Item ordered 3 weeks ago and so far no product.
I ordered the blanket April 8 and received a shipping notice April 12. The status of the item still says it hasn't reached the facility. Spoken to the company four different times. First time they said it was in transit and website wasn't updated. Second time was they were re-dispatching my order. Third time was maybe my neighbors have it. Fourth time was it has 20 days to get there. We asked the supervisor to call us and still hasn't. I placed an order with them also on April 9 and have had that item for two weeks.

Desired Outcome

I want my blanket and I want it shipped overnight.

Wrong item type sent; sent email to company but over 2 weeks later and no response.
I purchased a latte mug and received a color changing latte mug instead. I sent the company picture proof to show I received the wrong product type and asked for a refund. But over 2 weeks later and still not company response even though it was simply an email.

Ordered a metal picture on 4/12 and have not had any updates or legible emails
I purchased a metal frame with an uploaded picture on 4/12. Nothing is happening on the order. After all this time. I emailed 3 times and got "I don't know"as an answer. I have been in contact via live chat , and email. I tried to call but super long wait time s made it impossible. The person's I was talking to are Vince, Carlos, and James. No one wanted to help. I currently have three canvasses on order and I would like to be assured these would arrive on time as well.

Desired Outcome

I would like my metal artwork finished and mailed to me in 10 days. Also a refund for the shipping costs for my wait. Also assurance that my 3 canvas orders are in my arms in 2 weeks.

I ordered the Personalized 11x14 Photo on Metal Print on March 5 2018 from ***. Well you get what you pay for.
It was delivered about a month later.
My honest review of the product as a wedding photographer:
This metal print looks nothing like the advertised prints. I have many metal prints from different companies and this one looks dark & creepy on thin foil like metal. Its cheap and flimsy. Not something I want to show off in my home or business.
I contacted customer service for a refund and offered to return it. They told me to submit an email with photographs for their review in order to refund me. I personally don't think their opinion of their work should determine my refund. However I did submit photographs and explanation and I have not heard back from them.
As a wedding photographer, I advise everyone to stay away from this company. They will take your money and send you cheap quality products.
Stick to *** and *** for metal prints. Both companies deliver absolutely stunning work for great prices.

Items were missing from several of my order and the wrong item was sent in another.
On 11/28/17 I ordered (Order #:***) 8 vouchers for various prints as part of a Black Friday promotion; I had until early March to order. On 2/24/18 I started placing my order with my prints; that day I placed Order number *** for two 8"x 10" canvases. On 3/1/18 I placed the remaining order with my vouchers as described below.

All the orders listed above with an asterisk has an issue. All four of the 8" x 8" metal prints, I did not receive any of the hanging kits for. Through various emails*** (12 to be exact) dating back to 3/17/18 as well as various phone calls (4/1, 4/18 & 4/19) I have received no assistance from this company but was assigned incident #***

Order #: *** I used my voucher for the three 11" x 14" voucher yet I received two 11" x 14" metal prints and one 10" x 7". When I was finally able to speak to someone about this I was told I make that selection; this is not true as size selection was not an option...I bought a voucher for specific sizes.

Order numbers *** = 8" x 8" metal prints I was never asked if I wanted to purchase hanging kits. When I finally was able to speak with someone about this they told me this was my mistake and I could purchase them for $7 each and $15 shipping. I was under the impression since I was never asked for a hanging kit that it was included. When the metal prints arrives without the hanging kits I thought it was odd but I would try and hang them on my own and there is no way; it is a flat pieces of what looks like sheet metal.

Every single other order that I placed I purchased the hanging kits and if given the option to make that selection with the 8" x 8" metal prints I would have to, but since I wasn't asked I would like them to send me the hanging kits and corrected print from Order #: ***. When I asked them about it they said there is nothing that could be done about the wrong size print again mentioning I made that selection (which I didn't).

After several attempts at resolving this issue I informed them I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as this is unacceptable to me. I understand I shopped a sale but that should in no way effect the quality (or options/selections) of products and services. These are my wedding picture and I don't want another brides to have to go through this hell. They are the absolute worst company to order from ever. I didn't even mention to them that the canvases (two 30" x 20" canvases) in order #: *** were badly scuffed as well as had the hanging kit (I paid for) was installed upside down.

Emails sent on 3/17, 3/20, six sent on 3/23, one sent on 4/2 (contains pictures of wrong size print) and 4/17.

Desired Outcome

Every single other order that I placed I purchased the hanging kits and if given the option to make that selection with the 8" x 8" metal prints I would have to, but since I wasn't asked I would like them to send me the hanging kits and corrected print from Order #: ***.

