I placed my order over 1 1/2 month ago and still have not received it.
I placed my order over 1 1/2 month ago and still have not received it. Each time I email Customer Service, I get some excuse and stating that my order will be expedited. Well guess what still no order. I promise I will not recommend or use this company again. Have ordered the same items from another company and had no issues and the product was wonderful. Requested a refund but was told the order would be shipped. Well going to try and get another refund as the item was a gift.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund any any pictures sent to them to be destroyed and not used for any other purpose.

They advertised sale items without all the necessary information. I've contacted them multiple times for a refund without receiving it as promised.
They advertised sales/coupons that they did not disclose all the necessary information that was needed in order to use them. After contacting them over and over and being promised a refund, I've yet to receive one. It takes on average two weeks for a response from them, which gets you nowhere.

So I order a blanket from the site and it has yet to be sent out I texted customer service and I havent gotten a response

Horrible customer service and never received product for present
So I decided to order a Valentine's Day gift with our children's pictures on a blanket, I ordered it almost a month ago and yet still have not received my blanket. 2 weeks ago I asked where the blanket was and they told me 18 to 21 business days And that my order should be there Soon. Now that Valentine's Day has passed and I still do not have that blanket, I emailed them they told me the same thing 18 to 21 business days with their automated repetitive email which I feel was ridiculous cause it's not even some one, When I ask them where my blanket was for the 2nd time and they could not tell me they just told me that it was on its way I'm getting frustrated because I spent all this money on this and yet I did not have it here for Valentine's Day and I explained to them that it was for that day and they told me I should be there soon and yet it has not arrived They could not even give me a tracking number to even track where my package was on top of that there was no confirmation email that my order was even put through I was alright with that but at the same time I would like to know where my stuff is and yet I could not even track this. This will be the last time I ever order anything from this place they are very unprofessional and not worth the money, I'd rather spend the extra money getting it from somewhere else that will be a little bit more expensive but worth the time and the effort to actually take their customers serious. I'm not even gonna bother to try to fight to get my money bac, because it's not worth my time because God knows they're not going to email you or answer at you back cause those emails took a couple days for them to respond I am very dissatisfied.

My experience with Printerpix was terrible. I requested 2 blankets and when I received them in the mail the picture was cut off in the blanket.
I ordered 2 blankets online from Printerpix. When the order was processed I did not receive any type of notification that they were starting my order. A few weeks had passed and I decided to call them, I was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to a representative he had informed me that my blankets had shipped, however that was not the case. I waited for them to arrive and they never showed. I called back and was told something completely different, and that was my blankets was still in process and I would get them within 2 weeks. When I got my blankets in the mail I was not happy with how they turned out, both blankets had the picture I submitted cut off. My overall experience with Printerpix was terrible. I never once received an e-mail notification that they shipped or any status updated to my order. I e-mailed them after receiving my blankets to see how they can make this right, and 2 weeks have passed with NO RESPONSE! I have never filed a complaint with Revdex.com, I have always tried to work everything out on my own, but I feel like I have tried everything I can and nothing has happened.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the blankets I purchased. In the future I will order my things with another company.

Charged for shipping when advertised Free Shipping.. Won't respond.
On December 13th, I ordered a blanket for $32 because the website said Free Shipping over $30.. Well I was charged $19.99 for shipping.. I have been disputing this since December 13th.. I kept calling the company.. And no answer.. After 4 emails to the company finally, 7 days later I spoke with an Adrian and I told him upon check out it wouldn't accept my free shipping coupon code.. He said they weren't offering free shipping.. (when it wouldn't let me apply the code, I took a snapshot of it). When I told him it was on his website when I ordered my blanket, he told me to send him the snapshot of where it said free shipping on their website.. So I did.. (attached). Adrian then prompted me to just checkout, and they would reimburse me.. Because at this point it is no December 22nd, and this blanket was a gift for my nephew for Christmas. So I checked out and paid the $19.99.. So I emailed Adrian back.. And nothing.. Kept emailing, and going thru 'contact us' on their website.. And about 4-5 days later, I heard from Isabella.. She argued with me that they would not refund my shipping costs.. I said then reimburse me entirely and I will get my blanket elsewhere. She refused, saying they would not refund me at all.. I explained to her what Adrian said he would honor.. So then Isabella told me to email her the snapshot of what was on their website.. So I emailed that to her on January 14th.. And no response.. I have emailed 4 times since.. And nobody will respond.. I'm not okay with this.. I received my blanket 5 days ago.. I need them to honor what their website said..

