I just tried to call the customer service number and it is not a working number. I have been waiting over a month for my photo puzzle. No way to contact the company!
If an offer seems too good to be true....

I placed an order almost a month ago and was told last week when I called that I would have my order this week. I called again today to be told that they will try their best to have it to me by Christmas? That is so ridiculous. I have placed soooo many orders for other custom items and they come within a week. No reason for this order to take forever. I wish I never ordered wi H printerpix. Will never order from them again and I would cancel my order, but the rep on the phone said they would charge me.

Delay in shipping product, product arrived broken and no customer support whatsoever
I purchased 4 Printerpix magic mugs on Groupon and placed my order early February 2018.
Over 3 weeks went by with no update on my order or shipment
I called several times. I am hold forever. I decided to try their chat room and finally got a hold of someone who apologized about the delay and escalated my order. I finally got a shipping update and my order arrived. All 4 mugs were broken 3 by the handle and 1 completely broken. It appears that poor packaging was the cause for this.
I contacted them by email to let them know and got no response.
Then I got back on their chat room and the rep told me to send a picture of the broken product which I did but received no response.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund or a replacement. I also want them to package it much better if they decide to send a replacement. The product was barely wrapped with bubble wrap and it was loose in a large box. It should be wrapped with bubble wrap, Styrofoam and tightly packaged

Business FINALLY shipped replacement and this time packaging and products were satisfactory

Horrible horrible horrible! I have been waiting 2 months for an order and I am being told it still isn't ready!

Do not buy Groupons for this business. I did so and ordered 2 calendars that I spent quite some time putting together. They were supposed to be Thanksgiving gifts. I received 2 calendars shortly after ordering. However, they are BLANK. I checked my order to confirm sure I ordered the custom ones I put together on their site. I have sent 5 email alerting them to the error. I have received 5 automatically generated emails with a ticket number and to wait for a response. It's been 17 days and I still haven't received a response from any individual advising me what to do. Do NOT buy a Groupon from this company. If there's a mistake with your order, you're out of luck.

Do not order from them unless you don't need your printing for more than a month. I ordered two calendars in December. It is now mid January and customer service just informed me should expect delivery "probably in the beginning of February." When I asked about the status of my order, she said it was in mid-production and should be completed within a week. These are 12 month calendars not 400 page booklets. How is it possible that a printing job this small will take over two weeks from start to finish. Also, don't bother e-mailing them to try and get an update. I sent a respectful e-mail asking for an update on my order. I received an automated response indication that my case had been assigned to a customer service representative and that I would be contacted shortly. A week went by and I finally called them to get information. There are much better options.

Do not use Printerpix for anything ever. My canvas print finally arrived today after two months of waiting on hold, lies, frustrations and tears. What follows is a shortened version. The print does look good even if the frame is a bit crooked but the real problem started when I first made the order I discovered that the shipping prices were very high (most of the options being far more than I had paid for my Groupon-which is my fault for not checking first) so I chose the 21 day option. The next week I discovered that according to their online tracking bar my print hadn't even begun to be made so I called to check the status because I did need it within the 21 days. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes (the average wait time for each call) I got a person who rudely told me to check the online tracker (I had) and that it was 21 working days so my print was not going to arrive until a few weeks after I needed it. I called a week and a half later because it still hadn't been started on and the less rude rep said that they would see if they could get mine expedited and I would be contacted on the status (never happened). I finally gave up and waited for the 21 working days to expire. My print didn't show so I called and was told that it had gotten damaged, was remade and would be shipped the next day pending the arrival of their shipping boxes, she would try to get me faster shipping and would contact me the next day either way. It never happened. I gave the benefit of the doubt and called the following day to find out that my print was not completed it was put back in the queue to be remade and they had no idea when it was going to arrive. I asked for a manager and was told one would call me as soon as they were off the phone which apparently their conversation took two days because I had to call again (remember each phonecall means 20 min. of hold time) and waited for an hour and a half before someone finally called me back. Even then the problem wasn't resolved. She promised to email me a status every day (she didn't initiate a single email) and finally after more nagging from me she started a new order that was "expedited" that finally arrived today, nearly two weeks later. In all it took 42 business days for me to receive my order. In the meantime I had ordered two prints for about the same price from a different company that included shipping with the cost and they both arrived within a week and a half from their order date. So good options are out there. Printerpix is not one of them. I'm guessing from how long I've spent waiting on hold that I'm not the only person that has had major problems with them.

I have had the same experience as all the reviewers here. Same exact story. I purchased a Groupon for $19.99 for a 16x20 metal print. I was able to successfully use my groupon code on the printerpix.com website and I placed my order on November 30, 2014. Their website states, "Printerpix orders are usually produced, dispatched and delivered within a maximum of 15 business days." This was fine with me since I should have gotten my order before Christmas. Today is January 8, 2015 and I now doubt that I will ever see my order. I've called the company 3 times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Although the customer service representative were very courteous and respectful, none of them could tell me why more order still had not been produced or when it will be shipped. I've also sent 3 emails and I only got a response to 1. In that response I got some kind of crazy excuse that the metal company that they use is on strike. Are you kidding me?
I've also contacted Groupon via email to explain this situation and demand a refund. However, apparently they outsource their CS because Lakshmi Priya responded with a detailed explanation about how to use my Groupon code. Obviously that was not my complaint. I will have to now call Groupon and try to make someone understand plain English that the groupon code was used but the company, printerpix.com is a SCAM!!!!
I doubt that they provide any kind of service at all except thievery.

