charged $100 shipping for order I paid for. Wouldn't refund, but said would waive ship charge. Hours on phone, 4 emails, no response. Cart expired.
Printerpix requires a coupon purchase before you can "create your canvas". So they collected my $49.97 on April 11, 2020. I went to my cart online to check out and there was a $66.27 shipping charge. (no mention of that before you but coupon) So I called and asked for refund or shipping charge waived. First response was ship charge would be waived. Reference number was ***, but it didn't happen. After hours of phone time, emails and even online chat with a rep named Patricia, I got nowhere. Was always promised a call back from management, which never happened. Sent another email on May 12, and got another reference number ***. Problem still not resolved. Sent email request for responses again on May 15 and May 17. Today, May 19, I checked my "Printerpix cart" and my order had been removed. They still have my money too. How can a company get away with this?

I ordered pictures from Printer Pix on May 6th for a mothers day gift. I have not received any indication of delivery since the 5th.
I ordered from Printer Pix off a *** deal that they were promoting on ***. I made the order on May 6th, I received a followup email on the 7th saying my order has been received and is being processed ( order #***), that has been the only email received. I checked the website in ten days after purchase to see when I will receive my gifts. Since the 10th it has shown that it is still processing. I have emailed,phoned and tried there help button on website with no answer or after so long on wait I get hung up on.

Ordered/paid 4/8. Promised 15-25 days. Now 5/16, still no order or update.
This is absolutely ridiculous!! It is now Saturday, May 16. On Friday, May 8 I was told over the phone by customer service representative that my order, after having "quality control" issues and having to be remade was finished. This agent told me that the company had scheduled a USPS pickup for this Monday, May 11. He told me I would receive a confirmation of shipping email that day. It is now Saturday, five days past when they said it would ship and I have not received amy email of confirmation of shipping or any tracking information. In fact, the website shows the status as still "IN PRODUCTION".

This is absolute nonsense! I have called countless times only to hear the recorded music, assumed to be on hold for 10 minutes plus, only to then hear the recording say "goodbye" and end the call. I have tried the chat feature numerous times as well. I can be in the queue, then the chat will "reconnect" sending my place in the queue even further back. When I actually do get close to being first in the queue, the website refreshes itself and it tells me to send a message, basically an email.

I have not received any updates on my order other than it's still "in production" whenever I am actually able to connect with someone. The first I heard of the quality issue and the remake, even after calling multiple times and sending multiple inquiries, was my call on Friday, May 8.

I ordered this item on April 8, over a month ago, under the assumption, per the customer service agent's information, that I should expect my item to ship within 15-25 days. It is well past that point. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift, and after talking to the agent, I assumed my ordering on April 8 was MORE than enough time to receive it by Mother's Day this past Sunday.

The lack of response from the company, the fact the customer service phone number hangs up on me, the fact that the chat feature constantly refreshes and restarts my position in the queue, this is quite possibly the worst customer service I have experienced with a company that partners with ***.

I just want the item I ordered over a month ago!

It is now 5/29/20, more than the 2-3 working days from PrinterPix's 5/22/20 response where PrinterPix promised I would receive both my shipping refund and shipping/tracking information for my completed order. I checked the status on their website which now shows as 0% completed (see screenshot). I also checked my bank account which I paid for the shipping cost with, and there is no refund for the shipping cost as promised either (see screenshot).

It's a scam waiting weeks for my damn order no one has contacted me back after several emails and phone calls I'm outraged ! Something needs to be done !

I want a status check but have gotten no response from customer service. Just saw reviews for this company and now I'm worried I purchased air.
I ordered a few canvases off of*. I redeemed my order on the 12th of May. I've sent in a few email requests just asking about an estimate of completion and delivery. No one has responded. Today I called and it rings once and goes straight to hold music. After 5-6 minutes the phone disconnects and no one has ever answered. I just went online and noticed their poor poor reviews and now I'm worried I paid for nothing.

Desired Outcome

I would like an estimate of when to expect this, and I would like the product to be sent in great condition. Not broken, torn or sloppy because I filed a complaint.

