Ordered a blanket with pictures on it and some text. Sweet `16 gift.
When I received it the blanket was off center. I called and wrote them for over a month. Finally, today I called and they reviewed the evidence I emailed and said that they can see that I made a mistake making the blanket.
The "international" customer service person says..." ok, i'm gonna close this ticket, anything else?"
No offer to fix or no sensitivity to the matter.
They are terrible!
There are many other companies out there, find yourself a good one!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Have been trying to get refund on a shipping charge that was charged twice (for over 4 months!). 3 problem tickets have been opened for same problem and NO resolution. I have tried sending an email to [email protected] to open a customer complaint, but email recipient's mailbox is full. Forget trying to call them again... 45 mins to get through and of NO HELP.

Placed an order I got from Groupon. The order was suppose to include shipping but when you place the order they still charged shipping. So after I called and they said it were going to refund this was back in December 2014 and it's Februrary 2015 I called them 4 times on this and each time they said they were going to bring it up to a manager for a refund. Still haven't seen the refund. Will never shop here again and would not recommend this place. Go elese where if you want a better product.

Terrible service. I ordered two photo blankets in November as Christmas gifts. My order was acknowledged the same day I submitted the order. When I realized that by December 22nd I started to get worried because almost a month had gone by since I placed my order. I used the online chat to try to find out what had happened with my order. The online chat person led me to believe that my order fell through the cracks and ensured me that he would expedite the order and said I would receive my items by Christmas. Needless to say since I am writing this complaint. I never received my order. It is now December 29th and I still have not received my order. I paid over 54.00 for my order. I tried calling their 800 number and the recording left me on hold for a while and then told me to call back at another time. Terrible service. I have also sent them two emails days ago and have not received any responses to either of my emails.

I ordered a groupon deal good for 5 11.7"x16.5" calendars for $16. I was able to get around the website with ease and everything uploaded correctly. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to "premium paper" for $4.99/ calendar. Since I had gotten such a great deal, I though, why not! After placing my order, I read some scary reviews and became nervous of what I had just done.

I asked the "live chat" if they could tell me how long it would take to receive my order. They said no more than 8-12 working days. I said, even with being in the USA? to which they responded, that will take 21 working days. I began to panic as this would be after Christmas and I ordered the calendars for Christmas presents.

I am happy to report that my order did arrive earlier this week (less than the 21 days) and they were shipped from Florida.

The quality of the calendars is not bad, but defiantly not worth full price! The groupon deal was 5 calendars for $16, add the $4.99/ calendar upgrade and a onetime $12.95 shipping and handling cost, I spent a total of $53.90 or $10.78 per calendar. The calendars are worth the $10.78... but not more than that. The regular price is listed at $69.95 per calendar on their website for regular price. BEWARE! They are not worth more than $10.78 that I paid, and even that is pushing it as they are printed double sided.

all in all, I did not have a horrible experience as other did... however... if you want a high quality calendar for gifts... I would stay away from this place.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! I bought a Groupon for the 4 Instagram Canvases to give as a Christmas gift to a family member. Before purchasing the Groupon I went on to the website and scoped it out. I was extremely happy that they were guaranteeing delivery by Christmas for all orders placed before December 9 and this ultimately led me to purchase the Groupon. I had a few questions regarding the pixels of the canvases so I sent customer support at PrinterPix an email with my question and NEVER received a response. Regardless, I had already purchased the Groupon so I went ahead and I placed my order on December 8, redeemed my groupon and had to pay $20 for "shipping and delivery." Well needless to say, it was the week before christmas and I never received an email that my items had even shipped yet. Accordingly, I called the company and waited a half hour to actually speak to a person. When I finally did, I was told that they were "up until 3 am working on my order." Seemed very bizarre to tell a customer that but so be it. The lady I spoke with (Janeesha) confirmed that I would definitely get my order before Christmas and that if I did not, I would get a refund. After a few more days I was concerned, so I had called an additional 2 times and waited on hold for a very long time only to be told the same thing. The customer support is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Finally, I gave up. I did get an email that my order shipped on Sunday December 21. However, when I track the item it says that the expected delivery date is December 30, AFTER CHRISTMAS!! Now my niece will have no gift to open on Christmas day. I attempted to call PrinterPix to explain this to them and get my refund for my shipping but, what do ya know??? THEIR PHONE NUMBER DISCONNECTS ME EVERY TIME I CALL! I can't even get in touch with them. I will continue to call them and will hopefully be able to get my refund back from Groupon, but I want everyone out there to be aware of this company and please do not order anything from them.