I have received the shipment mentioned above but it was identical to what I previously received. The issue I had wit that specific order was that all three metal prints should have bee 11x14 but one was smaller; the smaller one is what I wanted corrected. Additionally, there is still one hanging kit (it's just a wooden block) missing. If one hanging kit and the corrected image can be replaced then I can accept this response. I greatly appreciate the refund in shipping cost as mentioned in the company's response as well.

Thank you all so much for helping me through the issues I have experienced with PrinterPix. I can confirm that the refund was received (I just didn't realize it; my apologies) and the replacement order was just received in the last week or so.

I am completely satisfied as all the problems I had are now resolved.

This company is awful! Their customer service is trash! I ordered a canvas print after purchasing one of their advertised "coupons" and my photo collage was all within the lines they provided. When I received the order, the animals heads were cut off. I called and spoke to someone who asked me to email them pictures of what I received because on their side, my order showed within the lines. I called back 5 or 6 times after that to try and get it resolved. On the last phone call I thought I got someone that had a brain, she said she saw the problem, would send it for reorder and would email me a new confirmation. 3 days later I have no email confirmation from them. I received an email today from them saying they looked into it, I ordered the photo outside of the lines and they wouldn't be replacing it or refunding my money. When I look at what I ordered on their website, things are perfectly lined up, yet they say its my fault....Don't bother with this company, they are terrible! Hold times to reach a mn in customer service are easily 20 minutes each time and if they mess up your order, they WILL NOT replace it! I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will NEVER use them again. I print my photos on canvas all the time with another company and I've never had this problem!

I placed an order with Printerpix on November 14th. I made sure to place my order early because I wanted to make sure the presents arrived for Christmas. I called the customer service helpline on 6 December because I had not received a tracking number for my order. The representative told me that this was the busy season and orders can take 10-12 days to be made (this was after I gave her my order # to look up). I told her I placed my order on 14 November. She rudely said 10-12 business days. That is when I told her it had been over 15 business days. She asked me to hold while she pulled up my order to see where it was at. She told me that my order was complete and that it will be shipped soon. When I had not received a tracking number 3 days later I called back. The representative said that my order was almost done and that it had been completed on the 27th of November but didn't pass quality control. I asked him why I didn't receive any type of email letting me know this or why the lady three days before didn't mention to tell me this. Not to mention she lied when she said my order was complete and would ship soon. This representative told me that I would receive a tracking number my early week and have my order by the end of the next week roughly the 16th of December. I did not receive any tracking number by Wednesday the 14th so I called a third time. The representative couldn't tell me anything about my order so I asked for a refund of my order. I was told my order was cancelled but I never received an email for confirmation. I then asked to talk to a manager and was told that I could wait anywhere from 1-3 hours. I asked to receive a call at my choosing but to no surprise they never called.

Also anytime I called the customer service line the average wait time was over 15 minutes.

I do alot of photo printing between books, photo gifts and prints. This company is disgusting. I ordered Calendars and never received them a month passes I call them the it helping me caught herself in [redacted]. First by telling me there was a problem with my order so they had to reprint them and then telling me she is sorry my order got lost in the shuffle. I also ordered 5 ornaments and the picture which is crystal clear came out blurry I was told to send a picture of the ornament to their email. Yep one week and I haven't heard back yet. They do not care about their customer service I will never use them again and urge anyone else that your money will just be wasted on crap!

I purchased two Groupons for 16x20 metal prints from PrinterPix on April 1. Placed my first order on April 15 and my second order on May 4th. I received both today after numerous complaints to customer service and waiting for nearly 6 weeks for my initial order. Costumer service was slow and ineffectual.

Unfortunately, they decided to "upgrade" my orders from two 16x20 prints to two 20x30 prints without my consent. Two problems with this: First, I ordered the 16x20 size because I am moving overseas, and the 20x30 prints are to large to pack and take with me. Secondly 16x20 and 20x30 are different aspect rations, which means they screwed up the crop of my images. they look horrid.

Will never use this company again.

WARNING: I bought 2 Groupons for this business. the 1st one was a photo blanket as a Christmas gift for my grandmother at the beginning of December, and now they just emailed me saying that estimated delivery date is Dec 29th. 2nd Groupon was for a stuffed photo bear. Entered the groupon code and my credit card info, then noticed after that they did not credit my groupon and charged my credit card $85.94. I should only have paid $5 for shipping. Now I'm waiting for them to credit my account back. It's been over 2 weeks. They are very slow to respond to emails, and do not return phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I have also filed a complaint with Groupon, and hope that if enough people file complaints, they won't do business with them anymore.