For my experience, I should be credited the entire amount. I have been fighting with this company for 5 weeks. And for them to think it's just okay not to respond, is not okay.. The blanket was $32.99 and I was charged shipping for $19.99. I will settle for the shipping costs.. But I should be given my money back, which is $53..

advertised free shipping but both times I checked out I was charged 16.99 for shipping. I paid it once . the second time I gifted the voucher .
I had to pay shipping when it should have been free. 16.99. the second time same thing. I buy it on your site promises free shipping and I go to check out and there is a 16.99 shipping charge. so I gift the voucher . I am waiting to see if they are charged shipping. I think if you advertised Free shipping and say never pay shipping and voucher never expires then that is how it should be, not pay 16.99 shipping and voucher expires in April.

Finally got thru to them and should be receiving tomorrow. Don't think they would have sent if I hadn't complained. Their response is an automated response that they have answered all other complaints with.

I believe the site is trying to scam people. I bought a voucher from them for picture ornaments. When I tried to design them a bunch of the design, adding text features weren't working. Then when I got to the checkout they were going to charge me around $24 to ship 7 ornaments. So I decided to cancel my order. Policy said 7 days to cancel but customer service contacts weren't functioning! "Chat" option did nothing when selected, phone number said office was closed during open hours and email took way longer to respond then it said. When they finally emailed me back they didn't address any of my issues. I the email was a different customer service number, that actually worked. Which was useless anyways, they refused to refund me unless I paid a $30 cancel fee!! Which was almost equal to the cost of my order.
I ended up filling a dispute claim with PayPal and they refunded me the entire amount.

Never received my order that I placed with Printerpix over a month ago.
Order # ***. I placed an order on 12/12/2019 with Printerpix and received nothing. I called 3 times already. More recently 1/15/2020 and keep getting told they're working on it. Customer service is horrible, never responds and leaves me on hold forever. Most of the time they don't speak very good English and I can't understand them. They told me that they would refund my shipping and to please hold. After waiting for a few minutes I was hung up on. Order was placed through ***.
They don't respond to emails and don't return phone calls after saying they would contact me within 24 hours.

Printerpix has shown on many occasions that they do not have any intentions of fulfilling their orders. I honestly and truly feel that if I had not called Printerpix over 7 times and filed this complaint, I would have never gotten anything from them. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and I either didn't get a response or it was an automated response that didn't help. Being too busy and short handed shouldn't be an excuse for the high prices you charge for your items.
However,
Amy J promised me that this will be resolved by 1/29/2020 and I am going to take her at her word. By resolved, this means my order will be shipped. If it does not get shipped and I have call back up there again I expect a full refund and compensation for my time being wasted. This was Christmas present for my Step Mother and we are now entering February soon. I will never do business with Printerpix again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone but I am willing to allow them until 1/29 to have this completed.

The response by Printer Pix is an automated response. They were the worst company I have ever did business with. I am positive that Printer Pix never intended to start working on my order. After calling them 11 times and getting absolutely nowhere, they refunded my money to my account. So after 2 months, what was supposed to be a Christmas present, the order was canceled. I advise that nobody do business with these people. Amy J of Printer Pix promised me that my order would ready in a week and not only did I not get my order, she never returned any of my phone calls. I wish I would have researched this business before I placed my order, I would have found almost 700 complaints about them just like mine. Please ignore Printer Pix's responses to this, they have no intention of contacting me and it's just an automated message. They are completely worthless.

Ordered product Dec 10th 2019 was assured product would arrive by Christmas but still have not recieved. Will not answer calls or emails. I accept because it is the outcome I requested. However just to let Printerpix know, their website must not be working just right because some of the pictures heads were cut off. I am very OCD and made very sure all pictured were centered correctly as to avoid this issue. But otherwise as long as the refund is processed I will be satisfied with the way this issue was handled.

I ordered a blanket on December 2nd, told it would be here in 15-18 days. So now it's January 7th and no order customer service is a joke didnt help!!
I placed and order on December 2nd for a blanket to be made for my boyfriend for Christmas. It said 12-15 days so I waited 18 to be sure. I try to call it says they are closed even tho I called in normal business hours. So the next day I try again same thing, so then I emailed and they told me it's 15-18 days which is not what they said ok so wait till 18 days. Then I email again she says it will be here within a week. So now January 7th 35!!! Days later and no blanket. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift!! And online they say this is a dead line for Christmas orders to be on time. I placed mine 10 days before the deadline. And now 13 days past Christmas and still no order! You can't get in touch with anyone to help you either

Okay for one, my package was NEVER delivered I was told when I called that it got LOST in transit and I was never receiving it. Still to this day never got the package I was told a week ago I would have the shipping fee in my bank account because you guys had lost my package. So where is this it was delivered *** coming from because I talked to someone on YOUR STAFF and was told it had been lost. This is completely *** and you're running a horrible business.

