photos, not one is quality enough to get a decent product.
I ordered with anticipation of using specific photos and now I cannot use even one. That's not fair and I feel robbed.
I have 6 kids and I don't have extra spending money to hand out to this company for nothing.
Especially $70 something and then to learn that shipping is not included and will cost another $29.99.
Desired Outcome
I either want a full refund or my shipping waived if I have to take new photos in order to create a decent photo blanket.

Bought the ***. Directions to say to purchase the photos separate and pay for shipping separate. Bought the first photo and shipping was $24. Went on to buy the second photo and it says my *** was not valid. I called printerpix and they are supposed to send me a link to pay an additional $19 to ship the addition two. Once I get the link I have to call them again to process the order. Still haven't gotten the link yet. I'm pretty disappointed in this process. It's ridiculous and seems like a scam to get more money.
