ordered a canvas print and a metal print on their website. Didn't get the voucher # so I couldn't create the product. 18 months later still no refund.
In October 2018 I ordered a canvas print and a metal print for $27.98. They were to be made for the Gallery for the winter show in December 2018. The order was on their website on BlackMonday. I was to receive a voucher number. It never arrived. I set them an email asking for the voucher number and got a form email back. I called them and was promised a call back and never got that call back. I had copies of the 30 correspondences between us where I would ask a question and they would not answer that question. I showed them the bank statement with the withdrawal and they told the bank there were no open invoices. Of course not! I could not create the product! How would there be an open invoice? I disputed the charges, they won, All I wanted was the money back. It is a small amount but was the fact of how they treated me I was upset about. people! ***

All I want is the money back and an apology for all the time I wasted trying to resolve this issue. They never called me back when they said they would, They didn't read the emails so they didn't answer the questions I asked. I have 30 pages of emails printed. In March of 2020 they sent another email stating that they were shipping order 1072 (which is the order number assigned to this order). What could they possibly be shipping? They were sending it from Australia? Telling the bank I lied was what really infuriated me. I didn't have an open invoice because I couldn't create one. I couldn't have been more clear. The answers they kept sending me didn't even make sense.

purchased the 3 canvas on May 5th after purchasing the*** for $84.00. I paid an additional $64 to get it shipped and have yet to receive the canvas. I just want my money back. From both establishments

No product, no refund, poor/nonexistent service
I have tried for days to get in touch with someone in regards to an order I placed last month. Customer service acts like they cannot hear me on the phone and hangs up. No one responds to email. I just waited for an hour and a half to get in a live chat with Patricia who announced herself and disappeared. 30 minutes when she finally came back, she let me know that I would not be able to get my money back.

I ordered over a month ago. What is supposed to be a 10-15 day production and then delivery is obviously not happening. When I email I get no response. When I call, after waiting on hold for forever, someone tells me they are "expediting my order," but there is no follow up. I wasted $50. Learn from my mistakes. Zero stars if possible.

30 + days and not received product, no one will respond to my emails, their phone keeps getting disconnected, their Iive chat doesn't work.
Purchased puzzle on 04/27/20 and it is now 06/03/20 and still have not received product nor tracking information. I have emailed the company several times to no response, I have called and get disconnected after being on hold, live chat support keeps putting me at the back of the queue. Unable to contact them for a refund.

I have been trying to contact Printerpix several times via e-mail but they do not respond back. I ordered picture mug and came defective

What's a magic mug ? It's mug where the photo will appear when heat is applied to the mug ( for example when drinking tea or coffee).
The basic color of a magic mug is black but when putting hot water into it, the picture will your dogs will appear.

I ordered my blanket 2 months ago. I have not received my order. I called and email and no response and then when I get an answer they said my blanket was done and it will be shipped this week. It is now the end of the week and my blanket has not been shipped, I was informed a manager would get back to me and to this day I'm still waiting on that call. When I would chat with them they would kick me out. I need my order canceled or my merchandise. On the website it still says my order is processing so my blanket is not even done then when I called my track order said error. I'm not sure what's going on but it's a lot already and I'm getting real frustrated.

Order Placed April 10, 2020 for Mother's Day and still not ready or delivered. No one will respond to calls or emails.
The canvas prints were initially purchased over the Christmas holiday with their discount and free shipping promotion. The promotion did not clearly state that you had to create the product to get free shipping and that would not be available with the coupon, I had to pay extra for shipping. The order was for 4 20x16 and 2 20x30 canvas prints. I do not remember the exact cost but likely a combined $100 with their promotion.

I paid for the shipping by *** on March 21, 2020 at $80. The coupons were used and my product was created and placed in production status April 10, 2020. It has remained in this status since then with no progress. They prints were designed to be Mother's Day gifts to my wife, mom and mother-in-law.

I have called multiple times and emailed. No response to either attempt.

Desired Outcome

I would really like to receive my canvas prints. If they do not have the ability to complete this project, then I would like my ~$180 refunded. Mostly, I just want the Mother's day gifts that I spent hours making for my family. Thank you

On the website, my order was showing not only placed but at 50% production until this complaint. It took 2 attempts even the first time to help their staff understand that my order was in the queue before they started the order development. I spent nearly 15 hours trying to put these 6 projects together and it appears that they have deleted them from the system.

I hope that I am misunderstanding what I am seeing and that they have not lost all of that work while it sat in their queue for nearly 2 months waiting to be developed. I would like them to make my original projects as my coupons have also been used according to the system, so now I would have to pay full price for every item that I had purchased. Once again, I hope this is a misrepresentation on the screen and that they still have all of my hard work under development and will send me my projects in the next 2-3 days.

I placed an order on April 24, 2020, but haven't received it yet. I called them several times and they say it will be shipped via *** and they gave me a label # but still am waiting for the tracking number.

I would give a zero. I ordered 2 puzzles on 5/4/2020 as gifts. The tracker on the website doesn't work. I emailed 5x without any response or answers. I spent 4 hours over 3 days on the online chat which appears to be a "Bot" because no one ever answers even when it is your turn. I spent 25 mins on hold on the phone and no one ever answered. I filed a grievance with ***. This company is a scam.