Ordered a puzzle for mom. Didn't receive as of yet called and they won't answer tried chatting the keep cutting me off. Customer service is terrible
I ordered this on the 29th of April for a gift for mother's day long story short I'm still waiting called to speak with someone and the phone rings and then hangs up on you. I repeatedly tried the chat and only when it gets to my turn to chat the system bring me back to the 30th person or above in inline before they get to you waiting on the phone for your turn only when it gets to your turn they somehow click you out. The worst customer service ever time I try to reach someone it's always a dead end but when they took my money everything was fine and simple I paid a total of $30.00 for this you would think they could at least give me some type of feedback on my purchase. I see why they have to go through secondary company to gain business because they have the worst customer service ever. I'm in management and I would never allow this to be acceptable from my staff. I just need to know when will my item ship and when can I expect to receive it. I don't need all the other***. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on my experience with what I'm going through right now. Our customers are everything and to treat them like they are nothing your plant will never succeed all of the employees need to be retrained on how to treat customers and run a successful company. The only reason why I still want this product is because my mom loves puzzles and she seen her gift because she was not able to actually have her gift in hand.

I ordered for Mother's Day never received I've emailed them and they don't respond I've emailed them 3 different times

Printerpix is trying to charge $50 for standard shipping of 5 face masks to Florida. No response after multiple times trying to get a resolution
Purchased coupon for 5 face masks on 28 April. After putting in cart for checkout noticed shipping charges were high ~$18, so wrote an email (***) Same day asking for an explanation, no reply. Tried again on 17 May, this time standard shipping charge was $65. Wrote another email (***) no reply. Tried again today 19 May , standard shipping charge was quoted as $45. Tried to connect via online chat for resolution, after waiting 20 minutes in the que, request timed out and was droppped.

PP contacted me and fixed the shipping price

I made an online order to Printerpix on 04/26/2020 and cancelled it twelve hours later, on 4/27/2020. I was not credited and the order was delivered.
I purchased a personalized photo puzzle (order # ***) on 04/26/2020 and paid for it by *** for $11.98 with $27.25 for shipping, for a total of $39.23. Twelve hours later I called (609)608-0370 and cancelled the order and was told I would be reimbursed for the product and the shipping charges which was within the required time allocated by Printerpix which states "Any discount vouchers purchased directly from Printerpix can be cancelled and refunded in full within 7 working days of the purchase date". I sent an email on 04/29/2020 explaining that I had not been credited for my cancellation. The response stated that a ticket # *** was created for my query and the request was being reviewed by the support staff.I was still not credited by 05/01/2020 so I called Printerpix at (609) 608-0370. I was told there was no record of me having called previously and that this person would check to see if it could still be cancelled. I was put on hold for eight minutes at which time I heard a dial tone and was not able to reach anyone when calling back so I left another email stating this information. There was not a response to this email. I attempted the following day several times for a total of forty-five minutes to contact Printerpix and was immediately answered by being put on hold with music. After between six and twelve minutes each time, a voice would say "goodbye" and the call would be disconnected. I was finally able to get in contact with someone from Printerpix on 05/05/2020 (Amy J?). She said there would be a $30 charge to terminate the order. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told my call would be returned within the next twenty-four hours. The call was never returned. On 05/05/2020 I received an email stating the order was dispatched. It was delivered on 05/12/2020 by UPS.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $39.23. When refund is made, if materials are sent for me to return the unopened package, I will return it.

I appreciate being repaid the amount of the postage and handling but I am disappointed in not being able to cancel the entire order. I ended up buying from another vendor, thinking the order had actually been cancelled as I had been told over the phone, and unfortunately, I ended up having two of these products.

Terrible service. Not responsive. False Advertising. Purchased a mug on 5/3 was supposed to be delivered within 10-15 days. I emailed inquiring about the status on 5/13. On 5/14 I received a responsive with a *** tracking number saying they received notification of it, and it would be delivered on 5/21. that was just updated to 5/22. There has been no response to my request for contact. Their web chat feature left me waiting for 65minutes before a customer service rep joined, and then immediately left. Another hour later someone else came on and did the same. Not answering their phone. Not responding to email. Mother's Day gift purchased from them might arrive before Memorial Day, but I'm not optimistic.

