Misled delivery times and price gouging on shipping
I ordered 4 blankets to be made on Dec 11th through ***. order went smoothly until the closer I got to Christmas I kept checking the website and my order was in "in production" status. Called the phone number a week before xmas, only to get an automated response that no one was available. This was during business hours. Used the online chat function and was able to talk to someone over chat after a half hour of waiting. They assured me that they would do everything in their power to get my order out in time. I increased my shipping to 2 day at an extreme cost (almost $200). Checked again 2 days later. It was still "in production". Used the online chat in which the rep informed me that it could take 20+ days!! I informed the rep that it clearly states on their website that it takes "7-14 business days". It is now Dec 31st and my order is still "in production". Not only did my presents not arrive but now I have paid more for shipping than the order and still have nothing. I hope somebody shuts this company down with a lawsuit. Their profit tactics are outrageous.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund on my shipping and compensation for the amount of time I have had to take for a resolution and my inconvenience.

Order was made on December 10, 2019. Have not received a confirmation or update as of today. The service number is not working and no email response.
My Order number is ***. My payment amount was $12.95 on printerprix, plus the groupon item for the order which was $11.25. So in total I spent $24.20 on my printerpix item. I made this purchase with my credit card online.

I made this purchase on December 10, 2019, with the understanding that the order takes 10-15 days to process. As of today, I have not received a confirmation or order update. The customer service number listed online (888-322-6733) states that the office is closed, even though I called during it's business hours that are listed on the website. I emailed the business inquiring about my order and notifying them that the number listed does not work and have not received a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund or to receive the custom 20X16 canvas print item I paid for.

I received the $12.95 shipping refund.

It is now 17 days later, and I am being told that it is still in production. This is unreal, I was told 7 to 14 days, this is what the web page indicates as well. WE ARE NOW 17 BUSINESS days later. Nothing.

Desired Outcome

i would like either my product sent to me. ASAP with a tracking number, or a complete refund.

I placed order on 12/1/19. It was guaranteed delivery for Christmas if placed by 12/07/19. I have yet to get my order & they will not refund me.
I placed order #*** on 12/01/19. The website clearly states that it was guaranteed delivery by Christmas if placed by 12/07/19. I tried contacting them on their customer service number, but it always stated they were closed. I also tried on the "web live chat tool" which always kicked me out after waiting for long periods of time. I finally was able to find a different (321) number online and it went through. This was the week of 12/16. I asked to get an update because my order still showed as "processing". I was told the order was being finished and I would receive a tracking confirmation that evening. I never received and update and called them again on 12/21. I spoke with a supervisor (Dominic) who stated my order was just about done and they would send the confirmation that night. I told them I needed my order by Christmas and he stated it would be to me, they still had "plenty of time" before the holiday. Again Saturday passed with no shipping confirmation. I called again on 12/22 and was told they would "try their best" to get it to me before the holiday. I asked for a refund because I was getting the run around and I was not happy with the service. I was told would not give me a refund because they still had time to get it to me before Christmas. That if I did not receive my items by Christmas I would need to call then to ask for a refund. I asked that they overnight my order and I was told they would "try their best". It is not 12/23 and I still have no update in regards to my order.

Desired Outcome

I would like my purchase overnighted to me before Christmas. Otherwise I would like my original coupon order refunded as well as the shipping and handling.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I am so beyond p***. I ordered a blanked of November 28th (WAY before the December 7th deadline for Christmas). Never received a confirmation email and on December 8th got worried. I tried calling at 12pm on a Wednesday and got told by a machine they were closed and to call back between 9am and 6pm ET (clearly I called during business hours so not sure what's going on there) so I then went to live chat. After an insane amount of time waiting for a back and fourth with a guy named Richard, he tells me my gift is being produced and I will get my confirmation email AFTER its shipped. I wait. December 15th comes and I get an email stating that confirmation emails aren't being sent with some excuse telling me to be rest assured and my gift has been shipped. It is December 23rd. My gift isn't here. Christmas is in 2 days. I tried the live chat and number, no response. I sent an email, and have yet to receive anything back and honestly doubt I will. It's like this company has taken my money and then completely ghosted me. Please for the love of God DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY! Clearly I'm not the only one who has had an issue.