I ordered 6 photo books, they had mistakes. I called the same day for for corrections. I followed all instructions. Still waiting reorder link.
I completed my last edit and review on my orders the night of April 18, just before paying for them. On may 1st, I received a different layout on some of the pages, with out my final changes.

I called your Customer Service the same day I received the order and I was instructed by "representative Aden" to send the pictures of the pages that were not accurate or the same to my final layout design, followed all instructions. Refund was approved and I was promised a re-order link to get 6 photo books at no costs for the books and I agreed to pay $50.88 more for shipping, this on top of the $95.00 already paid, I just want to get my already finished design.
I tried to be cooperative and patient. They kept telling me to wait for a "re-order link" and that after I needed to place the new order with a representative. I have never received the link.

I have called at least 4 times. Still no link. I followed all instructions according to the company's policy. This is not acceptable from Printerpix. Specially in times like this were online businesses should respond better.

I place an order on March 28th. I received an email saying it was dispatched on April 17th but the tracking number has never worked. My order number was***. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by phone. It has either rung continuously until the call just dropped or it would never ring at all. I attempted to use the chat today and after waiting for an hour and a half for a representative, Jessica finally came on and stated she was there to improve my shopping experience. I responded saying I wanted information on my order and I that was it. 30 minutes went by and with me asking her for some kind of reponse every 10 minutes and then it finally said Jessica was disconnected and left the chat. I am beyond frustrated and would just like a refund.

Company is not responding to my Tickets and calls.
I had a promo to receive three canvass's and I have 3 order confirmation sheets.

It's pass the shipping time frame they display on their website.

I sent 3 emails and they have no addresses, responded, or offered any explanation for my shipment packages. Not even indicating that it was shipped or not shipped.

I tried to track my orders on their site and it does not allow me to use the Tracking system they have in their website

They scammed me. I order something and they never delivered it to me but they took my money! I contacted them through email, live chat and by phone and none of it works. The live chat is fake! The person (robot) introduces them-self then never talks again, the phone plays music for a long time then hangs up and the ignored my emails.

I bought item from their website on April 19, received receipt of purchase but haven't heard from them about my item, which was promised w/i 10 days.
On April 19 I placed an order through their website from a *** deal. After completing my order (***) and receiving a receipt of payment, I was promised my item within 10 days. Two weeks after I contacted them via the website to ask them about my item in which I was told that my item was in the final stages of production and would be put into priority. It has now been another two weeks and I still haven't heard back from them with any correspondence. I understand that in today's world things are taking much longer than expected, but I would at least request correspondence alerting me, the customer to such wait times. It disappoints me that the only thing I have from them is the proof that they took my money.

I haven't received any information on my product.
I made a purchase and my money was taken. I haven't once been able to track my package at all and never got any notifications. Customer Service has never gotten back to me and when I call customer service hold time music plays and then it hangs up. If I don't receive my product then I atleast want my money returned.

Mothers day surprise gift from my 12 year old son never came he devastated we need a resolution.
My son ordered me a mother day blanket with photos of us as a surprise on 5/2/2020 on this website .Item was 30" x 40" Super Soft Cozy Fleece Throw Blanket with mom and son photos . My son saved his money and paid $22.09 and was given a order #*** sent to his gmail stating received. My son watched the mail box everyday he would not tell me what he was looking for because it was suppose to be a surprise. Then mothers day came and he cried because my gift did come. I comforted him told him its ok it may come later but it never came and he never forgot he looks for it everyday. I have called the customer service number and tired chats no ever answers. I even caught my son calling and he stayed on the phone 1 hr I told him to hang up its ok. We never got threw never received a tr# nothing.

Desired Outcome

This was a gift for me from my 12 year old son.He saved and went on this website and organized our pictures and made the payment and felt proud about what he done for me for mothers day. I want to see it come in the mail so he can present it to me he really wants to do that he has not forgot.

I appreciate the response and yes my son finally received my blanket. I also understand you are refunding his monet for my mother's day gift. My 12 year old son told me to tell you " thank you he just wanted his mom blanket to give her something special for mothers day". Regarding turn around time now he is aware but we still felt it took very long even after mothers day

I have contacted printerpix over 10 times by email and I have not heard a response from them. I have went by the postal office as well. This is crazy!
My package was a Mother's Day gift that was supposed to be delivered by April 30, 2020. It has been on delivery pending since April 28, 2020. I have called*** and USPS. I always went to the*** location in Taylor, Michigan as well as USPS location in Allen Park, Michigan. Printerpix has stated on website that they will respond within 2 business days and it's been weeks since I have heard from the company.*** company has told me over the phone to contact the printerpix company and I have yet to hear from them in weeks. I really want the package more than the money I really do but at this point I just want my money back because this is ridiculous!!! I understand due to vivid-19 things have been in disarray but this is beyond me. I had bought a photo blanket from them and that came before the metal photo package and I thought for sure both packages would have came together since the metal photo package was shipped first. I even went on printerpix Instagram photo comments and have noticed others was going through the same issues as I was. At this point I just want this situation to be solved. I am highly disappointed.

Desired Outcome

I really want them to deliver my package and finish the job but I can't wait any longer I just want my money back if they can't send my package in great condition this week!