Horrible experiences with this company. Made the mistake of trying them more than once. Got a metal print them from - not impressed with quality. Had gotten the voucher via Living Social. After failed attempts to contact the company (no email response and too long wait times via phone), contacted Living Social, who refunded my money.

Ordered a calendar for Christmas on 12/14/14 and paid for expedited shipping....it's now 1/9/15 and their website shows that it hasn't even printed it yet.

Called and like others here, waited 30+ minutes to talk to a "customer service" rep. I put that in quotes because I don't think this woman has been trained in customer service at all. If I had to talk to so many disgruntled customers, I'd feel the same way. Anyway, she didn't seem surprised at this amount of printing time, so take it this is their standard operating process. Best she would do was say they will refund different of shipping methods and will send it via regular mail (if/when it gets printed..).

Will not make mistake of using them again.

I placed an order #XXXXXXX with Printer pix on 11/23/2014 and have not received. When making calls to the company I am placed on hold and the call is never picked up. Last try was 12/30/2014 and I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Emails to the company are not answered.

I still have vouchers that I purchased that are unused.

If I do not receive a response soon my next step will be to file a complaint, and contact my bank.

I am very upset with this company. I had a vision for my guest signing book to have our pictures with our love story written throughout each page for my guest to sign instead of the regular signing book that goes in the attic. I designed it beautifully and on March 24th I paid for the rush order of 5-7 days so it can be here for my wedding day April 3rd. I just called to find out where is my order and they are not even finish publishing the book! There website did not say it will take a week or more to publish then after that the book will be sent. On the website it shows that they are in Florida, but the lady on the phone says that the book has to come from the UK. If I knew all of that I would not have ordered it! I AM IN TEARS RIGHT NOW! That means I will not have my guest signing book for my wedding day!!!! This is not fair, not when you picture your wedding going a certain way and plan for it, paid for it and then told differently after!!!! And to top it off, I will not get my refund until after the wedding either. I will never use this company again!! You guys ruined my wedding experience and my vision for what I wanted!!!

My order arrived scratched and after claiming to be resolving, I have gotten no communication. Zero response to over 30 emails. I'm claiming fraud.
This company sells vouchers for future purchases, for items that do not exist. I was able to use 1 voucher out of 4 before the product simply disappeared from their website. the product that I did received was scratched. after claiming to be resolving, they have completely stopped answering any emails that I send. I've sent to multiple email addresses. no response. I've asked for a manager multiple times. I have never had a manager contact me. Their only contact was to ask me to reproduce the project and put it in my virtual cart. When I advised them that the product is no longer listed on their site, they acknowledged that and said it's an ongoing problem. I asked for a refund. no response for 6 emails over 6 days. until finally they told me to pick a smaller size of that same product, since my size was not being produced any longer. Which in itself is not a solution. It's a downgrade. But I did it. I put it in my virtual cart and let them know multiple times that it was there waiting. No response. I want a refund. Then I never want to be contacted by this fraudulent company again. Or I'll get a lawyer.
When I first ordered these vouchers, the site said they'd be emailed to me within 48 hours. A week later and several unanswered emails, they finally respond with an email with voucher numbers. This company is a fraud. they sell products and then don't respond. Hoping that people will simply give up.