Ordered 2 photo blankets 12/2/19. Credit card charged. Item status has never been updated. Tried to contact Cus. Service. No response.

No update of the orders, no response to other inquiries. Just tried to call the phone # at noon on Monday and the greeting is that they are closed because it is a weekend. Want to cancel these as they were christmas gifts.

Order never received even after customer service confirmed tracking information was wrong and claimed they would resend. Never did.
I ordered from Printerpix on 10/24/2019 Order #***. On 10/31/2019 they sent an email saying that it has shipped and included tracking info. This tracking info never showed the package was sent nor delivered. When I checked online repeatedly for the next month all it said was that it takes some time to leave the warehouse but would be on the way. After writing on December 1, that I hasn't received my order. An associate (Ezekiel) acknowledging the error, I was told that my package would be sent and received within 18 days. I asked for the tracking information and was never sent it nor was it updated on the site. It has now been over 60 days since my original order and I still have yet to receive my order.

Desired Outcome

I would preferably like my order to be delivered but if not I would like to be refunded my original amount spend using *** to use this company.

On 12/17/19 I got an email that my order is on the way but they never gave me a tracking number (which they mention on their website that they will provide) it is also advertised on their page that if you order by 12/7/19, order will be delivered before christmas using standard shipping. I don't know if/when I'll receive it. I left them a message on*** messenger, still no reply. I used a ***, im regretting this decision. Horrible experience.

No order status, no way to communicate with them, no tracking number of any sort.
I ordered a photo blanket from this company on November 29th. I was told per the website if you order by the 7th of December it will be to you by Christmas. According to their website it was still processing until friday the 20th of December. In the weeks prior to that I have tried to call, email and live chat with them to find out when to expect it. My emails were never responded to, my calls were answered by a recording saying it was outside of business hours even though it wasn't, and I waited in a queue for over 30mins twice to get disconnected as soon as I got close the the top both times. On 12/20 I was told by email it was shipped but I recieved no tracking number or response to my previous emails. I am now sitting here 2 days before Christmas with no present for my mother and no way to contact them for a refund.

I would like my money back and for everyone to be forewarned not to use them!

Missing items in order/No response from company.
I recently ordered a pouch and 4 mugs from Printerpix. I only received the pouch.
In the confirmation email I was sent, it showed all 5 items. Later, on the website's "where's my order" page, it shows that there is only a pouch associated with that order number. I have tried reaching out to the company numerous times. I only receive an automated email response. Their phone number says that they are always closed, even in the middle of the work-week. I waited in a "live chat" queue, 85 people long, and then was kicked off when, after an hour, when I was 2 away.
Not sure what is going on with this company, but it seems that they need to hire more people to handle customer service issues.

I would love if they would call me and then over-night the items that were missing from my order.

About a week and a half after filing this complaint, I did receive my order.

Not one single mention of any possible reimbursement or even a discount on a future item.

Altho, I am still missing one order and AGAIN - the company will not get back to me besides an automated response.

Seems as tho I have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to finally receive my items.

One suggestion: If the company is so inundated with orders they are unable to keep up with, maybe they should stop sending everyone 5 emails a day in the 24 days leading up to Christmas, advertising deliveries before Christmas.

I ordered an item that was never delivered, PrinterPix claimed it was and refused to replace the item.
On November 19, 2019, I purchased a 20" by 30" canvas from PrinterPix using a previously purchased voucher. I never received the canvas. PrinterPix claimed that it was delivered and I had to contact *** to file a complaint. I never received the *** tracking numbers. When they did send the *** number after I called and complained, there were a long list of them because I had ordered a large number of items. I don't know which one was the missing canvas and can't even verify that the canvas was sent out from the company. The company was no help at all.

Desired Outcome

All I want is the missing canvas. I ordered five as Christmas presents and only received four. I can tell them what the picture is but I can't figure our which order number it is because they all claim to have been delivered. The order numbers are ***.

All I want is to receive the item that I ordered. If the company will provide the missing picture, then I am satisfied with the resolution of the complaint. I have attached a copy of the picture that didn't arrive.

I've emailed, messaged on numerous social media to enquire about my products with no response.
I purchased before their cut off date for christmas delivery. My products show no movement. I've called their business number to be told it's not open. I emailed them numerous times about my orders with no response. I've messaged on all their social media outlets with zero responses. They've stolen my money at this point since I've gotten zero communication about my products. These are supposed to be delivered by Christmas but as far as I can see they wont be. They promised if you ordered by the certain dates with certain shipping methods you'd get your items to by Christmas.