I accept the resolution as the shipping was refunded but their support teams are still not answering at all for email communication or other types of communication.

Graduation Photo Blanket. No confirmation email. No invoice. I paid for a*** Voucher and for shipping. They ignore emails and social media. Fraud
Ordered on 4/6. No confirmation email. No invoice. No tracking. Called 30 times only to hear music and be disconnected. Used chat on their website and you get left in their queue. You message on social media. They ignore you. I paid for my*** voucher and shipping. Card was charged. Yesterday someone answered and said I would receive confirmation email in 30 minutes. It's been over 24 hours. I just want some communication. This was a gift for our seniors that have already been through so much and to steal from people at a time like this. Disgusting. Every comment on FB is about no product being shipped and dissatisfaction. Sad situation.

If the company fulfills their part of the agreement, yes, I will be satisfied. This does not mean they do not need to work on their customer service/communication. If this is, in fact, related to the global wide crisis, I obviously would be more understanding, but according to every comment on social media, it's always been this way - even before COVID-19. It is sad that it has taken so long to be produced, shipped and received, so I REALLY hope that I will be 100% satisfied. I want to see it and be able to say, "Wow! This was worth the wait." I do appreciate the refund, but I hope that is true as well. Through everything I have lost trust with this company. The only time I received responses to my communication was after I contacted the Revdex.com. I really hope they live up to the word. It's been a very frustrating experience.

Two months after order it was never received. Asked for refund 10 times now. Never contacted again
I placed a simple order on 3/20/20. It is now 5/14/20 and I've never received my order. Spoke with customer service on the phone who said she escalated my order and I would receive it within a week. 3 weeks later, still no canvas. I have asked for a refund atleast ten times by now. Never issued a refund or given tracking for my order. Unacceptable.

April 30, 2020 I ordered an item from the website reference order# ***. I believe they have charged me with no intent on fulfilling the order.
April 30, 2020 Ordered an item for $27.98 and received an automated email receipt. I emailed again asking for an update, which I got an automated response regarding my email has been received.
May 7, 2020 I emailed asked for a full refund and to cancel my order. I did not receive any email (automated or otherwise).

They are advertising being open during the COVID pandemic, however, I believe they have charged me without the intent on fulfilling the order. Despite the advertisements on their website.

I would like a refund, however, more importantly I wish others to be warned of the international scam.

Company will not answer any phone calls or emails about the order. I received no communication from them.
I purchased 2 custom blankets for mother's day. I called the company several times asking for information about the production process but no one will answer any emails or any of my 50 calls. The customer service is horrible! I wanted to change my shipping to express to have the package arrive by mother's day but now it is too late. This is causing me so much unnecessary stress. I honestly do not want to deal with this company and their horrible customer service any more.

I would like to accept a full refund. I would like to cancel my order and not have to deal with this stress.

Gift purchase never received
My husband purchased a gift for Mother's Day. We have yet to receive it. Paid for expedited shipping and it took the money out. Every time you call the number it rings busy and it does not connect to anyone. They do not answer emails as well. Just wanting our money back but when you can't reach anyone that is difficult to do.

We do not have an order number but the money has been taken from our bank and still no gift. He ordered over 2 weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping.

I ordered a pictured coffee mug for Mother's Day and paid the extra 2 Day Delivery and nothing has arrived.
I ordered a Black Magic Mug $34.95 for for Mother's Day and paid for the expedited 2 day shipping ($27.33) and haven't received a thing. My order number is #***. When the mug didn't arrive I began trying to call and email. I began to get suspicious when the email responses all started having the same ticket number #***. I emailed 7 times and still haven't received a response. Then whenever I would call, it always said to call back during business hours. The 9 phone calls that were made to this business were all during business hours. I even called all 3 different numbers that they have listed. - (1) 1 (888) 322-6733 (2) (321) 247-6909 Orlando, FL. (3) 1 (609) 608-0370. None of these numbers never ever let me talk to an actual person. I went on the chat line 5 times and and I would always be qued on their waiting list to talk but never ever did someone respond to me.

I would like the product that I ordered to be shipped next day with a tracking number included to show that it is being shipped or the full amount refunded back to me.