I purchased two hanging kits for two of the three 10X10 canvases I ordered. I never received my hanging kits in the mail. I am requesting a refund.
I ordered three 10x10 *** canvases on 2/3/2018. In addition to that, I ordered two hanging kits each priced $2.99, for a total of $5.98. Here is my order number: ***. The canvases were purchased as a *** gift voucher I received, but I paid using my credit card for the hanging kits. I contacted a customer service rep via chat weeks ago who stated that the hanging kits would arrive in the mail the following week (that was in mid March). They never arrived, so I emailed their customer service on March 30 to ask for refund instead for the hanging kits. They have not responded to my email to their customer service.

Desired Outcome

Since it has been over two months since my original order date, I would like this issue to be resolved by simply a refund of $5.98 for the two hanging kits that were never mailed to me, but I was charged for them.

I have had the same experience as the other umpteen "1 star" reviews. Crappy and difficult to use software, and I, also, have yet to receive my gifts by Christmas (as promised)... although after reading the reviews I'm now the opposite of excited about my canvases. I can add, I did actually get a hold of someone on the "live Chat..." once, though I also tried several times along with phone calls and emails. I am fairly certain the live chat isn't even a real person. it just offered a bunch of general apologies. They never so much as acknowledged any of my questions which were very direct. Even when I asked if I was even talking to a real person, they said, "you are on a live chat, Kristina." The whole convo was like that; completely infuriating. They wouldn't even answer a close ended (yes or no) question. This company is the bane of my existence. I hate Groupon for even doing buisness with them.

I have been going back and forth with this company for 3 months now. I never received my order and they have verified that it was returned to them through no fault of mine. Yet they won't reship it unless I pay some fee. So, I'm basically buying the same service twice? Why would I ever throw good money after bad? And why should they get paid twice for one service? It's practically stealing. Why should your customers pay for your mistakes? How is this acceptable customer service? You can't reach anyone without holding for absurdly long wait times, and even then they read you a script about how to solve your problem. I just want my wedding pictures. I am so outraged I would never recommend anyone use this service. When I finally get through, the story is always someone will call me back, well I've been waiting since March for someone to call me back, and it's April 12th.

I have been trying to contact anyone from the company for a week trying to fix being over charge. My package arrive (still have heard from the company) and its the wrong item. Still waiting for a response because not one of the contact means have worked.

Ordered photo canvas a month ago, and never received it.

This is so disappointing! I purchased multiple coupons during their Cyber Monday sale. I figured the ornaments and mugs will be great for Christmas gifts. When I started my projects I noticed that I was not able to add both coupons to the same order which meant I had to pay the 25 dollars shipping fee twice. I tried to email them for two days no one responded. I tried calling and their line kept on saying "we are having system difficulties, please try again later". After I finally reached someone, they said they will give me a small discount on shipping I just need to email or call their supervisor when I am ready with my projects. That same day I emailed - no one responded. The next day I emailed again, no response. I tried calling again and once again got the system error message. I finally got through to someone and told them their phone lines were not working yesterday and the woman on the phone was rude telling me that "everything is always working". Why would I lie?? I said I have been trying to get through to you since I want to be able to get this by Christmas and she informed me that the last day for it to make it by Christmas was two days ago. She told me her supervisor is not available and they will have to call me back. Somehow I have a feeling that I am not getting a call back. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I will definitely never use them again. I am afraid that I will not be able to get my money back if they fail to help me with this. Big lesson I learned - always check Revdex.com before using any service.

I purchased the 50 page photo book from Printerpix off ***
I purchased the 50 page photo book from Printerpix on *** for 6.99 and was not easy to use, had hard time picking more than one photo at a time, I was getting frustrated, so I saved it for another time. When I went to work on photo book I kept getting a white screen and can't go any further, can' do anything except pick out color of book. I sent an email and got no help. After the weekend on 4-9-18 I decided to Live Chat...oh my what a waste. George S(if that is his real name)told me I needed to have *** and adobe flash. I'm like it worked the first time I tried a least getting one photo and then saved for another day. The *** and *** flash was his only answers and I told him I would be going on to complain.