TERRIBLE COMPANY !!! PLACED AN ORDER 13 DAYS AGO AND IT HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED !! AFTER 1 WEEK THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE IT BY CHRISTMAS. NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM SINCE THEN AND MY ORDER SHOWS IT IS STILL IN PRODUCTION. REALLY ?? STILL AFTER 13 DAYS??? ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS PRINT A PICTURE ON A LITTLE SHIRT. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Before submitting my order I checked their fine print to see if it said anything about delays due to the holidays.
Fine print stated 'Redeem your voucher by December 10 in order to receive your item by Christmas!'

My order was placed on December 3rd. After a week I started checking the on my order under 'Where's my order', which stayed at the 25% 'WE’RE PREPARING YOUR ORDER FOR PRODUCTION'.

I contacted support on December 8th to find out when they thought it would move along. Their contact system sends an automated email giving you a ticket number but had no estimated time for a response. I did not receive an response until December 30th - 22 days after I contacted them and 6 days after my promised delivery time. Sadly this response seemed to be a template and did not reference my question at all.

'We are really sorry for the delay in responding and the inconvenience caused //
If you are still experiencing the same issue as per your original email, please reply back to this email and we will respond within 2 business days.'

My initial email listed my order number, I am stunned that their Customer Support did not do the small leg work to actually look into my order.

I ordered a 16X20 metal print from PrinterPix on May 23, 2015 through a Groupon. The status showed as being prepared for printing. On June 23, 2015 I sent an e-mail inquiring about the unchanging status. It was immediately changed to Quality Control; Failure and needing to be reprinted. I have tried calling twice and no customer service person answers the phone. Personally, I think this is a rip off company that uses Groupon to get a quick inflow of cash. I have complained to Groupon and am still waiting on a response. I am still waiting on PrinterPix. I am also considering how well PrinterPix can stand up under an IRS Fraud investigation.

Stolen money. No reply to phone calls or E-mails. SCAM!!

I have purchased quite a few photo books from PrinterPix using Groupon deals. I have used many other companies in the past and find the software to be fairly similar to others. The quality of the standard paper is good but the covers are a little too shiny in my opinion. Another improvement that is needed is that the preview screen does not give you an accurate representation of what your book cover will look like (the books I made were 8x8 square). I had books that looked fine on screen but when they arrived, the photo on the cover was not centered (it was on the preview) and the text was much closer to the edge of the book than it appeared to be in the preview. I reported the problem but wasn't offered a solution by customer service. But if you know how to work around this problem, the books are a pretty good deal. I will probably use this company in the future.

Company didn't make good on products
I have sent a lot of emails asking for this blanket to be corrected.Photos are cut off on the right side.They have told me in a few emails it's on its way.then I get we have a heavy production load and you top priority. It's been 4 months and o20 e-mails..I paid with my credit card and Your Printerpix.com order number: *** Confirmation.$40.00 all together is the price pd for tgis blanket.

I ordered a groupon for a voucher for SLATS - it said 3. I had 3 in my cart and put my voucher in and it rang them up at the sales price for my other 2, only giving me my 1 slat for the voucher. So I ordered the 1 and then tried to do another order to see if it just had to be done separately .... nope not the case! So I emailed them once I figured that out thinking they could help me fix it - I just wanted 3 of the same thing. After a week I got a reply and said I had to do them all at once and that they will still honor my voucher for the 2 slats but I have to pay shipping ($18) and to call them. So I immediately email back and said fine I will pay shipping can you please just process my order with the same one I just did .... That was Dec 2 - I still have not heard back. So I sent another email asking for a reply and I get a reply last night and it said: Sorry to say this but you can avail one offer at a time. WHAT!! I do not even know what that means! Because I tried to order it again and it says my voucher is used! And really that is what your customer service writes back after I am asking for a reply ... I have been contacting them since 11/22/2015!!! So today I tried to call them - and it said they are open from 8-5M-F EST ...it is 9am EST and it said they were closed and to call back during regular business hours.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am highly disappointed with their concern and replies from customer service!!!

First of all I bought three deals from Living Social and only redeemed one so far. It has been almost one month and the status bar on the order says that the process is up to 25%. As all the other complainants stated, this company is a hoax and is probably related to [redacted] which sells similar merchandise. Although I still have two more vouchers to exhaust, I may try to get a refund from Living Social. It is virtually impossible to contact customer service for PRINTERPIX. 3+ weeks later and still no merchandise or acknowledgement email. STAY AWAY FROM PRINTERPIX [redacted] They're probably related! SMH

I ordered two canvas pictures on March 23 and need them for my sons birthday April 21st . On April 5th I emailed the company to find out status as still showing items getting ready to print 0% complete. A ticket was created and according to website, I should have received a call within one day.. It is now April 17th and I still have no pictures, no phone call, no resolution. I requested a full refund and obviously no birthday gift for my son will arrive by April 20th and still have heard nothing. Next step, more online reviews to warn everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