Dec 7th . Ordered a photo blanket for a for my mom. on the website it said order by this date and you will receive by Xmas. Have not received yet
Ordered photo blanket on Dec 7th 2019. According to website if I ordered by this date I should receive blanket by Christmas. I called the company on Dec 20th and they assured me that it will be here by Christmas. It is Jan 9th 2020 and I have yet to receive the blanket. I have been calling every day since Jan 1 and each person keeps saying that I should receive a tracking number by the end of the day which again I have not received. The last rep act like they did not here me and then hung up. I called back and asked for a supervisor and they too hung up. This is not right especially when I paid for the product already

Slow production and delivery. Non-existent customer service.
I ordered a blanket on 12/17 and the site said 7-10 business days. I contacted them on 12/30 to get a better update because the site it was only at 50% production. I was told to give it a few more days. 5 days later, it STILL only shows 50% production. I understand that I ordered it just before Christmas, but this should be further along or I should have a better update. At this point, I WOULD NOT use this company again.

Ordered two blankets on the 11th Nov 2019 tried to contact for weeks on expected delivery and who was delivering. No information back.
Ordered two blankets on the 11th Nov and paid for delivery. Then tried to contact continuously to find out where the order was as was due to move house on the 18th Dec and blankets should of arrived before this date. Couldn't actually find out any tracking information or where they were. Eventually was advised I would receive them after Christmas, the were a Christmas gift. Supposedly they had tried to be delivered and I now don't know how to get the blankets or what the process is or how to get my money back.

Desired Outcome

I want my blankets sent to my new address immediately and full refund of delivery costs and blanket cost as this was well outside their product time frames.

I placed an order on 12/2/19 for 2 blankets. I received only 1 on 12/23/19. I've emailed, messaged them on ***, & tried calling w/ no response.
I placed an order on 12/2/19 for 2 blankets (order #***). I FINALLY received only ONE of my blankets 12/23/19, almost a MONTH after placing my order. I never received my 2nd one which was ordered at the same time with the same order number.. When you call them, not matter what day, or what time there is a message that tells you to call back during normal business hours. I've tried messaging them on , no response and I've sent multiple emails with no responses. I paid for 2 blankets which I bought through *** and spent $25 for shipping. There *** page is literally nothing but these same exact complaints.

Desired Outcome

I want my complete order. I'm still owed a blanket that I paid for.

A refund is nice but it's absolutely ridiculous that I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get any sort of acceptable response from your company and the fact remains, my Christmas present was ruined. My blankets were definitely 100% NOT sent together. I finally just received my 2nd blanket LAST week. OVER a month after I ordered it. I will never be doing business with your company ever again and you better believe I've let everyone I know about the horrible customer service of your business.

I've received my refund finally.

I placed an order on November 17th and never received order
I placed an order on November 17th for a 20"x30" metal print from my wedding for a Christmas gift for my wife , order number *** and never received the order or any follow up emails that it would be shipped , and when I tried to call the phone number it would just beep and be disconnected , unfortunately I bought 3 of these prints and this was just the first to be made

Company advertised delivery for Christmas. Item did not arrive and all attempts to contact them go unanswered.
I placed my order on Dec 6th or a custom photo blanket. My order # is: ***. Their site said the order date was: 12/7/2019 1:36:03 AM. But my *** receipt shows I paid on 12/6/19 at 5:30 pm. The site said to order by Dec 7th to receive in time for Christmas. I checked the status and it has been at 50% completed every time I check. I've sent several emails asking them to confirm my order would arrive by Christmas and only received an automated answer. The auto email said if you still have questions to reply to the email. I did on 3 separate occasions. I called 4 times and my calls were never answered - I just stayed on hold - no one ever answered. I tried their online chat feature and it simply said someone would email me. I spent hours putting together what I thought was going to be a beautiful keepsake for my daughter only to find that I'm among hundreds of others being ripped off by this company. Many on *** believe they operate out of the UK because when you call the phone # provided the auto message says they are. Since they are in Florida, why are they misleading everyone who calls? I have read hundreds of complaints and by the reports on this site, they responded over a year ago promising to put steps in place to resolve issues (by Nov 2018). Yet, the same issues have brought consumers here, on ***, or other sites that provide a "voice" to those of us being swindled.
Had they taken the time to respond to my many inquiries, I would have been able to come up with another gift for my daughter. But, they ruined our Christmas and many others. Ideally, I would like my order, but ethically, I believe the public needs to be warned not to place an order with this company, because they are banking on the fact that many will just chalk it up as a loss and they get to pocket their hard earned cash.*** is promoting them as "Best of*." They say 69% of the 116,175 gave a 5 star rating. Yet, when you click to read the reviews,***s site gives you an "Ooops, can't retrieve reviews, try again later." Only it never can retrieve the reviews. *** gives you the sense that they are reputable as does***. They are aware of the many complaints, I even read a response on *** from*** apologizing for Printerpix. These sites should be protecting their users, not selling us out by helping them.***'s site said it has sold over +450 vouchers for this company just today! and over 76,000 vouchers for just their blankets! That is alarming.