I just want my 6.99 back, because this sight is horrible and can't make my photo book, so need my money back.

On March 2, 2018 I placed an order. They came in 4 shipments. 3 of the 4 were correct. 4th was not mine. Have not responded to my complaints.
On March 2 I ordered 3 11x14 metal prints, 3 7x10 metal prints and 4 8x10 canvases. All arrived in good condition except the last one. It arrived March 31 and only contained 1 7x10 metal print, which was not my photo. I have sent numerous emails and have called them. They have yet to email me back (other than to give me a ticket number). When I called (13 minutes on hold) they asked for a photo of what was sent, which I did while on the phone. He agreed it was not what I ordered, but said someone else had to review it before the right ones could be sent and it may take a couple days. Still have heard nothing after 5 days, nor have the correct prints arrived. I am currently trying to 'live chat' with them, and have been waiting over 20 minutes. Customer service is incredibly poor!
In addition, the purchases where made using coupons I had purchased earlier. When it came time to check out, it said shipping charges applied to each print as they can not combine shipping. Each order was shipped together-so apparently they do combine shipping, but like to charge separately.

Desired Outcome

I expect my prints to be delivered in a timely manner, as ordered. I would also like 1/2 the shipping charges returned as they did ship each order in the same box after telling me they couldn't do that.

The company offered to print the missing prints and refund half of shipping costs on April 12th which I was happy with. On the 17th they told me they found the images I ordered (after my sending them twice) and it would be given highest priority and guaranteed I would receive them in 3 days. At that time I said I hadn't seen a refund yet. They promptly replied it would go to their Accounts Team and be refunded in 24 hours.
Today is the 22nd. I have seen no refund and tracking # shows package delivery by the 25th. They were not shipped priority as had been stated.
In between all this I have received 5 different emails regarding the 5 times I contacted them previously asking if I was happy with the resolution. The sad part is they never responded to those 5 emails other than to generate a case number. It wasn't until I reached out to the Revdex.com that anything happened. They really need to work on customer service and have a person actually handling complaints
I'm hoping the prints are what were ordered and a refund is forthcoming soon.

Ordered a picture puzzle on 29 November (order number XXXXXXX). It Said it would be here in 21 days. Get an email early December saying that because of strikes in LA it would be late. finally get it January 7th (after Christmas) and low and behold it is a wonderfully done picture puzzle of SOMEONE ELSE'S family. Contacted the company via email however reviews of the company said they do not respond. Called them via phone waiting for customer service for over an hour. They finally answered the phone asked me to destroy the one I got and put in for a reprint on high priority. 13 days later the order status said failed quality inspection and was back to 0 percent complete. Contacted customer service to cancel my order and get a refund, after holding for 45 minutes I was disconnected. I emailed customer service and cancelled the order but received no response. I contacted Amazon local who I purchased the original voucher from for the product and got a refund. Thank goodness I didn’t order directly from the company or I would still be on hold trying to get my money back.

The customer service is USLESS via phone and online chat. No tracking information other than it was shipped and the now given estimated time of arrival is 9 days after what they initially was quoted. I understand sometimes things get delayed around the holidays, so I requested to have the delivery address be changed to the location I am traveling TO, as this is a gift for a person. If it would have arrived in the originally promised time frame, I would have had the item BEFORE traveling. NO customer service reps seem to have the knowledge on how to do this, but can tell me that it will cost me $10 to change the address. Per word of mouth of one of the incapable reps, and confirmed by [redacted] customer reps, ONLY the sender of the shipment can alter the delivery details. Printerpix Rep explained specifically a Manager can make these adjustments but after being on hold for 40 minutes I was told a manager will call me back and HAS NOT. He placed me on hold 4 times to get that info, and was not able to tell me not 1 name of a manager that he would be contacting to reach out to me. Nor was he able to give me a time frame my issue would be resolved. The concept of the items is a great idea for gifts, but not worth the headache of dealing with all of the sub par service. Groupon, discount, or for free, I will never get anything from this company again.