I submitted 2 orders on 1/20/18, each order was for 3 stone slates of the same photo. As of today, I have only received one order. The order received is flawed. The photos are blurred not marching the contrast of the original photo provided, there are unusual tones making the photo darker in some areas and tinting the subjects a pinkish hue. One stone also has a large spot that is matted as opposed to glossy like the rest of the stone. I have included photos of items received along with a print of thge original image for comparison.

I would like to have this corrected and receive these photos properly imaged to the stone slates. I have worked with you in the past and received beautiful results. This is why I am a returning customer. I would like for this to be made right and to ensure the remaining order th at hasn't been processed be handled in thhe same manner.

I am very unhappy with Printerpix. They don't respond to your e-mails. It takes too long to load your album. They delete your project after 30 days if you haven't edited it. It freezes all the time when trying to add photos. They don't have enough layouts for your pictures. I will not be using them again.

I had to orders both placed around June 20th or so. I received one order about 30 days later. The other order I have yet to receive, They say it takes 21 days to process. I received a email around July 4th stating that would be 16 more days. I called the end of July and was told my second order will be to me by the second week of August. This order has not even started. The excuse is they have had a influx of orders more then they can handle or something like that. Avoid these people like the plague. I am sorry if you are going to take that many orders be able to back it up.

Sometime last year I purchased a *** voucher for a three mugs. During check out I had difficulty placing the order for about 20 minutes or more. Once I was able to checkout I quickly proceeded with the purchase. Upon receiving the order I observed only reaching two mugs.

At some point I contacted Printerpix via email and telephone to retrieve my third mug. On March 27th I was told that I would not receive my third mug because I checked out with only two. On 04/03/2018, A receptionist named Victor reiterated the same sentiment. I asked to speak to a manger for further assistance. Victor stated that I will received a telephone call from a supervisor when they become available.

All I want is my third mug. Nothing more nothing less than. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

I ordered a present for my sister over a month ago. When I go to website it says my project is still in production. Not happy with length of time and no communication.

I have been waiting on an order for a photo book since 12/17/14. I sent 6 email inquiries regarding my order, only receiveing a computer generated response thanking me for my inquire promising me that someone will look into my question and reply back to me. Not one reply was received.

I have called their customer service number 3 times to ask about the order. Just today, February 12, 2015, I was told they ran out of supplies back in December and couldn't complete their orders. She assured me they just received their supply order this week and my order should be completed next week.

I would stay away from this company even if the Groupons they offer seem like a great deal!

Side note: Their program to create a book is very difficult to use.

I received 3 duplicate copies of a photo book that I ordered and on them were watermarks, the last few pages sticking together that no matter how carefully I took them apart they took some of the paper off revealing the white underneath (all too revealing on dark pages) and now still continue to stick, ink scratches on the faces and on one photo book the title was nearly running off the top of the page. I've been contacting them since November and have still not received a resolution (it's now February). It just looks like maybe the machines were dirty? Either way their customer service is terrible if not non-existent. I have only received one e-mail from them during the several times that I have contacted them asking for photos and that's it. It's just disgusting and it's amazing that they've stayed in business because they don't deserve to. As an added note they have a policy listed that if you don't open, save or "touch" your work within a 30 day period it will be deleted so I have to keep going back to the photo book I took hours creating to make sure it doesn't get deleted before this "hopefully" gets resolved. I will never go back to ordering products from this company I don't care how inexpensive they are. They should really be ashamed of themselves and how they take care of their customers.

I bought the transition mugs for Christmas presents. The product didnt even leave the business for a month! ! When I contacted the company they said they would put it on their rush list and that it should ship within 7-10 days. Not exactly a rush. .?!

This company is a JOKE. I sent an email, got an automated response sayin that I would receive a response within 48 hours. No response. Call the number a week later on hold for 30 minutes and am told that I need to send ANOTHER email with proof that my item is damaged. So I can wait another week for them to not respond again. Right.

I have read a lot of complaints on here. If I would have known I would have went to [redacted]! Awesome site!!!! I want to make sure my order is here by Christams!!!!!!

Worse company ever, have wrote multiple emails to company and never a response back. I have called the company numerous times and average time for a customer service rep to answer is 25 minutes!! Still waiting for my 4 products I have ordered and can't talk to anyone or get response from an email. This company needs to be shut down

If I could give them 0 stars, that would be ideal! Their website is glitchy and customer service is atrocious! I had trouble placing the order online. It would not accept my shipping address that it verified when I entered it.

First I tried the live chat online and was purposely disconnected. Then I called customer service. When you call their phone number the automated system says press 1 for a new order. The first time I called I pressed 1 and just asked if I could place my order on the phone since the website was giving me problems. She replied, "No I cannot do that I can only be on this call two-three minutes." WHAT???

She told me I had to use *** no other browser was supported. After that very rude call, I logged out of Firefox and into ***, it still gave me issues. Once I finally got my*** address entered and the merchandise paid for, my money was deducted from my account, I received an email invoice with someone else's name on the order. So I logged back into my account to check, it said "Your order has been CANCELLED."

I called them back and was advised they could not see anything in the system I would have to call back tomorrow. So today I called back to follow-up only to receive the same rude service I expected. Hey, at least they are consistent!

Their website boasts some very unique and personalized products. It's a shame they don't value their customers. This experience has been nothing short of nightmare. I guarantee you I will never spend another nickel with this company and I will let every hardworking person I know of to beware!!! I can only hope to get my purchased goods timely and as ordered. Hopefully this review will not turn into a Revdex.com complaint!!!
