I was hesitant to try new software to make a photo album but was able to understand Printerpix and put a 40 pg book together quickly and easily. I have not received the final product yet but I can recommend the software.
I recently purchased a Printerpix *** for a custom photo teddy bear. I am deploying and wanted to get my kids a keepsake while I'm away. I came across a little glitch with my *** and had to contact their customer service department, via online chat. I was quickly helped by a gentleman named Vincent. He was able to fix my code and walked me through the steps to reapply the code and it worked like a charm. I also added on two pillow cases during checkout. I'm excited for my babies to get their teddies!
I had a great chat with Anto R. He was very helful and tried to find the best solution as soon as possible. He propose many solution and thanks to his manager too, they succeed to help me and resolve my problem.

My experience with PrinterPix was lousy. I ordered 6 prints on metal following purchasing 6 ***. It is my fault for not reading the fine print that only 1 coupon could be used per order, and I had to make 6 orders. I received 6 prints, but 1 was not my picture. I tried to resolve the issue via the chat function. This being 2018, I was surprised to be told to email the order numbers and copies of images. Alas, I did. When I'd not gotten any feedback after a few days, I called the customer service line, only to be told they'd not received an email from me. Despite me sending it via their website. And having gotten a message from the company with a time stamp 2 minutes later. So the representative on the call said he'd send an email, to which I should reply with the details of my issue (even though I'd given him the wrong order number and my order number). But I did reply. And when I didn't receive a response after a few more days, I called and spoke with Clinton. Clinton was great - he took complete ownership of the problem and set up the replacement. I should never have had to talk to Clinton, though. It took 4 attempts at resolution to find someone who a) acted like he gave a darn and b) actually did something.
I will never use this company and will happily share my negative experience to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. I only wish I'd checked company reviews before buying the *** which sent me on this miserable journey.
Clinton was very patient with me & explained everything well in order for me to understand. Definitely would recommend. Love the products of their work.

You tell what you think and if this is how you want your company to be represented. Deceptive practices on ordering - Printerpix leads you to believe shipping is free for the product. Shipping is only free for the voucher/coupon.
I responded to a promotional email from Printerpix for two blankets. The order page (attached) made me believe shipping for the blankets was free. After I had made the $59.99 purchase, I went to their site to fulfill my order. I spent more than an hour creating my photo blankets and was then asked to pay an additional $31.98 in shipping. I emailed customer support two times and never received a response. On 7/24/18, I called them. They told me the free shipping was for the voucher...the coupon that was emailed to me was what the free shipping applied to. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the supervisor, Sharat M., told me that it is the default practice to display the free shipping options above the product being sold with no reference to the free shipping pertaining to the voucher and not the product itself. I find this to be extremely deceptive. I was left with either wasting my time and the $59.99 I had already spent, or going through with the purchase at another $31.98. He offered me no other solution. I believe they do this intentionally knowing that most people will just go ahead and grudgingly pay the extra shipping. I feel I should be refunded the $31.98 in shipping.

No. The issue with this case (#***) has not been resolved. I actually had two issues on this order.
1. The deceptive advertising where Printerpix charged me $31.98 for shipping, even after stating shipping was free. See attached, turns out the "free shipping" was for the coupon delivered to my inbox. I was left with either losing the $59.99 I had already paid for the two blankets or coughing up another $31.98 for shipping. I opted to pay the $31.98 shipping, and that is what I'd like to have refunded.
2. The second issue was that one of the blankets was printed incorrectly. Printerpix did agree to reprint the blanket, but I had to pay another $15.99 for shipping.
Overall, I paid a total of $107.96 when I expected to pay $59.99.