Well. NO TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDE. Still in production and no movement. This is fraud to say you'll do something as a business and not fulfill it.

I'm contesting Groupon who stood by this company as well to seel them as a great company. Well their not. Nothing gets answered by them.

I ordered a personalized dog blanket from groupon after making multiple attempts to get the code to work they told me they fixed it. Well instead of the blanket, they sent me an 8x10 canvas of a screenshot of the groupon code! Beyond furious and when I try to call during normal business hours, it says they are closed! I have even tried contacting them through email and no response

I have attempted to contact this company 4 times through email, chat and phone to receive a refund. They have not followed through.
I contacted this company immediately after purchasing a voucher from this company once I realized that shipping was not included. I emailed them directly and through their website to request the refund. Their website clearly states they will issue a refund within 7 days of a cancellation request. I did not hear from them for a week. I attempted to call within business hours but their phone had an outgoing message that said they were closed. I initiated a chat with them on their website and after 40 minutes of waiting for their representative to respond, I told them I would be reporting them for failing to respond and for not issuing a refund.

Call multiple time and it alway a answer service talk it after hours! Which is not true because I call between business hours 9am til 3pm! And no answer nobody never live chat you back!

Unable to confirm status of my order, and therefore do not know when it will be delivered

The order confirmation does not give an estimate of delivery time, which should come standard. My order is a Christmas gift, and obviously would like to know the status of my order. I emailed customer service on 12/3/19 with no response from an actual representative. I called customer service on 12/6/19 during their stated business hours, and received an automated message they were closed. I followed up with another email to customer service on 12/6/19 and attempted to chat with an online representative (this option is also apparently unavailable). I still have not heard back from a representative from my 2nd email attempt, so I called the customer service line again this morning (12/10/19) during their stated business hours to which I received the same message they are closed. In addition, I tried chatting with an online representative, and the option is still unavailable.

I have exhausted every option, multiple times too, in contacting Printerprix, and each attempt has failed. I have no idea as to the status of my order, if it is being processed, when it will be delivered, etc. and in the meantime, they accepted my payment.

Desired Outcome

I would like to know the status of my order, and of course delivered prior to 12/24/19 as I originally ordered on 11/24/19.

ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!
I ordered about a week ago two photo blankets two separate orders using *** Voucher. I have not received order number or tracking information. I have called the provided number and there is a recording every single day saying the office is now closed and to call back during normal business hours 9-5! I have called from 10am on and recording is still playing. I have emailed my concerns and all that is sent as a reply is an auto generated basic email asking me to wait for a response from the customer service department. I feel like I have been frauded. They withdrew all the money from my bank account and have not provided and shipping information, order information, or tracking information and there is now way to get a human on the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED as these were holiday gifts and the holiday is drawing near.

Desired Outcome

I want both of my orders and I want them delivered before Christmas as I did my part of ordering in the right amount of time and paying for my purchases in full.

My order has finally arrived. Although, there was a huge blue stain on the white side of one of my blankets. The pictures looked good however the quality of the blankets were far from impressive. I'm not sure if I would recommend this company or even use them again myself. Perhaps maybe if they provided a complimentary item as my first experience has been less than desirable.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. They take my money offering FREE shipping , only to take(steal) $107 after saying shipping was free. I called within 5 minutes to cancel and they said NO I can't do it. They say they'll have a call back to me in an hour or less. NO call. Next day No call. I call back..NUMBER IS CHANGED. I go to bank filke a complaint to reverse the charges. Today I get a call from Printerpix and they want $30 to cancel? Over their FRAUD??? Now I am waitin to hear from my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM these people. You get put on hold and talk to rude Indian people that barely can pronounce english(no joke). They refuse to cancel order and refund my money $224. I refuse to accept any package. I have proof in email and phone records

This company ripped me off nearly $200 back in early 2018. I bought vouchers off of G that were non-redeemable. You couldn't even get to the creation page after you clicked on 'use voucher' - it would just loop you back to their homepage with no voucher applied. It was literally theft. I can't believe there hasn't been a lawsuit filed against these guys yet. They are 100% fraudulent.