I may be able to get a refund through ***, but the hours I've spent creating the personalized blanket, the hours trying to contact the company and the inevitable hours I will spend trying to get my money back is a loss only I will feel. I'd like a refund or my order, and of course, I wish they would just go away.

The response says that they can see that my order has been delivered as per our internal system. I have NOT received my order. I have security cameras and have been monitoring them daily awaiting this item and it has yet to arrive. If they show my item was delivered, why didn't they provide a tracking number? After all, this is a dispute and that is the logical response. But, I have seen many many complaints and some of them say that they received the wrong order. I feel this company's response is just another trick to buy time and hope this goes away. There are hundreds of complaints from people who were ripped off by this company and they have had every opportunity to make this right - they have not emailed or called me and I have not received my order.

The response said I recieved my order. The tracking info said it was delivered on 12/31/19 at 6:08 pm. I was definitely at home as it was New Years Eve and since I was waiting on this item, I was monitoring my security camera daily. The item was never delivered. I noticed that the tracking info showed that a package weighing 0.626 lbs was given to USPS for deliver to me. Well, I had ordered One Personalized Medium 40" x 30" Plush Fleece Blanket. There is no way a 40 x 30 blanket didn't even weigh a pound. This is just more proof of how low they are willing to stoop to rip off the consumer. They have recently called me to "offer me a free blanket" and tell me they refunded my money. When I asked them to just re-create the one I spent hours making, all of a sudden my project was gone from my account. How convenient! And also another peek into what this company is really doing. I've worked for a company that provided printed materials and you don't get rid of the project file because anyone who is in this type of business knows that if something goes wrong, you'll need the original to either re print and keep your customer happy or as proof when they try to say that you did something wrong - when it's right there in the file they sent. Sigh. . . at this point, I just want the public to be aware that this is a shady company and *** to stop selling out their customers by promoting them! I have found many sites that offer a place to voice complaints and there are hundreds - no THOUSANDS of complaints. Shame on you PrinterPix - It's going to be a huge bill When karma comes to collect from you!

Claims online that orders placed will arrive begore christmas. This is false
My order was placed a month befire deadline according to the websites date for arrival before christmas. I even paid expediated shipping. This is false. Order has still not arrived and now its past christmas. Been calling and they give me different stories. Fiest order was guaranteed to arrive on time. Second time I called they saud order will arrive on 25th via fedec and it was already shipped. After christmas I called a lady who claims to be the supervisor sats its not even shipped yet! It will arrive after new years. I asked to cancel my order and get my refund back she said its too late. This is false advertising and practices. Making people purchase wuth the written guarantee it will arrive a certain timeframe. I am very disappointed and will expose these people for their lies now my parents habe no christmas gift and I cammot get a refund

I got an email Dec 9 from Printer Pix.com for a sale with free shipping if you purchased $30.00.So I clicked on the email & made a purchase $53.95
When placing the order, it gives you a coupon code emailed for you to upload your pictures at a later time. I purchased a 9 10X10 Canvas set for $53.95. I didn't see it saying anything on my coupon confirming free shipping. So I called to verify, since I was giving this to my daughter as a gift. I didn't want her to have to pay shipping.
When I called I was told free shipping was not included on my order. Free shipping was for purchases made that day without getting coupons
.I told them, everything I saw on there site was by coupons only and that was False Advertising. I clicked directly from the email. and ordered my canvases. I was told to forward the email to them and see what they could do. I then asked, if shipping is not free what would my shipping cost be for the 9 canvases. She later told me it would be$32.00 shipping for the canvases. When my daughter *** used her coupon code to upload her pictures for the canvases. They charged her $90.39 for shipping. Of course I never did get a reply from Dec 9th when I forwarded them my email with the free shipping. I called again today, and was told that this was correct shipping charges and they don't know why I was told the $32.00 on Dec 9th phone call Please help me to get the matter corrected.
